Took my family from LA to dinner here last night, we were a party of 6. The fish was extremely fresh and delicious. The toppings and flavors left us wanting to order more and more. The service was amazing, the chef even came out to talk to us and ask us if he can get us anything else. We finally found a spot in Vegas with premium quality of fish that has that cozy, comfortable, family type vibes. We’re already planning on next trip back.

Google
This is a tough place to rate. I think in a lot of other cities this could be a 5-star place, but in Vegas, it's an pretty average 4-star restaurant. Another sushi restaurant that does an omakase, Kyara, is right down the street. It's $25 more than the top omakase at Kase, but is substantially better. I'm talking not even close. If the rating stopped there then Kase would be a 3-star. But Kase has cheaper options for Omakase that appeals to a wider range of customers, and I am a firm believer that anyone who enjoys sushi should experience omakase at least once. Kase doesn't have the traditional omakase experience where you can interact with the chefs or even see them work however, it's more geared towards bigger groups who go out for sushi. All that being said, I think the non-sushi items were generic, not very well thought out, and honestly did not flow with the meal. I was disappointed to say the least. The sushi, however, was good. I have no complaints on the quality of fish or the rice. I think it was a very solid offering that I enjoyed and if you're into something besides just basic tuna and salmon, you would enjoy it too. It's just hard to give Kase 5-stars when as stated above, for $25 more you're getting a substantially better experience. At least with Kase you don't need to worry about finding a reservation, so it's got that going for it. I don't think I will be back, but that has nothing to do with the quality of fish. I think Kase is great for someone who wants to experience omakase but isn't sure they would like it, or for groups of 3-6 who want sushi but don't want to waste time and money on most all-you-can-eat places.

Google
This is a Japanese sushi restaurant. Its decorations and vibe is good. The menu is typical of a sushi restaurant with a nice selection of fish and cooked foods. One of its special offerings is the set Omakase menu. This is basically a set of dishes based on chef's choice. Overall, we had a good experience here.

lellieu

Google
Wonderful restaurant to have a first Omakase experience since this place is very casual and reasonably priced. The quality of the fish is very very good as well. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable and explained each dish into detail. We do prefer if the dishes would not come as fast since when one dish was finished, the next one would show up immediately. We will definitely come back here.

Google
We had the hanban 4 course tasting menu and the nami 6 course tasting. The fish was fresh and delicious. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the food.

Google
I’d heard so much great stuff about the sushi here so had to check it out for myself and it was truly amazing! We did the 7 course tasting and every dish we tasted was so savory and fresh with a beautiful presentation!!! You can’t beat the pricing and the quality for the omakase they offer. If you’re looking for AYCE this is not the place. But if you’re looking for quality fish, attention to detail on dishes and a superb experience this is definitely your place and I recommend everyone try it for a true omakase experience off the strip at reasonable prices!! I can’t wait to go back! I don’t think I’d ever had sushi that good here!

Jordan Alexander

Google
Had the most amazing 7 course meal. Every bit of it was 5 stars. Not sure what most of the fish was, even though the waiter described it, but I loved it all. No need for soy sauce or ginger to dip your sushi into here! Great prices as well.

Google
I stopped in for a quick bite, hoping for a solid sushi experience, but unfortunately it was mediocre at best. I ordered the snow crab, which took an unusually long time to arrive, and when it finally did, the presentation was extremely novice—the crab wasn't even placed on the rice. Honestly, it felt like a joke. That said, the menu is large and they offer a wide variety of sake, which I appreciate. I’m open to giving it another try, hoping it was just an off day. There’s potential here, but the execution needs work.

Yelp
I visited Kase for the first time today and was absolutely blown away. The fish was incredibly high quality, rivaling that of many Michelin-starred restaurants I've been to, and the price point was very reasonable for the experience. The service was exceptional--thoughtful, attentive, and accommodating of my severe gluten allergy. I was thrilled to participate fully in the omakase experience without feeling like I missed out on anything. Overall, Kase delivered an outstanding dining experience that I can't recommend highly enough!
google avatar

Russell S.

