Embraces and lives up to the hype of Santorini’s caldera views. Quieter than the main Katikies property, you have access to all of the main place’s accommodations while enjoying the privacy of the villas. The staff were extremely attentive, left no stone unturned. Would very happily come back.

Our stay at Katikies Villa Santorini was truly unforgettable. The villa was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The view was absolutely stunning — the kind you never get tired of, especially during sunset. Every detail reflected a premium experience, from the comfortable interiors to the attentive service. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and breathtaking scenery in Santorini.

My wife and I just recently stayed at the Katikies villas in Santorini. I cannot express how truly amazing this resort is. Our driver picking us up from the ferry tells us it’s the best resort in Oia. He wasn’t Wrong. From the breathtaking views to the amazing staff you feel like the most important guest they have. The rooms are amazing with gorgeous views. The pools has the same views. The breakfast and food is outstanding. But my favorite memory beside the views is how well Nikos and his amazing staff were so attentive to our every need. The restaurant recommendations they gave were spot on. We will definitely be back to visit this amazing hotel and place. Thanks again Nikos and your amazing staff

Beautiful hotel however very old and small rooms. Our hotel room heat didn’t t work and they didn’t offer a solution until the third night. They told us they have come and TRIED to fix the ac and gave us a blanket and that’s all they can do. I had to insist on switching the room for them to do that. They also switched us to a worse room than what we paid for however the heat in the new room works. Breakfast was very nice and all the staff at breakfast are very pleasant. Also very good cleaning staff.

We had an amazing stay in Katikies Villas. The accommodation, facilities and food at the hotel were terrific with a beautiful view from Caldera and Oia. The team, lead by Nico, was very nice and responsive to all of our requests - 10/10 experience!

Katikies Villa Santorini is a breathtaking 5-star retreat with stunning views and impeccable service, perfect for a luxurious getaway. Our villa was fabulous, with a beautiful room and a private hot tub (each villa has its own, though Villas 1 and 2 share a common entryway, with Villa 2 passing in front of Villa 1). This was never an issue—we didn’t see our neighbors, so it felt completely private. Note that check-in is separate from other Katikies properties, and it’s a short walk from the main drop-off point—plan accordingly. The iconic infinity pool, located at the sister property a 2–3 minute walk away, is absolutely worth it. Breakfast (included for us) was phenomenal, with top-notch service and delicious food. Drinks were pricey but excellent and promptly served. The location in Oia is gorgeous, but I recommend renting a car to explore Fira for a livelier nightlife and more authentic dining, as taxis are €50 each way and buses are infrequent. This resort is a dream—highly recommend for a memorable Santorini escape!

i was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel due to the lack of cleanliness in the room. Upon arrival, I noticed the floors were dirty, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, and the linens looked used. This is unacceptable for any level of accommodation. I informed the staff, but unfortunately, the issue was not resolved. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, and we asked for refund they did not accept

Spent an amazing few days in Katikies. From check in to check out the whole experience was fabulous. The staff are so welcoming, kind and attentive. Our suite was stunning, the view from our balcony was everything, the pictures do not do it justice. Everywhere was immaculately clean, the attention to detail in every part was astonishing. Breakfast needs a special mention, the food was phenomenal. With a selection of breads, tarts, juices and all before we even ordered from the menu it was one of the best parts of the day. I really do hope we will get to visit again in the not so distant future. Thank you everyone at Katikies for the most amazing holiday 💙🤍
