Our server Liz was amazing we celebrated my birthday there and everything was awesome from the coconut shrimp to the Ruben hubs got a burger that he said tasted heavenly. We will be definitely going back!! Next time time to try the breakfast!!

Glad to try Katz's for the first time. Had the weekday "halfer" special: Reuben Sandwich with Mazzo Ball Soup and Yankee Pot Roast Sandwich (on sourdough) with Broccoli and Cheese Soup. Also got Red Velvet Cheesecake to go. Sandwiches seemed like a smaller portion at first since they were "half" size but they were very hearty and delicious. Soup also was very good. The cake was good but maybe it would be better if they just did red velvet cake instead of making it a cheesecake. Love Katz's.

Breakfast at Katz’s was a bit of a mixed bag—hot coffee, and unforgettable chilaquiles. The decor added a nostalgic charm. While the Beyond Meat breakfast bowl was decent, we would not order it again. It would enhance the overall experience if servers gave guests a bit of space when completing the payment and tipping on handheld devices. Training the staff and emphasizing a customer-focused approach where guests are given space and privacy is necessary. To our surprise there was also a 2.85% credit card surcharge.

So, as you know, I RARELY rate any restaurant with a 5. Mostly because there is always room for improvement. However, this restaurant exceeded my expectations. We arrived at 1130am on a Sunday morning. We were a group of 3. Right away i noticed the 24/7 open sign, which generally gives me the impression that something is not gonna be so good. Mostly because employees want weekends off or a better schedule and being open 24 hrs. makes it hard to have round the clock good help. The hostess was smiling and welcoming. Our server looked happy and was helpful, thorough, knowledgeable, and attentive. There wasn't a long wait for our food. I ordered the Spinach frittata without the pastrami. The other 2 ordered the breakfast bowl. Everything was delicious! The choices are a little overwhelming, but the food was so tasty, reasonably priced and I appreciated the big portions!

I've been going to Katz's original location for 21 years, and it's always been one of my go-to spots. I was craving Katz's but didn’t feel like making the drive to the original, so I decided to give this newer location a try—and I wasn’t disappointed! The food was just as good, and the restaurant was clean and well-kept. Glad to know the quality holds up across locations. I’ll definitely be back!

Having lived in this city since 2000, I've never patronized this restaurant. The food was fresh and delectable. I ordered the loaded toast, so much food and delicious. The chocolate ghip pancakes were nice and fluffy. The service was stellar, and the staff was so pleasant.

Google
Katz delivers what it is set up for, 24 hour diner! We used it for 24 hour dining with good food and drinks. 🍹 This was our second time visiting late night 11-12:00am once on the weekend and another during the work week but was off. Now let me remind you that late night on the weekends you might see a little of everything walking in!🤭yes, indeed straight from da clubs! Remember I warned you! First thing you do see though is security officer right in front who also police 👮 the parking lots! He or she also circles around inside. Food is great and the margaritas are bomb 💣 puts you right where you want to be! Staff is extra friendly which did surprise me!

Had horrible service the whole time we were there. Got my french dip sandwich that was actually good. Halfway through the sandwich I almost bit into a large sharp piece of metal in my sandwich. I was terrified thinking of what could of happened if I had bitten into or swallowed it. Manager came over and took the plate away and said she was going investigate. When she came back in 5 minutes she told me that they looked at the video and that the piece of metal did not come from the kitchen. I assumed that she was saying that that I put it in the sandwich, which was an insult. I asked her how she could explain it being there, unless a magic fairy had put it there on the way from the kitchen to the table. After all that they still expected me to pay the bill, even though myself and my wife could not eat our food after the occurance. I refused to pay and left. I called the office and they had the General Manager Macy Lopez call me. She apologized but pretty much told me thanks for the feedback. She said that since we didn't pay she couldn't offer us a gift card to try them again. I wasn't seeking a free meal but it would seem that she would offer to do something to make the situation right. So in short, I would say check your food before you eat here. And if you find something there they will probably blame it on you. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. So sad. They showed they are just a business and do not care about the customer.

Yelp
Brought my parents to try Katz's for the first time. From the outside and inside the decor is nice, clean and inviting. When we walked in the staff greeted us right away a say is down, very accommodating since we had a baby with us. Its nice and clean. Love that it's nice and chilly inside especially with this heat. Our server was very nice and attentive, never let us waiting for drinks. The food was great, love that the menu is available all day, great for everyone to choose if they want breakfast or lunch. I believe prices are fair. We definitely recommend and we will be back to try more of their menu.