Yelp
I have an actual gluten allergy, which I told them about via booking and in person; yet, they still apparently served me gluten on the very first course. The owner noticed and I stopped eating it part though, which is at least something. However a totally wasted night; no charge, but still cost me a whole evening and a $100+ on baby sitter. I'm writing this just waiting for the effects now, this isn't lethal, but this isn't gonna be fun tonight or tomorrow. Turns out even if you double check, you can still get whatever you're allergic to. I believe James takes things seriously and this was a mistake by one of his staff; I hope his staff learn before this happens to someone with a more life-threatening allergy. I think we'll be back though, it still looked good.

Yelp
If you never had an Omakase experience then I'd say this is a good experience for you to start at since the process point isn't too high and is a great introduction. I've eaten here at least twice but I'll be basing this review off my most recent experience. We got the Oomori (7 course tasting). The food was decent but ironically the hand roll seemed like the best part of the whole thing so I'd suggest that and ordering a la carte if you don't choose Omakase. But then again each item is priced way more than the Omakase so it seems right to come here mainly for the Omakase. This whole experience for us took 2 hours but that's because they started to sync our omakase with another group. If you come here when it's less busy then your experience will definitely be faster and more enjoyable. Although normal omakase can take this long, this experience would be best if it was faster. We noticed that there was a premium tasting as well but not until after we ordered because it doesn't have it itemized underneath. Would definitely consider this next time especially when it's slower.

Yelp
Oomori 7 course tasting menu was perfect as a light meal. Everything was delicious. Great service and waiter who explained each dish to us. Let us know that they have 1/2 sake on Sundays when you order tasting menus. Restaurant was clean. Restroom was clean. Plenty of parking. Only thing I would change would be that they slow down the pace a little bit. The restaurant was completely empty on an early Tuesday so it was nice and quiet. Definitely quality of quantity here.

Yelp
Wow wow wow! What an amazing hidden gem! The experience was hands down one of the best I've ever had. The fish was fresh and they never repeated a garnish. We got the 6 course meal and were enchanted. It was so wonderful we added Amaebi and Uni Foei Gras, do it, you'll thank me later. The restaurant is quaint, small and well decorated. Service was quick and elevated. I cannot wait to return. Amazing job from the two young guys on the line.

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday night with a reservation for 7pm. It was pretty quiet when we arrived with just one other table seated. It's a small space that's cute but definitely casual, making it an easy omakase experience. We opted for the 7 course option. The quality was good, not necessarily great. However, it far exceeded expectations based on the pricing. The value for the omakase experience and freshness of food was definitely amazing. The service was prompt and very courteous. Pacing was also great as we ate pretty quickly and they kept up with us. Not sure if that would change if they had been busier. But we finished our meal in 45 minutes, which is fast for omakase. I'd definitely be interested to trying this place out for takeout next. It reminded me a lot of Sugarfish. Perhaps not quite as refined but it's a great choice when you're looking for something better than AYCE but also still on a budget.

Yelp
I decided to try my luck at a more casual omakase in Las Vegas. I chose the 7 course and here are my thoughts. The price was $49 and it was served one course at a time. The starter: the seaweed salad was nice and savory. I loved the sesame taste and it was a refreshing start. Next I got the 4 pc nigiri and I loved how fresh each piece was. The server explained each piece and gave me a certain way to eat it. Next was the albacore sashimi with black pepper ponzu. The ponzu was bright and refreshing Next was the blue crab handroll and it was pairef perfectly with the black pepper ponzu above for dipping. Next was the next set of nigiri, which had the tuna Following was the negitoro handroll which was fresh. Finally ended with the chef choice sahimi of salmon belly and scallop. The ending was a chefs kiss and my favorite. Overall a great menu, but a bit more pricey. Its hard to justify for price, but it was good.

