Kasian Kitchen Crawfish & Seafood

The crawfish were delicious. I got the Kasian Spicy and it was just spot on. The corn was so juicy and flavorful. I also got some crab legs that were cooked just perfect. The meat just pulled off the shell intact. The line moved very slow so pack your patience. I spent a full hour there and that was just the wait to order and the time to get my food. When I arrived there were about 20 people in line.

I loveeeeee this place. The owner has always been so cool & down to earth since day 1. I found out about this place at the beginning of crawfish season this year. I’m from Louisiana & I’m super picky about my crawfish but he doesn’t disappoint! Ask for the works- spicy!

I believe the person who took my order was the owner, and he was extremely nice. The line was a bit long, which was to be expected since there weren't many people working, but the food was definitely worth the wait. I ordered the lemon pepper chicken, dry, with French fries, and it cost roughly $17. This was my first time in Houston, and I will definitely come back. Next time, I plan to try a different kind of sauce and possibly some seafood. Thank you for the wonderful food and great service!

Every time i go it’s money well spent , and Im here at least twice a week lol . The crawfish and Shrimp lover never disappoints (The works extra spicy) I love them, best Seafood in Humble.

Outstanding!! Super Juicy! Seasoning on point. BYOB. Owner 💯. I got down on 5 lbs of mud bugs and loved em. And what a cool play on the name, It's pronounced Kay'sian. So like Cajun but Ca'sian. Lol! Awesome!!

I had a wonderful first experience today! I ordered two pounds of crawfish that were flavored deliciously. The customer service was on point as well. Thankfully I live right around the corner, so I’ll be back often. 👏👏👏

It's been said before, and I can confirm that the shrimp fried rice is absolutely delicious. The service is good, and the place is clean. There's no reason not to stop by. I plan to try some of their other menu items as they are conveniently located 😁

I love visiting food trucks, and this one didn't disappoint. The line moved fast, and the covered outside seating was a plus. There was a hand washing station which was a nice touch. I ordered 1 pound of crawfish and a crab cluster with mild seasoning. Both were delicious and the meat was tender. I ate them so fast I forgot to take a picture. I would have liked tools to crack the crab.

Dude yes!!!! Stumbled upon this place online and it was so close to my house I HAD to give it a try, especially it being crawfish season, this was the sweetest, most fresh, perfectly seasoned crawfish I got since I moved here to Texas Ive had! 10 outta 10, I'm coming back!

We did the 5 lb for $40 crawfish deal. This was money well spent. They came out super quick, and they were so good! They were big and juicy, the inside was clean, and the outside flavor was so tasty!! It's a food truck, but they gave out door seating. We took ours home to get comfortable and eat. 10/10 in my opinion.

The food was fantastic. I ordered two pounds of spicy crawfish with "the works" flavor, which was absolutely delicious. I also had six shrimp that came with fries and hush puppies. Alex, who I believe is the owner, was wonderful and ensured the food arrived quickly. I will definitely be returning!

Ordered 6 pounds of crawfish and completely devoured them I had two pounds of each flavor and they were all tasty af! Good size and everything!

We gave this place and try and now we're going back for more. Great place for crawfish and I ordered 5 pounds and only got 10 bad ones out of it which is not too shabby. My husband and son enjoyed having the catfish and even had leftovers that didn't make our fridge smell bad the next day. Service was quick and efficient. Quite far of a drive for us both worth it.

Kasian virgin here, came out due todays post on Facebook. Ended up chatting with the owners, I believe. I thought Kasian like Korean Asian that's my peoples. So I was pretty stoked turns out it's Viet-cajun which is just as good. I actually love viet-cajun crawfish. Close to home about 20 mins away, I usually get the hottest level. But ever since I got injected with a baby Sofi has not allowed me to be my true chili head self. So after chatting with the guy he told me he would recommend medium. Which I'm glad I listened! My nose was running and so far no heartburn! 3lbs The Works in Medium, with 2 corns, 2 eggs, and I believe 2/4 potatoes totaling to $35/36 and some change. Flavors were on point, only wish they had that chunky chunky garlic rather than the minced. 4 stars cause y'all use minced over chunky garlic. Your Asian you should always use chunky! The soak was so good! I've actually never had crawfish where you barely had to do any work! You twist the tail the shell almost comes off by itself. The claws no matter how tiny they were I was able to bite them in half and eat all the meat. You go to pull off the back and everything stays in your grip. So much so the head cavity is literally clean. Just from that one pull all the brains and good stuff stays in tack so you can lick, suck all the flavors. Definitely gives you two tone lips at the end. Idk if it's salt or all the mixtures of seasonings. Ate most of it but we still have leftovers. Can't eat as much with this baby hogging room in my belly! I definitely will be back to try other things! Thanks for the fix!

I ordered the shrimp 6 pieces. The pieces were ginormous and delicious for a good price. Def try this place if you're in the area.

Amazing Seafood Boil hot and fresh. Delicious fried shrimp dinner. Excellent customer service with food hot and fresh . I would definitely recommend Kasian Kitchen !!

We decided to try this place out because everyone was raving about how good the crawfish were. The crawfish were HORRIBLE they lacked flavor & spices . Taste like they were just boiled in water. You shouldn't need sauce poured on top of the crawfish to bring out the flavor. Also, to top everything off the crawfish were DIRTY & GRITTY! dirty crawfish + no seasoning... I wouldn't recommend.

Kasian Seafood Truck on a atascocita Road and Will Clayton seafood is everything thing. I have their number locked in my phone. The green muscles are to die for and I always get the snow crabs. if you are looking for flavorful seafood in the area, I highly recommend you try them out you will not be disappointed

Hands down, best fried fish on-the-go and possibly at a sit down restaurant in this area. Food was fresh, hot and SEASONED. Staff was friendly too! Must try!

