The prepared-foods menu and the fresh seafood in the cold cases should be similar across the Johns Creek and Milton locations, with some variations in fish and shellfish offered due to customer demand or requests. As with the other markets, the Brookhaven shop will offer the New England-style lobster roll every day, plus a daily specials menu and oven-ready meals that change weekly. Hulsey opened the original Johns Creek location on Medlock Bridge Road nearly 10 years ago and added the Milton location on Crabapple Road in 2015.