Yelp
Cheap set menu experience!! Servers were super nice. Menu was good! Good portions as well. Only con is that we had to wait super long, from 5-15 minutes, for dishes to come out. Like are we waiting 10 minutes for a hand roll?? I think it was bc the kitchen was understaffed and overwhelmed with the early dinner service timing. My bf and I and other parties came in at different times, but all within 30ish minutes for dinner. I guess we all ordered the same set menu so eventually they synced all of our parties so that we'd get our next dish at the same time. So I noticed my bf and I had to wait to be served the next dish once the other multiple parties around us also had their dishes prepared in total. Lowkey doesn't even make sense and it was annoying. Overall would still highly recommend! I'd def wanna come back.

Yelp
Glad we decided to stop by. It was one of those days, Sushi and Sake would just make my day so much better. Hot month, let's get something that won't increase the heat. A modern venue with minimalist decor. Staff greeted us and sat us at our table right away. They had one person working. Service was average. They have these course-tasting menu options. We selected Oomori (7-course tasting). It includes a seasonal appetizer (Cucumber seaweed salad), 4 pcs seasonal fish nigiri, a sashimi special (Salmon belly in ponzu), Negi toro handroll, 2 pcs chef nigiri special, and a blue crab hand roll. On the side, we also ordered Uni and Seabream Nirgri. :::::Let's dive into the food:::: Bluefin tuna::: fresh and fishy Scallop:: softness and sweetness, citrus with soy sauce just brought the flavor together. Hamachi::: Topped with baby cilantro? Piqued my interest with this new flavor... Delicious! Tuna::: Tender Tuna topped with fried onion. Albacore::: Yum! Uni (Japan)::: Sweet. Ordered twice b/c it was good but, wished they would fill up the roll. Salmon belly sashimi::: Slice of salmon belly torched bathe in ponzu sauce. Chef kiss!! Blue crab roll::: Yummy! One of my favs of the night. Crab meat is sweet and fresh. Excellent fresh sushi. The Nigri fish option is small. All and all, Great experience. Definitely must try!

Yelp
An unforgettable high quality Omakase experience without the Strip prices! The intimate setting and chef's personal touch elevated each dish. This spot rivals any high-end sushi restaurant on the Strip. Worth every penny!

Yelp
I had dinner at Kase Sake and Sushi yesterday, and it was a great experience! I ordered their omakase box for $56, which came with an impressive variety of lobster roll and salmon. Each piece was fresh and packed with flavor, making it a unique and memorable meal. The selection felt carefully curated, offering something special compared to other sushi spots. Definitely worth trying if you're looking for a good dinner spot with something a bit different.

Alex C.

Yelp
Two words; salmon belly! So delicious, along with every other item. Presentation is high quality like the fish. Even better is they do delivery. Favorite sushi spot in town and I won't gate keep.

Yelp
Food Quality 4.5/5 Service 5/5 Ambiance 5/5 Food Quantity got 4.5 out of 5 because the rice is not moist and sticky. The fish is tasty, perfect sauce (light but flavorful, won't take over the fresh fish taste). If the chef can switch to a different sushi rice, I believe the food will be PERFECT! Service is great even though it is only ONE waiter who works at the front. He still able to check on us and make sure we are ok with the food. It is a nice little sushi house!

Yelp
Oh yum and Happy one year anniversary to Kase Sake and Sushi! We made reservations to have their Omakase one year anniversary dinner! Was an exceptional experience with excellent service and delicious food! Not a huge quantity of food, but so delicious and you do leave full, just not full to the brim, like an all you can eat place. So definitely quality! There were 9 courses with each course uniquely presented.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place, after seeing it blow up everywhere. I ordered online then picked my order up about 30 minutes later. The presentation is beautiful, but it did not taste as good as it looked. Some of the garnishes on the nigiri were VERY perfumey. Some of the sauces were bitter, specifically the one in the salmon cut hand-roll we ordered separately. We were thinking of getting 2 boxes of the $56 and I'm so glad we didn't, but we were still out of $80 super dissatisfied and a bit angry that it was no where near delicious. The Oomori 7 course $56 take-out, but dining-in is $49.. Or maybe their website has not been updated. Not sure, but not the point. Most fish was crunchy @..@ not soft. There was three slices of salmon sashimi in the box and it was just straight up crunchy/chewy and the texture was very off putting. We didn't finish the rest. The hand rolls in the box were not too bad. I did order at around 730 and picked up around 8PM.. Maybe that's why? But why have low quality at all :(. Upon walking in, they did looked at me a bit surprised, thinking I was dining in. Lol. I just am not sure I would come back if I was craving sushi.