Yelp
I used to eat at Katz's in Austin years ago and was surprised to hear they have...a chain of them now? in Houston. We were in Houston and decided to have breakfast here. The first thing I noticed was the restaurant is really upscale diner looking. It's not giving Katz's cozy vibes, but maybe it's what they thought was right for this market? The menu really threw me off. It's a giant, Applebees-esque picture menu complete with little standing cards on the tables advertising some colorful lemonades or something. All the menu stuff was very, very chain. I had a scrambled egg (good), English muffin (very good), with whipped cream cheese (excellent). My husband had a two egg plate with bagel and latkes. The bagel was just ok. The latkes were flavorful, but were overly oily like the fryer wasn't hot enough and they seemed pre-formed, cookie cutter shape. Our server was ok. If you've never been to Katz's in Austin I think you'll like this one just fine. If you're expecting the Austin one, try not to.

Yelp
The food was amazing. Sandwiches were flavorful and tasty. The service was amazing! Waiters were super attentive and friendly. The place is so cute on the outside and inside. I came around 11:00 am on a Saturday and there was no wait. A little expensive but that's to be expected with Katz's. Absolutely will be returning.

Yelp
3 am snacks just hit at Katz. It was a nice time with good service and good food. I will say the egg cream is super weak. Wouldn't get it.
google avatar

David N.

Yelp
The food was amazing! Personally I recommend the breakfast food. The service was okay seemed like there was only 1 waiter for everyone so she did her best but service was slow. The potato pancakes were amazing. The ambiance of the restaurant was on point. Good music playing.

Yelp
Large 24 hour diner with an extensive menu. We went late night/early morning and the place was packed but the service was quick. I had blueberry pancakes and eggs and they were just what I wanted/needed at 1am! If ever I'm in the area and need a late night bite I'd definitely return

Yelp
Westheimer location today. Avocado toast and club sandwich with latkes. All tasted great, and felt like being in New York for a minute. Great service

Yelp
I've seen Katz deli shown on the Food Network and Travel Channel, never thought that I would be able to try it unless I fly to New York or at least have a taste of the amazing pastrami. I'm from Austin recently moved to Houston and the food scene in Houston is incredible and Katz Deli an example of that. The best pastrami sandwich I've ever had. Best pastrami sandwich I've ever had. The bread is buttery and crispy. The pastrami is soft, flakey, rich, meaty, vinegary, tangy, layer after layer of meat. Then the sauerkraut bring it all together with the crunch and tame flavors of the cabbage, the richness of the meat needs the sauerkraut. Once you add that creamy may Russian house dressing, you get flavor bombs. I love how it comes with a whole pickle aside of additional pickled vegetables. For a sandwich $18, it is pricy. You can't forget the house chips, freshly cut, and fried beautifully seasoned crispy fresh chips. By the way, the old-fashioned for 12 bucks is a really good deal plus the bartender made it really well.

Yelp
We usually order to go but decided to go done in. Service was pretty fast. Food was good. It was Friday and quiet. The sandwich's are enough to split!

Yelp
Barry, we've got to talk. In June of 2023 I rediscovered Katz's after being a loyal diner in Austin for years until it's closure. Clifford Antone used to buy me breakfast at 2 AM after visiting his club. I wrote a glowing review for your new Galleria establishment. Flash forward to my birthday weekend 2024. Let's get the parking lot thing out of the way. Has no affect on the review of the restaurant but it's a story. I've reluctantly finished my meal and went out to grab a smoke. A native Houstonian gets out of his Tahoe and approaches me. I'm wearing a shirt that's classic Austin garb with a little country and he tells me I've got a vibe that is fresh. We BS for a few minutes and talk H-Town breakfasts. He rejoins his party that now has a table inside. Meanwhile, I'm reseated and visiting while my son finishes his cheesecake. Tab paid and we're headed out and back to Austin. Apparently, that dude Chad has been asked to fetch something from the vehicle and we reunite in the parking lot now joined by my family (mom, son, GF). Handshake and man hug like we've known each other forever. Yes Chad, we will see each other again. GF say people are drawn to me; she exclaims who the "F" was that? Sorry to get off track Barry but you had to know my vibe. Now, onto the menu change. I know it happens but getting rid of something I hold so dear in my heart; perhaps defines what I think Katz's is about. And it's a simple fix. I know it's still there in all it's parts except one. Eggs Broadway....Is it worth the pennies saved not having the horseradish accompaniment available? You still have sour cream; why not keep some around for the old school crowd! Hope it comes back!

