Yelp
Snobby clientele and WAY TOO MUCH cutesy alcohol-themed merchandise. Prices on used clothing and used shoes are reasonable--not cheap but not overpriced either, with the exception of used purses, which are extremely overpriced. I dislike what most shoppers probably like: that the store carries almost exclusively high-end or VERY high-end brands, such as Lilly Pulitzer, Vineyard Vines, Simply Southern, Black House White Market, LaCoste, J.Crew, Tori Burch, Ann Taylor, Louis Vuitton, Prada, and more of this caliber. I'd be thrilled to see some more Banana Republic, Ann Taylor Loft, and even Gap clothing--clothes for the everyday woman. Sizes range from XS to L, but smaller sizes are more plentiful than larger sizes. Interestingly, the jewelry is cheap, made with fake metals. I always buy sterling silver because I can clean up that jewelry when it tarnishes, but I couldn't find any in Karma. (A sign indicated that sterling silver was somewhere on display, but it wasn't clear to me where that was.)
The sales people are friendly; the store is nicely organized and clean; and it has that cozy "neighborhood-store" feel, but overall, Karma leaves me cold. I'm not sure I'll ever be back.