Yelp
Great great place for omakase! I wanted to go off strip for lunch when I was in Vegas and was really craving sushi. As some of the Yelpers stated that I was initially drawn to Kase due to their super reasonable omakase. Kase is located inside a small strip mall. I did come a little before the lunch rush, so there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. I opted for the bar and definitely wanted to try the omakase. There are several omakase, but I opted for the 7 course for $49 (which I thought was a great deal). The sushi came out very nicely paced. Everything was SOOOOOO good! My favorite was definitely their sashimi and the hand roll. I ended up ordering a few more items because it was so tasty, but the 7 items definitely made me very happy and full. There were also several more unique items that I will definitely want to try next time I come. I also want to give a shout out to our server (manager?), who I wished I got his name. He gave us recommendations also gave us Vegas recommendations, which I jotted down. He was super attentive and made the great experience even better. The only sad thing is that Kase is located in Vegas and I can't come whenever I crave. Definitely, will be back again.

Tommy C.

Yelp
Inside was simple modern and Clean, The service. was good! Amazing Food quality and taste. Ambiance was casually perfect, Good Bear, Wine and Sake choices. Thank you

Yelp
This restaurant is located off the strip but definitely worth a visit IMO. My sister and I were drawn by their reasonably priced 7 course omakase pairing for $49. Everything was of great quality for the price. Our favorites were the blue Alaskan crab hand roll and the Negitoro hand roll. I really liked how the Negitoro had some crunch to it. Our least favorite of the pairing was the Albacore. We ordered (2) pieces of fresh uni that was not part of the omakase and decided to add some foie gras because why not!? We were disappointed to find it was a very small amount (a fraction) compared to other customer pics on their Yelp page on top. It was good nonetheless but disappointing for the price we paid for. The restaurant was nearly empty when we dined but we came during off hours so service was great. The atmosphere is laid back, it is a small restaurant and meant to be more of a quick service place. Definitely a place to check out for the quality and price.

Yelp
I had one of the best dining experiences of my life here! I don't think I've ever found myself savoring each bite with such delight. Every dish seemed to outdo the last, with flavors so incredible they were practically moan-worthy. Our server, Nick, was excellent--attentive, friendly, and really added to the experience. The restaurant's ambiance was also spot-on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. If I could, I'd give this place 10 stars. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return!
google avatar

Victor G.

Yelp
My fiancé took me here for a surprise and it was a surprise cause all the dishes blew me away !! We did the 9 course meal and it was more than plenty of food. I love how the staff is very knowledgeable on the menu as well as sake pairings ! Will definitely come back add the place makes me feel at home.
google avatar

Brenda L.

Yelp
Definitely will be back to dine in. My husband and I had to order take out for our anniversary as our kid was sick and we couldn't go out. He did his research and found Kase. The presentation was still very nice even with the drive home and the fish was fantastic. Obviously we were not able to experience the ambiance of the restaurant itself but the service provided in the to go was great. It was nice to have 3 different sauces to use if you would like a nice change from soy. Pictures don't do it justice. I just want to go back and eat all of my favorites next time.
google avatar

Yelp
It's finally opened! I've seen this on the way to work for months. Nice service. Ample parking. Kind of tucked away in a corner. The server described themselves as casual omakase. Got the 7 course menu and it was very yummy. Nice presentation. I liked 5 out of the 7 courses. I would definitely come back to try their other items. Food came out pretty quick which I appreciate. Makes it a relatively quick meal
google avatar

