Seafood Market Kathleen’s Catch Is Opening a Third Location on Clairmont Road In Brookhaven, Georgia | Eater Atlanta

"Opening next month on Clairmont Road in Brookhaven, this will be the third Atlanta-area Kathleen’s Catch from owner and fishmonger Kathleen Hulsey, who is targeting a mid-December opening. I learned the market sells fresh fish, oysters, clams, shrimp, crab, and lobster alongside prepared items and sandwiches—its popular New England-style lobster roll and crab cake sandwich, chowders, and smoked trout dip are highlights. The prepared-foods menu and the fresh seafood in the cold cases should be similar across the Johns Creek and Milton locations, with some variations in fish and shellfish offered due to customer demand or requests. As with the other markets, the Brookhaven shop will offer the New England-style lobster roll every day, plus a daily specials menu and oven-ready meals that change weekly. Hulsey opened the original Johns Creek location on Medlock Bridge Road nearly 10 years ago and added the Milton location on Crabapple Road in 2015. Orders can be placed online for pick-up at the Johns Creek or Milton locations, and local delivery is available." - Beth McKibben

Google
Best lobster roll in Atlanta. Best value when everywhere else is charging double AND it’s seasonally fresh. They won’t do you wrong like some other places I’ve gone to for lobster rolls.

We have been to Kathleen’s Catch many times. The Seafood is fresh and fabulous. There are many choices. We BBQ,d Ahi Tuna and Mahi Mahi. We also purchased Corbina for later this week. If you want Reastaurant grade meals without the price, check them out. Check out the Extremely fish selection pictures. The Fresh Corvina Fish ($10.99 almost the same price as fast food) looks like sashimi grade. We browned it in a hot pan - with olive oil and butter. Absolutely delicious, mild, no fish taste and affordable. Also had their shucked oysters with champagne vinaigrette- $1.75 each. Great fish, affordable prices , and staff. Kathleen is there on a regular basis to interact with.

For everyone craving: they can order STONE CRAB CLAWS! I ordered 3lbs from here. They told me they can't do jumbo, so I selected large. I picked it up after 2 weeks, because they didn't make it on the first week. The quality of these claws is super, comparable to those I had in Miami. The price is also great, only several bucks more expensive than I did before. Definitely will come again for the next stone crab season!

Been wanting to try the lobster roll and today was the day after driving by their pictured window advertisement. Now here's what I actually got, wet and mushy given that the bun was not really toasted only swished around a skillet to warrant charging $19. The entire experience was dismal from the fish monger's demeanor and lack of care to the wet and mushy "lobster" which instead of satisfying lumps, had broken down their texture from what I can only guess was the onion marinade making them feel as if they had been already chewed and reshaped to make the 4oz portioned cup. What a let down 👎

This place is so expensive! I don’t even understand how it survives. Just go to city farmers market or Buford farmers! I also don’t even think the quality is all that great either for what you’re paying for. I’ve tried oysters and raw fish. Additionally the employees I’ve encountered don’t have a lot of knowledge about the products. Don’t recommend

20$ for this is crazy. On top of that 10% off because it’s Tuesday way to small for that price smh
