AMAZING!!! yes the price is high! We only stayed for maybe 2 hours and I can see the everyone staying for longer! It's was HOT HOT HOT!! they have mist fans at the beginning on every single hole!!!!! This place is definitely a 10/10

Went to Patis & Toyo! The food was delicious and flavorful. The portion sizes were amazing. Pricing was exceptional, and customer service was stellar!

It is one of the newer strip malls (newer than Katy Asian Town across the street) which has some spaces still under renovation. Parking lots and walkways are brand new and kept clean with the help of trash bins at regular intervals. Easy access from I-10 and 99 is a plus.

This whole center blew me away! So much to do and I felt like I traveled somewhere new haha. I will definitely be going back often and bringing friends, there’s all kinds of Asian places to eat which I loved and lots of activities around. New favorite center!