Yelp
This place is a far cry from the Katz's in Austin, or the one on Montrose. The service was awful. Sandwiches were small and bland. Very small amount of mustard or cheese. Pastrami not good. Corned beef tasted like it was out of a can. Turkey ok. French bread decent. Drinks were ok. Everything was way overpriced for what you're getting. You can get a fat superior sandwich at any Firehouse Subs for half the price. Pass on this Katz's.
google avatar

Yelp
Good food. Solid service. Whenever I go to Katz's it's bc it's late and I'm hungry and I don't want fast food. lol. The Montrose location is okay. However the Other Westhiemer location is REALLY nice. Clean bright and fresh atmosphere with great service every time. No matter how late we've come the service was excellent. And the bread pudding is chef's kiss! Even if you don't like bread pudding. Try the bread pudding. Great.

Yelp
I was looking for breakfast at midnight. Katz open 24 hours The service was slow and server made some mistakes while taking the order. She forgot my husband steak with two eggs breakfast. The restaurant pretty clean compare to other 24 hour restaurants Food was okay Nice parking spot

Yelp
I used to frequent Katz's Deli on Montrose years ago before reviews were a thing. I remember being super impressed with their large menu and atmosphere. My expectations weren't met as with the previous location. My family and I took my aunt to dinner for her birthday last night at the Galleria location. Upon entering to take our seat at the half circle booth, I was grossed out by the extremely sticky floor. I couldn't get off my feet fast enough. Not the best first impression. Our server was attentive. We ordered drinks and started on our journey through the extensive menu. It is a little overwhelming to pick from such a large selection. We were seated close to the bar with the Astros game playing. That was also a distraction, but a good one (Go Astros!). I love being able to have dinner and not miss the game. We finally made our decisions and ordered. We started with an appetizer of fried pickle spears to share. For my entree, I had the Texas brisket and turkey hero. The fried pickles were okay. I remembered them being a lot crunchier years ago. The breading was a little soggy after one bite. Our meals arrived in a timely manner. For a deli place with a focus on sandwiches, my hero was lacking. The brisket was so fine it was more like a paste. The turkey was dry and the barbecue sauce was a drizzle. I asked for a side of sauce to help, but the sauce itself arrived cold, so it didn't help the cause. My dad had the street tacos and said they were very good. In hind sight, I should have taken the server's suggestion. When asked her suggestions prior to ordering, she was very enthusiastic about the wings and the street tacos. My stepmom had the French dip. She said it was good. My aunt had a turkey deli sandwich. She didn't comment much on hers. The sandwiches come by themselves. Fries or another side are extra. We ordered steak fries to share. They were okay, but came to the table a little cold. All in all, it was a good evening celebrating my aunt. We usually do finer dining for birthdays, but this was her pick. The atmosphere has a fresh look and they play great music. Everything from Sinatra to Lady Gaga to The Revivalists. But please, guys, change the mop water and get that floor in better shape! I would like to go back and try their 24 hour breakfast menu. Part of the issue for me was not taking the server's suggestions. I think it deserves another try. In my previous experience with the other location, I was impressed with their breakfast. I would also like to eat on the patio when the weather is cooler. This place can definitely cater to a diverse group with the many options. From deli sandwiches, meatloaf, wings, salads, burgers, chicken fried steak, to sea bass. They were not busy for a Saturday night. I think their crowd is probably the late nighters. Think of an upscale Denny's and that's what you'll find at Katz's. Katz's Never Kloses!

Yelp
Cool vibe, extensive menu, nice outdoor patio, and good food. Full bar with seasonal drinks.

Exceptional service from our server Liz! We stay close by and always stop by for dinner during the week we have become regulars.

