Horrible customer service. They completely screwed up our take out order. When I called back and spoke with (staff member Kareem) he told me to come back and would be more than "willing to make things right". Unfortunately after driving all the way back to Kaisian boil Kareem was more concerned with taking shots rather than fixing our order like he had promised over the phone. Employees were very dismissive and clearly do not respect others time or business.

First time in today. Enjoyed crab/shrimp combo. Tasty, fresh. Had crab fries also. Strongly recommend and I will be back.

I visited the new Kasian Boil location at 11416 N FM 620, STE F. Went there twice. Great service and great food. Restaurant is clean