Yelp
Kase has decent omasake for a reasonable price. The inside was modern, very clean , has dark textures. We tried Oomori 7 Course Tasting . The nigiri was fresh and flavorful. Salmon Sashimi came in a small portion but tasty. Everything came out really fast. They were not too busy but we made reservation in just case. We were adequately full at the end without feeling so stuffed up . I felt that the 7 courses is a great amount . Our server was extremely helpful and attentive. I'm glad we gave it a try. We will come back to try lunch bento .

Yelp
We came back for a 2nd time! First time was in October and going back to my old pictures, the $49 7-course tasting menu has changed a little bit.. maybe a lot. This is a good thing. This means I will have to keep coming back. The service is still on point; this time they had 2 guys running the place instead of just the 1 guy last time, and we were treated like royalty. We sat at the bar this time and received even more personalized service. Thank you to the 2 servers who both took care of us. Everything was still as amazing as the first time. This is not just your run of the mill sushi, there's layers of flavors in every bite of nigiri, every bite of hand roll, and every bite of everything else that they serve here. I appreciate them letting us know where each of their fish is sourced from. I will definitely keep coming back here. It's so good and so affordable.
google avatar

Tina T.

Yelp
Impressive quality on the choices here. My vegetarian friend also got to try the vegetarian omakase! Service and atmosphere is great too.
google avatar

Jameson K.

Yelp
Absolutely incredible little gem in a shopping mall. We tried the 7 course tasting menu (with a few add ons) and left full but not bloated, and we all couldn't stop raving about the quality of ingredients. Everything came out quickly, was fresh and full of flavor, and many were unique takes on classics. This is not AYCE so be prepared to spend a decent amount, but honestly it was so worth it - a perfect small splurge without being strip level pricing. The location is relatively small, probably only a dozen tables and plays upbeat house/disco music. A great vibe and service was prompt and highly attentive. Will absolutely be back!

Yelp
After eating too much all weekend, I wanted to cleanse my palate with something more fresh and decided to come to this new spot and check them out. Kase is a unique concept that provides quality fish with affordable prices with great customer service and attention to detail. Located in south Spring Valley, this is tucked away in a little plaza with plenty of parking spaces. Ambiance has a moody blue feel with dark textures and modern aspects. We opted for the oomori (7 course tasting) for the whole table. I personally am a fan of fresh nigiri and was happy with the selection choices! Since their menu is based on what fresh fish they snagged, you're never going to have the same thing so what may be my menu today, may not be the same in the future - preferred because then you know what's being served is as fresh as they come. My favorite nigiri piece was by farrr the sea bream. And I'm always a sucker for seared salmon. The blue crab handroll was a surprising favorite! The chutoro was amazing - literally melted in your mouth without feeling too oily. I think that as long as you pace yourself, you'll find the 7 course is a great amount. The amount of rice was not overpowering and the pieces of fish were sliced to a perfect balance - idk what these other reviewers experienced? Definitely had thick slices with the right balance of rice for my experience. Usually omakase is served right in front at a bar so by eliminating that service, it made it really affordable! I genuinely think you all will love this place! I enjoyed the textures to each handroll (pay attention to that crunch!) and the flavors within each piece. Will definitely become a staple for my Vegas visits!

Yelp
We had dinner here last night for the first time and were blown away! Amazing quality and taste, and a great atmosphere.