Yelp
Katz never Kloses! Open 24 hours a day for any craving that you may have. I was anxious to try it! So glad that I did! This is a brand new location. (Galleria) Other locations include Montrose, The Woodlands, and The Heights. This restaurant is absolutely gorgeous. I love the colors they chose and all of the beautiful natural lighting. Upon reviewing the menu, I was blown away by all of the options. I had it in my head that they only had sandwiches lol. I was wrong. I was surprised to see country fried chicken on the menu. It looked amazing. (Everything did) I asked our server about it and he said it was a great choice. I decided to move forward. The country fried chicken is a boneless battered chicken breast served on a bed of mashed potatoes and smothered in cream gravy. YES, it is as delicious as it sounds!! Note: If you would like an additional side, it is sold separately. Ex: side of fries $4.99 My son decided to get the grilled Salmon Hero with a side of fries. The salmon hero is a grilled salmon sandwich with red onion, lettuce and tomato on a French roll. He absolutely loved it! The fries lacked seasoning but were still good. Final thoughts: We will definitely be back! Great food, service and ambiance. 10/10

Yelp
Numerous visits as it's a Great location geographically and hours always a plus but note service can hit or miss depending day and time and GOD forbid there any mix up or confusion then it will be down hill from there , ex I had a card decline (needed to switch out to another in car ) when I return I was accused of walking out with no payment tenders and was told can't be served at the location anymore even when trying to pay and catch the 26ish dollar tab up ... heart broken and embarrassed it needed a good run with the brand

Yelp
the soup is decent tasting but the quality for the price is underwhelming. came with small packs of saltines.

Yelp
DOWNGRADING MY REVIEW after a second visit: It's pennies on the dollar, however, I was thoroughly disappointed to see a "credit card surcharge" on my bill. I have never seen this before (with any restaurant) and it's clear that they are passing on this cost (that's been around forever between the vendor and the card companies) directly to customers. Further, the service was rather slow and my food was a little overcooked. INITIAL VISIT: I was pleasantly surprised. I had had only previously been to another location late night. We went late afternoon, and there were only a handful of people in the entire restaurant. The food was great and so was our attendant. We will most definitely be back.

Yelp
Very nice place, food is great and service is good. Definitely coming back and love that it's open 24hrs. Bright and clean.
google avatar

Adela M.

Yelp
So many options! For a place open 24/7 they really have a bit of everything. The chilaquiles had no sauce so to me they're not authentic but still enjoyed them, wings were decent, cheese crisps were good, but the dessert was bomb. The tres leches cheesecake was moist and rich almost like a custard. The brownie boat was very filling easily shareable between two people! Fast service, clean, and nice patio area as well.
google avatar

Laurie H.

Yelp
Our party of 7 was seated quickly in a very spacious booth. Excellent service, too! We had great attention the entire time. Coffee cups were never empty. Order was perfect and food was delicious. Can't wait to return!
google avatar

Requel P.

Yelp
Ive never heard of this place until this year and now it's definitely my favorite 24hr diner to go to. I love the variety and the fact that they have a bar with happy hour! One of my favorite dishes to get there is the Monte Cristo. It's really sweet but I love it! The frozen margarita flights were great and can get you tipsy. The service is great, they always greet you and check in on you. The place is spacious and clean.
google avatar

Riel S.

Yelp
a great late night spot that's a bit pricier than ihop but the vibes are nicer so could be worth depending on what you look for, Service honestly is a bit slow but the folks are kind, and some menu items are a hit or miss. Would not recommend the pastrami unfortunately, however their fried chicken tastes great and their hashbrowns are my favorite over ihops!

Yelp
Katz's never closes and it has never changed. I have frequented Katz's since I was a young College girl back in the 90's. Good and Delicious. Very nice and well laid out restaurant here in Houston, TX. I went in for Breakfast a few Fridays ago. Staff was great. My server was very kind too. Good to know Katz's is still strong.

Yelp
We had a great time and will definitely be back! My husband loved the Ruben and the waffle breakfast sandwich is awesome! Friendly service and a nice atmosphere.

Lynn A.

Yelp
Very disappointed in the portion size for the French fry order.. paid $4.99 for the order and received 8 (steak) French fries. Said something to the personnel and she stated, it's portioned. Wellll, this is a rip off!!!! You tell me... is this portion size worth $4.99??
google avatar

Charneice B.