So happy I found this place while browsing for a new spot to try! The food was phenomenal. I ordered 3lbs of crawfish along with 1lb of snow crab with the Garlic Butter and I think I've found my new go to spot for seafood. The workers are super friendly and they provided the house sauce for me to try and that also is very yummy!

This is easily my favorite seafood spot!!! They have amazing customer service! The food is amazing every single time! The crab clusters to die for! The catfish .... DELICIOUS! The wait is never long and they bring the food to your car. I love it there! And cannot wait for crawfish season!

The works is the besttttttt. Omg so good. Y'all have to try. Be careful though. The spicy is spicy... the extra spicy will have you losing your hearing and getting light headed!!

Best crawfish I've had in years and only 5 minutes from home. There wasn't a small crawfish or a single straight tail in the bag. They were all large and perfectly seasoned. This was my 1st visit so I'm looking forward to going back to try the fried seafood too.

Back at my spot! Ordered 2lbs of crawfish, corn and potatoes. Currently waiting bc he soaks them once you get there vs leaving them to get soggy and over cooked. Btw, the crawfish are a good size too unlike ALL the other places I've been to in Texas. I'll b back again next week lol btw, the owner says he's not blasian (just Asian) but that damn crawfish says otherwise ... it's giving power to the people, if u know u know . Oh and don't move this truck pleaseeeee, I stay next door, I'll be food depressed

Food service was 10/10 Food 10/10 Flavor 10/10 I visited this place on Sunday afternoon, I had been craving seafood but couldn't never find a good place. But I must say I'm very happy I stopped by at this food truck. The food was absolutely amazing and delicious. I will definitely be back again to visit.

In my opinion, this place a has the best wings in this side of 59. The wings are the right size, and always have the right amount of flavor with every bite. Feed yourself for lunch or feed the family. Either way, it's a win.

First I would like to shout out the Amazing service , that match the big huge shrimps that came out !!! Love love love the quality and would definitely recommend to anyone and will be returning

OMG! Kasian Kitchen is my new go to spot for crawfish, shrimp , and mussels! The flavor was so bold...it was so delicious. I really want to drive back for a second order tonight but that would be greedy!!! I forgot to take pics...my bad.

I pass by this place all the time and finally stopped in. I can't believe I've put it off so long. The food is great and has amazing flavor. I got a pound of shrimp, some corn and potatoes with the Cajun Garlic Butter. This was full of flavor with just the right amount of heat. The shrimp were jumbo head in shrimp, way bigger than I was expecting. I highly recommend you don't pass this place up another day!

Visiting family in humble and tried this crawfish food Truck near by. Tried a little bit of everything, flavors were great, good size crawfish and crab was yummy. The guys running the truck were friendly and nice. Definitely come back again.

The crawfish & shrimp was soooo good, the Woks or Works flavor is the best one for sure!! Definitely recommend this place, the guys who work the truck stand are really nice people, even offered to move the table for us because it started drizzling!

I decided to give this place a try based off the reviews and I am so glad I did! First off, the customer service was amazing, he let sample different flavors and was very informative. The flavor Kajun style was AMAZING!! The crawfish and mussel was cooked to perfection,I couldn't stop eating, my only regret is that I didn't order more! I have definitely found my new seafood spot! Highly recommend

My family and I have been twice so far. The owner is very kind and congenial. The food is brought to your car. The food, more specifically the fish is highly seasoned with salt. It's just shy of salty. The look of the food is beautiful. You get full, large catfish fillets. No strips here! The shrimp are large and meaty as well. My family has only tried the fish/shrimp dinners. The highly seasoned comment was shared by 3 out of 4 of us. Give them a shot for yourself. Happy Holidays.

This has become our go to for boiled shrimp! I love the works sauce and my hubby gets the garlic butter sauce for his. The shrimp are huge and the customer service is great! So glad they moved and are basically a few minutes away. We will now be regulars.....can't wait to try their crawfish

I had this place for the first time today after contemplating for weeks & I absolutely love it omg. You all were definitely needed in the area! I ordered crawfish & snow crab the kasian flavor 10/10 recommend!!!

Could not have been more dissatisfied. Took. way too long to get your food from a food truck. The shrimp was substandard overcooked and tough. The shells were sticking to the shrimp and it was a total disaster, two small cherry size potatoes and a soggy piece of corn, the guy who cooked it seemed nice so I didn't go back and complain. What a crappy evening waste of time and money. I don't know about the rest of the menu but do not get the shrimp.

Got the shrimp and crab for a lunch. Shrimp was 8 huge prawns for the price, crab was one cluster with 4 decent legs attached, one good claw and all had good amount of meat. Order of mushrooms with it was good, but the potatoe order was just 2 small red ones. But the sauce was excellent for the seafood dipping. Garlic and butter was ordered and on the side, not cooked in or spooned over as after thought, so i got to control how much i put on. Talked to owner while waiting and he asked if i got their signature sauce. I told him i don't want spicy and got the garlic butter, but he got me some explaining it was only a little heat. This was amazing. Citrusy and buttery and garlicky with the heat coming from a few jalapeños or chilis chopped up into it. It was perfect. I dont like the crab boil spice sprinkled over everything and this was made just how i like to take in my seafood. There are other preparations and he serves crawfish as well so i am betting you can get that if its your preference in this region, but this was how i grew up eating seafood. Just pulling the meat from the shell triumphantly and dip and eat. No delivery app service yet but he said he has to set it up.
