We tried the butter chicken and enjoyed it with some wine. The food was amazing the decor of the restaurant is also very nice liked the whole feel of the place. The servers are really attentive and service was quite fast. I would definitely recommend going for a nice curry.

We had a lovely meal during opening week. The chili cheese bread and dal gosht was delicious! Service was friendly and attentive. Glad they are in the neighborhood!

Excellent food and the staff are very nice. Started with the sweet chilli cauliflower which was delicious, reminded a lot of Buffalo cauliflower in the best way. The butter chicken and naan were great and will definitely be a future go to for take out. Also loved the morel dish we had. The chilli cheese kulcha is a cheese stuffed naan- can't miss menu item. For dessert the gulab jamun really hit the spot

I have been waiting months for Kashi to open and it was so worth the wait. I came in on their grand opening night and the food did not disappoint. The service is great! Staff was super attentive. We ordered the hot wings, veggie curry, saag burrata, and garlic naan. The hot wings and saag burrata were My favorite as well as the garlic naan. The chef came out and chatted with us to see how we enjoyed our meal. He said they can always make the dishes spicier. The menu is unique…a blend of traditional Indian with a twist (i.e. saag burrata). The drinks menu looked enticing, but I didn’t order any drinks. I will definitely be back to try their drinks and other dishes.

We have been waiting for Kashi to open and were so excited to try it, so we booked it for New Year's Eve. The menu was super interesting, vibe was gorgeous, and the food was just as fantastic. We ordered the following: - Sweet Chilli Cauliflower (excellent) - Butter Chicken (very good) - Saag Buratta (good and very innovative) - Chilli Cheese Kulcha (sounded amazing although I'm not 100% sure that's what we received since it didn't appear to be stuffed with cheese) - Garlic Naan (always great) - Chicken Dum Biryani (good) - Several beautiful cocktails ( Very excited to go back!

Kashi is incredible!! TLDR: delicious food and incredible kind and helpful staff. I started with their signature Paan old fashioned which was a beautiful twist on a classic cocktail with stunning presentation and unique flavor. I had the Dal Gosht which arrived smelling incredible - the meat slid off the bone! It was so delicious I forgot to take a picture. The side of garlic nan was perfect, and I finished with the gulab jamun - decadent!

Do not believe the hype and waste your money. Emperors new clothes. Was really excited to try this place but genuinely so disappointed in both the food and the service. Indian food is my favorite cuisine and have tried countless restaurants in NY and the UK so seeing a pretty new place and somewhere with a 4.9 review made me very excited as it is a relatively new restaurant. However I don't think I've ever been so disappointed in a restaurant. From the moment we walked in the service was deplorable. 1. First impression: turned up with a reservation but the guy said we didn't and that the reservation was cancelled by us which was incorrect. Showed him the Resy confirmation which showed our reservation and we then had to wait out in the cold for 20 mins until we were finally allowed in despite their mistake. 2.Ordered drinks and they took almost 20 mins to come, had to ask for them to come after ordering as bar seemed to forget. Ordered the margaritas and they tasted like cheap cocktails you would get from a dive bar. 2. Food was not really up to scratch. Supposedly the chef is a former Gupshup chef however food left a lot to be desired. 3. When the entrees eventually arrived I was slightly suspicious that a dish we never even ordered turned up. Perhaps an honest mistake but was just another example of poor service, especially when we questioned it on the check. 4. When asked how our evening was I politely explained that the service was really disappointing. Manager just said 'oh the kitchen was really busy tonight', a pretty poor excuse for a Friday night.

Great food and service. Would definitely come again and try other things on the menu. Parking is difficult but train is nearby, recommend train or uber so you don't have to worry about parking. Everything we had was delicious and restaurant was beautiful inside.
