Karma's Kafe

Staff was very friendly and the service was very fast. The food we had was comfort food and very good but there was a wide variety on the menu. In talking with a couple of the local patrons they said they are never unhappy with the food or service here. The only down side is it is hard to find even though it is in a strip mall and on a main road. We drove by it once and without google maps would probably have not seen it. We are glad we did stop.

Excellent breakfast! The service and food was top notch. Be prepared, as during peak times this place can get busy. The establishment was clean and roomy. We’ll definitely be visiting again.

Karma's Kafe seemed true to it's name. Our 1st visit (but I'm sure it won't be the last). Days later, I'm still wondering if it partly gimmick - because you don't necessarily get what you order (you get what you're served!) I ordered the country fried steak meal. It states on the menu it is served with soup or salad. I chose soup. Our waitress even told me the flavor was beef vegetable (I wouldn't know because it never came out to the table). I chose brown gravy (the other choice was white gravy). The waitress took note. The cook came out, to double check what I had chosen for gravy. I once again say "brown gravy", the cook takes note. My plate comes out covered in white gravy. The food was very good. I don't complain and I don't send plates back. I do however, write honest reviews. While we were halfway through our meal - the waitress brought 2 salads to us .... Neither of us ordered salads. She did realize her mistake, turning around and giving the salads to the next table. At the end of our delicious lunches, the waitress stops by our table once more. She asks if I'd like my water refilled. I say "No, thank you". 15 seconds later she returns with a water pitcher, filling up my glass to the top. Karma's Kafe - you can order anything you like but you're getting what they think you deserve. Thanks for the fun lunch stop!

The food was great, exactly what we were craving. Our waitress was so sweet and made sure that we were taken care of even though it was a really busy day. I believe her name was Chris? My only issue, which honestly ruined our experience, was this older lady who I believe is the hostess. She was rude, short with the other staff, and most of the time we were there we overheard her being absolutely awful about her coworkers. I couldn't believe how rude and nasty she was being. I even heard her mention our waitress and how she doesn't clean or do much but while we were there she was the main highlight of our experience while this lady was just sitting down complaining. Some of the things we heard were so rude we couldn't believe she felt comfortable speaking in public like that. I'm not sure if we'll be back, if we do come back it will be because of the food and Chris, but if we see that awful lady, we will not be dining there. The only reason the service is a 3 is because of the older lady. Otherwise our waitress was 5 stars all the way.

Karma Cafe has the best burgers and breakfast in town. Staff are very friendly and atmosphere is very small town cafe vibe. Food came out very fast. Honestly, karma Cafe is my families favorite restaurant in town. I only have 2 very minor things that could be improved. First, servers could come and check on the tables a bit more often for drink refills and such. Second, it was a bit warm in the building. All in all a very good restaurant that is worth the try.

Had one of their highlighted skillets on the menu and it's probably one of the best skillets I think I've ever had. Very nice place and the staff was awesome. Excellent size portions for the price. I couldn't eat it all. :) 7-27-25 Update: Was in town visiting family again, made sure to stop by to have breakfast at least one day while we were here and it was just as good as it was the last time. If I'm back in town I will definitely eat here again.

Went in today 6/9/2025 around 130pm. Absolutely horrible and won’t be back. My husband ordered a volcano burger with no cheese and fries. It was brought out with cheese. I ordered breaded catfish and green beans. Both came out cold. They reheated in microwave and the fish came back out soggy. The cook who also apperently is part owner steady told the other owner we are lying. We aren’t looking for free food or handouts. We would have 110% percent paid for everything we ordered. It was horrendous and we were treated like trash. 100% will not be back. This restaurant should be out of business.

Great restaurant. Great food. I had the chkn fried steak w/gr beans. 😋 My daughter had an omelet - so, breakfast any time. 👍 Our waitress was fun! 😊 Next time I'm in Moberly, I'll definitely go back for a meal! 😁

Decent breakfast. I don't recommend for lunch. I've had breakfast there a few times and they do a good job with the basics. Coffee never runs empty and the service is good. Lunch isn't great. I've been disappointed quite a few times. Pretty clean, family friendly and the staff are very friendly.

I had the Rib eye Steak Sandwich ! And it was Juicy, hot and Yummy And this was a really big sandwich like I remember getting back in the day! Come to this restaurant Hungry !