Yelp
This is a cute, small place that feels very cozy. Very inviting and nothing overly extravagant (usually always a good thing when it comes to sushi in my experience). You wouldn't believe how good the uni foie gras was at this place - seriously next level! It melted on the tongue like butter and had this richness that made me totally forget about everything else on the menu for a minute. They nailed the texture and the taste was out of this world. Uni caviar - smooth, luxurious, and just the right amount of salty. It's like they scooped the essence of the ocean right into the dish. The hamachi belly and kampachi belly were both really good, too. Both dishes had that perfect fatty, tender feel you want from belly cuts. They were subtly seasoned which let the natural flavors really shine through. The otoro was another standout. So tender, so decadently fatty. It's like it dissolved the moment it hit my tongue. Just pure, unadulterated bliss. Ika salad - what a generous portion and a great way to start the meal! It was refreshing, the squid was tender, and the dressing was spot on, brightening up the whole dish without overpowering it. We ended up getting a second order! Our server, Nick, was fantastic. Super attentive, welcoming, and warm. So yeah, everything was top-notch. Definitely a place I'd go back to without a second thought. Grab some friends, and just go treat yourselves.

Yelp
Firstly, the service is excellent. Staff is trained and knowledgeable and very friendly, especially on sake recommendations. Food came timely and plates were cleared respectively and the experience was all the better because of it. The ambience is intimate but casual. The sushi itself though fell short as far as the taste and the varieties. No dish in particular stood out as much, good or bad, and you can get the same taste in an AYCE. I'd say for a "starter" omakase, for some who's always had AYCE sushi, this would be a good place. But are there other better omakase in town? Yes.
google avatar

Tiffany C.

Yelp
We did the 6 course Omikase. The squid salad was my favorite. We told them the only seafood we don't eat is octopus (I can't justify eating a creature with more brains than me and that scene from 'The Boys' will forever haunt me) and they happily left it out. The total bill came to less than $100. I'm used to Kame prices so this was a happy change. Honestly, for an early weeknight dinner I don't need to know what astrological sigh my crustacean is!

Yelp
This is a very unique sushi restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious. They offer a wide selection of sashimi, sushi and rolls. The atmosphere is very inviting and pleasant. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Yelp
We went in on quiet Tuesday night for dinner to experience some Omakase without a high price. We have been to Kubuto and thought it was incredible, but with a high price. We also loved Kyara. Found that to be pretty awesome as well. Kase did not disappoint, Derek (maybe Eric) was very informative in explaining the menu and options for omakase menu's. The Omakase is the main attraction here and at a very approachable price ($49 for 7 courses). There is the option to add dishes off the menu, which we always do anyway! The Sake selection is not big, however very targeted and many styles and flavor profiles are represented. The room is small and intimate with only 9 tables and a small sushi counter with maybe 5 seats. Each course was really well done, some of the highlights were the Kona Kampachi from Hawaii and Japanese yellowtail. The other signature at Kase is the hand rolls. They are prominently featured on the menu; we now know why. They are delicious and very well done. What we found most enjoyable was the quality of the nori. Nori can make or break a roll. Having a nice crunchy, not too earthy nori enhances a roll. Instead of a cone shape, the hand rolls are a cylinder, easy to handle and not as messy. The timing was great for each course and 1-2 minute explanation on the fish and where it came from. The textures of each dish were thoughtfully explained. We recommend getting extra Toro. Overall the experience was great, we did not opt for a dessert , although I'm sure they are delicious though. Add this to the list of interesting sushi packed to visit for not much more than an all-you-can-eat...with superior quality!

Yelp
I just had the pleasure of indulging in a $39 Oomori 7-course Omakase meal and it was an experience unlike any other. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the stage for what was to come. First up was a beautifully presented seaweed salad and 3 piece yuzu salmon sashimi. The salmon was the freshest fish I have ever tasted. Each piece was expertly sliced and paired with the perfect accompaniments, such as wasabi and yuzu sauce, that enhanced the flavors of the fish. Next came a couple of nigiri pieces and hand rolls. Everything presented to us was very fresh! Overall, the 7-course Omakase meal was an unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an elevated dining experience. The attention to detail and the expertly crafted dishes made for a truly remarkable culinary journey. Come try this place out!

Yelp
This is a great affordable sushi spot. It's kind of in an unassuming spot, but has plenty of parking. I believe we got their 7 course tasting, which is a great deal. The fish was good quality, and we got every dish almost immediately after we were finished with one. It's hard to find good, affordable omakase anywhere, but especially Vegas, so I hope this place gets more popular!
google avatar

Angelica R.

