I am vegetarian and the veg options were just too good!! I think about it and still drool! The flavours in all the dishes like katte baigan, al yakani, gucchi tujji (barbecued morel mushrooms), nadru (lotus stem) kababs were just amazing. The Kashmiri tandoori paneer was outstanding too! All this with the Lavasa nan and their walnut chutney and pickled onion.. uff too yummy! The non veg food is also to die for.. With such a cozy atmosphere surrounded by greenery.

Fahd, if you are reading this review, please know that this is coming in from a person who visits Kashmir every year, sometimes every few months. As it's my second home. What you have brought in, in Goa, is gutsy as it's not easy to transport the essence of Kashmir and especially in places like Goa. Fantastic job on the setup, the crockery, and the hospitality. But somehow there was some dissonance that I felt in the taste and also the portion sizes. I understand the kind of quality you wish to deliver and sourcing of complementing raw material must not be easy, but I felt as if I was being robbed in the name of the rich culture that Kashmir stands for. It's contrary to what Kashmiri hospitality is all about. I miss traveling to Kashmir these days because of my schedule and therefore, was seeking that experience at your place. Hope it will be better the next time I plan my visit :)

We especially love the mutton yakhni—a luxurious yoghurt‑based mutton curry that is delicately spiced and melts in your mouth—and the Marchwangan Korma (or michiwangi korma), which strikes the perfect balance of fragrant spices and tangy red chilli warmth. Every dish here feels like a hug—simple, homey, and deeply comforting. The Tabakhmaaz (fried mutton ribs with walnut chutney) is also a standout appetizer, deeply flavourful and authentic Kashmiri tanginess. This small family run Restaurant is probably the only authentic kashmiri cuisine Restaurant in Goa. For those of us who may not have the good fortune to visit Kashmir, this Restaurant is the perfect place for enjoying the unique cuisine of Kashmir. I believe changes are made to the menu every 2 weeks but the regular dishes are there everyday. The location of the Restaurant is in a scenic quiet part of Siolim but very easily accessible by road. The ambience inside is simple yet very charming. They also do catering for home parties. Surprise your guests in Goa with some excellent Kashmir cuisine.

While Goa and Kashmir are both amazing in their own place and right, but to be able to be transported to Kashmir while you are in Goa in truly a DIVINE experience. The Place and atmosphere is serene - be it day or night. The Food is superlative - not too heavy or too spicy but hits just right. The Service is impeccable with Chef / owner Fahd always around to regale with tales of his childhood in Kashmir and his mother's recipes. A MUST do on the Goa food trail.

This restaurant is a true gem. The food is authentic and absolutely delicious, prepared with such care and flavor. The place has a welcoming charm, with beautiful surroundings and gorgeous views that make the whole experience even more special. A perfect spot to enjoy Kashmiri cuisine at its finest!

This is one of the best kashmiri food place I've been outside kashmir. Beautiful ambiance and kind kashmiri hospitality. Tabakhmaaz is a must try! Must try if you like exploring food and you have Kamshmri food on your list!
