I have been here mostly for lunch, high tea combined with baby showers and one event. The food and service has suggested been great. The building is beautiful inside with a lovely terrace and outdoor area. Always a pleasure to come here 🙂. Pictures are from the most recent visit.

Hotel cancelled the room, brutally lying that it was never confirmed. Facts are that I requested a room for a business event, got a response that a suite is available. "Would you like breakfast and dinner?", asked the hotel. Only breakfast please, I responded immediately. Apparently that was not good enough for them, they cancelled the reservation two days later.

I live close by so I have visited Kasteel Maurick a few times, mostly for high tea and lunch. It is a beautiful place with great food and very friendly service. Highly recommended!

We had a lunch reservation, and we were able to keep it by getting there just under the wire. It is a lovely setting on a sunny spring day. The menu for us was largely salad-based, but tasty.

It is a beautiful place, But: Not kid friendly. No kids menu (whereas virtually all restaurants have one). Reception closes early, could not arrange a taxi back. Service is slow. The order was forgotten about, had to ask several times before it was eventually served. Not flexible with arrangements: a simple request to provide additional table/chairs was denied - which seemed just pure lazy since the place was empty/no other guests occupying the said additional chairs!

Nice place to have a walk. The architecture is pleasant and the grounds have some nice spots to sit and relax. Closed restaurant on Mondays, but you can still walk around.