Yelp
My husband and I just had dinner here and did the 7 course Oomori option. It was phenomenal. I know there's a plethora of sushi places to choose from in Vegas but this place a worth a step away from the AYCE. The experience and ambiance were well worth it. Our servers were great and made the overall experience a 10/10. I'll definitely be recommending this place to everyone!

Yelp
The best sushi experience of my life. I lived 20 years in New York City & Los Angeles, eating sushi everywhere I go! Kasé sushi: It was thoughtful, intentional, delicate, balanced. Perfect. I recommend this highly! I'll be back for sure. (I don't drink alcohol, but I'm sure saki and pairings are equally stunning and thoughtfully considered.)

Yelp
A year later and this place is still incredible. I've been here several times since my last review, and have never had anything less than a fantastic experience. The fish is as good as any that you'd find in a restaurant that charges triple the price. I usually order the Oomori and leave so full and happy. The ambiance is minimal which is a great thing- usually the simpler the decor in a Japanese restaurant, the better the food. Service is always on point. If you get Nick as a server, he is wonderful. The owner is also super kind, personable, and you can tell he really cares about making it a top notch experience for his guests. Keep doing what you're doing, Kase team!

Yelp
This place is amazing. A real gem of a find. The ambiance is casual and relaxed, in a small space. It's undiscovered right now, so hurry over before you need reservations to get in. The 7 course meal is only $49!! And let me tell you, it's delicious. The fish is so fresh and harmoniously paired with light flavors, like cherry blossom, yuzu, citrus, radish, etc. The 7 course dinner is enough to feel full without being uncomfortable. We will back to have the chef tasting menu soon. PS on Sundays if you get the tasting menu they do 1/2 price bottles of sake, and they have a great selection.

Yelp
I cannot get enough of this place! The most amazing food that melts in your mouth. The assortment of flavors are unlike anything I've ever experience. Never been a fan of seaweed salad but let me tell you, I'd get some every day from here if I could. Eric was so incredible not only with service but with his knowledge of each item he placed in front of me. Even paired wine with my meal that would please my palate. Rad guy, rad place, 10/10 all day

Yelp
Amazing spot for a sushi tasting experience. It's a great way to get in a mini omakase experience. It's similar to Sugarfish in Los Angeles if you know about them. The waiter brought out each course in a timely manner enough for us to enjoy each course and relax before bringing out the next. I came on a Tuesday afternoon and the restaurant wasn't busy at all with plenty of tables available. We got the 7 course tasting menu for $39 which was a great price for the amount and quality of the fish. Each course only got better, starting with the seasonal appetizer, which we got squid salad, and ending with a Negi-toro handroll that was delicious. They have an al a carte menu as well with individually priced sushi. Overall sushi and sashimi were fresh, handrolls were great with freshly rolled, crispy nori. I would definitely this spot if you're looking for a light lunch/dinner omakase with quality food and a calm, mellow ambiance.

Yelp
Trying to find a high-quality sushi spot that isn't AYCE can be tough without going to the strip. Not anymore! This hidden gym found on the corner of Jones & Russell in a strip mall is where you can find that high-quality sushi! A small quiet place. Nothing overdone. Simple attractive decor. Plenty of seating. We got in before the busy dinner rush. Our server greeted us quickly and shared with us Kase's story of how they do food. Their menu is well versed, including some tasting options. Including items not found on the menu only to be found on that day you arrive. We picked a variety of items, including the (4) course tasting. Everything was fresh, light and delicious. Each bite was just as good as the previous. It was one of the best places we've had sushi in quite some time. Each time food came out, our server explained what it was, best to eat it with and what to eat first. From start to finish we were extremely satisfied. We found our new spot for sushi that's for sure. Especially since it's within a 5-minute drive from our place :)

Yelp
Best sushi I ever had in Vegas! I'm a foodie and I love trying new restaurants.. I've been in some expensive sushi on the strip.. NOTHING, I mean, NOTHING compares with Kase!!! The quality is spectacular! The sushi is so fresh, light, clean... my husband and I found this place 1 weeks ago and we came back 2 times already! The service is super friendly and so nice! The atmosphere is amazing! This is such a hidden gem in Vegas! Highly highly recommend!!!

