Enjoyed a delicious dinner and great drinks. Nice restaurant to just go and relax. The staff is very friendly and professional. Mariel was our amazing server. She was very knowledgeable and helped us choose from all the great menu options. Another great thing is that if you sit at the bar they have outlets and hooks to hang a jacket or purse.

We had a great experience at Katana. We sat at the chef's table for a late dinner and the service was spectacular! The food did not fall short from that either. We did the the chef's experience. This is where they pretty much let you sample the menu and feed you, so everything was a surprise as we got it and it was all delicious. I also really enjoyed their music, I kept on wanting to get up and dance.

Great tasty food, very fresh and delicious. Did the omokase menu, one dish after the next was super delicious. Antonio, our server suggested the chefs menu wherein the chef designed our courses based on their signaturs items and his creativity. Antonio was very versed in the menu and sake list. The manager, Mark checked on us often and answered all our questions. It was an amazing experience, will definitely be back again and again. The pictures will speak for themselves.

I went there for restaurant week. The host and waitress were very kind. After finding out we were there for our first time our waitress sent a complementary appetizer which was very kind and unexpectedly! Each food item was brought out as it was ready. I enjoyed my experience!

Katana is unmatched when it comes to amazing sushi and great ambiance. They pay attention to every detail, and that is what I love the most about this restaurant. We had the Hanabi, baked crab hand roll and California rolls; all the sushi was very fresh and delicious. We also had a couple cocktails; I really enjoyed the Matcha Mule, I love matcha and I love this fun twist on the classic drink. The service was wonderful, ; we were greeted by a friendly hostess, our server was very helpful and had great knowledge of the menu, and we even had a chance to speak to the manager Daniel who was also a pleasure to talk to. I recommend Katana Chicago.

Beautiful space well appointed. Very good sake selections with Japanese pricing. Food choices were fairly good for lunch, which was empty. Had sashimi and it was good, not excellent, but better than most in Chicgo . Go there at least once

Hit and miss. Some items were great - shishito peppers, salmon sashimi in the bento box, hand rolls. Others lackluster and for the price it didn’t seem to warrant the value. Business lunch made it ok however I’m unlikely to go back on my own. Also over lunch time the inside was nearly empty which wasn’t a great sign.

Great food and amazing service. Had a large group in the private room and everything was fantastic including them helping us with AV needs. Definitely will be back for dinner again!
