Monty’s Nepalese Cuisine

We were a walk-in. Service was very friendly and attentive but not overly so, just perfect. The food was delicious. There was a good choice of dishes and advice on dishes was freely given. All in all, a delightful experience and one that we’ll be happy to repeat again soon.

Food was delicious, I got a salmon curry and the sauce was really fragrant and delicate to match a salmon dish....probably one of the best fish curries I have ever had. On the downside the service was very slow. It was packed on a Saturday night, with only about 2 waiters. Perhaps they were unusually short staffed or maybe they need to hire more. The food was not over priced, good atmosphere and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend but only if you are not in a hurry!

I visited Kathmandu restaurant with a friend yesterday. They had the best authentic Nepalese food we have ever tasted! We had chicken and lamb momos. The staff was very friendly and helpful for us to choose the best dish in their menu. We met Mr. Suren, the owner who is a very friendly individual. He sat with us for a while and talked about the Nepalese cuisine and his experiences in UK as we were new in the country. Hands down it is the best in Ealing! And we plan to visit again soon!

Was in London for a concert with family went here for food and it was a very good experience, staff were polite and freindly. Highly recommend owner was chatty and is proud and loves the restraunt. So would be happy to go again.

Monty’s Nepalese Cuisine is a hidden gem! The momos were packed with flavour – juicy, tender, and perfectly spiced. I also loved the chicken chaat – super fresh and full of bold, tangy flavours. You can tell the food is made with care and authenticity. The only small downside was that the servers felt a bit pushy, but overall the experience was really enjoyable. Would love to see tandoori or chilli momos added to the menu – that would take it to the next level! Definitely coming back.

Hands down the absolute best Nepalese restaurant I've ever eaten at! I loved the cosy atmosphere of the restaurant, it made me feel like I was transported right to Nepal. The wait staff was incredibly attentive and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. All the dishes were to die for and the waitstaff was amazing when I had any questions. Before coming here I had been woefully ignorant of Nepalese cuisine and I have never been happier to be educated. I have quite literally never had anything bad from this restaurant. Everything, and I mean everything, was absolutely amazing. They are very accommodating about your preferences as well - my friend requests extra spice and I request less and it's always perfect when we get it! I can't recommend this highly enough!