Yelp
We came in and tried the oomari omakase course. It was a great experience. You can't beat the price for the quality. There were these crunchy balls inside the hand rolls that I really like. You get the good quality fish with the surprising texture of the crunch. The medium fatty tuna was my favorite. I'm not a big fan of torched sushi but it was fine. The service was great. Very attentive and gave great recommendations. I love the music with pop covers and remixes. The price is reasonable especially compared to the strip. Definitely coming back to try other things. They have sake Sunday with half price sake with an order of a omakase. Enjoy.

Yelp
Solid omakase at a fantastic price. We had the Oomori $39 and added on an otoro $17. All of the fish was fresh and the service was exceptional. The restaurant is clean and well decorated. This is a new spot opening up close to my office, so I had really high hopes. We went on one of the first days, so this review is a few weeks old. They delivered with just a couple of minor missteps. The sushi rice was a bit over flavored. It took just a bit away from the star of the show. The fresh wasabi was a little dense for my preference, almost couldn't tell the difference from the horseradish wasabi. I like a little more fish to rice ratio. All very minor, and I'm excited to go again soon. Overall, great experience Best bites Otoro Salmon belly Toro handroll Blue crab handroll - I wish this was served last

Yelp
FAST, CASUAL OMAKASE. It's genius! Found out about this place after visiting cafe 86 next door. I made a reservation for 2 to celebrate a friend's birthday. There were plenty of time slots available. When we arrived, 2 tables were occupied with plenty of other seating. Seated settings include booth, bar, or tables. The space is beautiful. Black & gold decor with lots of wood aesthetics. I've never seen omakase this cheap! I was skeptical to see how the quality was. There are 4 choices: 1) Hanban - 4 course, 2) Nami - 6 course, 3) Oomori - 7 course, & Yasai - 6 course VEGAN. All UNDER $50 (before tax) Of course we had to go for the 7 course for only $49! Just like an omakase, each dish came out one at a time to your table. The staff was informed us what each dish was & the best order to eat it in. They paid attention to how fast/slow we eat to make sure nothing back up. We took the time to catch up & they slowed down when our food came out. The manager came out to serve us one of the dishes (crab hand roll) & was kind to notify us to eat this dish in a timely manner. If we waited too long, the seaweed would get soggy/tough. The fish, the rice, & service was amazing! My favorite has to be their chutoro. For a fast & casual omakase, the quality is pretty great for the price!! Now don't try to compare this to Nobu or Kame in Vegas, because they aren't "fast & casual". Kase is & I love the concept! If you look at the board in their open window to the kitchen, you can see where their fish is sourced. I saw Canada, Japan, etc! You're getting quality fish! I've gone a few times now & I love the omakase paired with sake. I originally had a Chardonnay, which didn't marry well in my opinion. The Snow sake is amazing & served with the cutest little glass. The sushi rice could be slightly better, but they do a good job for a fast & casual place. Brought the baby one time! They had a high chair available, which is always greatly appreciated. There are a la carte items, but mostly hand rolls that would be suitable for kiddos. My son enjoyed the crab hand roll! So happy to find this place so close to home. I'll be frequenting this spot!

Yelp
We did the 7 course omakase. Great quality sushi! loved the hand rolls! My husband liked the otoro hand roll. Service was great! Shout out to our sever Nick! He explained the sushi and the garnishes on it very well. We also ordered additional a la carte Japanese uni and hamachi belly which was melt in your mouth delicious. The food would've been great regardless of the price, but the price point can't be beat! $49 for the 7 course. Will be back for sure.