Yelp
We decided to come to Katz after a fashion show, the service was pretty good. I ordered the Queso & Chips, and it was pretty good for what it is. We sat outside on the patio and it was definitely a beautiful night to enjoy. The vibe, the ambiance was amazing. Couple of things to consider, when paying with a credit card, it will charge you $2.98% of the bill. Parties of 5 or more, gratuity's already added to ticket. Please pay attention to that. Lastly, they do not take change. If your bill total is $26.47, beware, per the manager, he stated this is a company policy and not individual. The manager stated that he will lower the bill to whatever the difference is from dollar amt so that you are paying over your ticket. These are issues we ran into last night, but our waiter and manager explained this and I wanted to share the policy with you. Other than that, sit on the patio, enjoy the weather and the scenery, you won't regret it.

Yelp
New location. Just opened for 3 months. Decided to drop in since this was our old stomping ground at the Montrose location back in the young years of clubbing days. It was soooo fresh and clean inside. Except for a few crumbs left behind from the previous guest in our booth. I normally don't like meaty dishes. I think my friend ordered the pot roast?? Small cubes of meat and it was so soft like tofu just brown. It was good We also order the burger and onion rings. Burger a lil more dry than I would like but not bad Fries are thick cut which is not my style movie maybe it's yours. server was was nice but didn't catch his name. Will come back.

Yelp
Today was our first time visiting Katz ( it used to be the River Oaks Plant House). We had a decent dining experience- only waited 10-15 mins for a table, but the staff were definitely scrambled all over the place (maybe short staffed). They serve breakfast all day so we had the waffle sandwiches with house fries. It was good but nothing to rave about. The house fries are really a small plate of chopped potatoes and my partner had a ton of onions in his. He ordered a jumbo sundae that came in a large glass, your typical vanilla sundae, and the PB&J cocktail. The drink was so strong and tasted like robutussin to me. If you're looking for a casual bite, then I'm sure this place will do. In regards to some other reviews, the menu had all of the typical Katz items that a previous review said was missing so not sure if they were just handed a happy hour menu.
google avatar

Annel H.

Yelp
I love this Katz's location! This is our 3 time visiting it and it tops the rest ! The staff has been so welcoming and polite, the location is very clean and I absolutely love the green seats and the decor. Food wise, they have the most fresh tasting Reuben I've ever had. All the flavors of the meats and the sauerkraut with cheese just shine through. No negative comments on my end, they have a good amount of parking and they have some entertainment games outside! Including Jenga and table soccer! I do have to thank our amazing waiter Gabino for being so polite and attentive. Wonderful experience!

Fred T.

Yelp
We made the mistake of going for lunch on Christmas Day because "they are always open" only to receive mediocre service and mediocre food. I was clear the B or C team was serving and the C or D team was working the kitchen. We have had good service and food in the past but will not return for any future holiday. PS: the prices were unchanged.
google avatar

Tom D.

Yelp
Would you say this is a fair amount of turkey for a $16 sandwich? Last time I'm ordering from Katz.
google avatar

NaPorshe R.

Yelp
Security could definitely use some better people skills, he walked up to us at the bar after we placed a to go order and he was aggressive for no reason. Everytime I come here he's standing out front literally doing almost nothing, so why wouldn't you have the patience to approach customers in a way better manner than what you're doing. It's just ridiculous & makes me not want to return or at least avoid any interaction with him like I normally would. Approaching customers about parking in the to go spots after they place a to go order can be handled much better and you don't need to be aggressive for no reason, only makes you look loose off the hinges. Not anyone else.
google avatar

Paul L.

Yelp
The half corned beef reuben as a lunch special was spectacular. Honestly 9/10 taste. The bread was buttery with a nice crisp and the meat was juicy and tender. The sauerkraut didn't overpower the sandwich but instead added to the overall experience by cutting thru the richness of the meat and adding another texture. They have plenty of sides to choose from but I opted for the fries. The fries were thicker and denser than I had thought they would be. More like a chip that you would find in fish and chips, so greater potato flavor. Not horrible, just not what I was expecting. Probably 5.5/10. Server was busy so it was difficult for her to be attentive, but she was friendly. Would come back for sure!
google avatar

Brenda J.

Yelp
Food and service were great and the restaurant was clean. The serving size was unexpectedly small and the cost outrageous. $57 for a small chicken Cesar salad, chili cheese fries and a piece of pie. Too bougie for this old lady.
google avatar

Andrew B.

Yelp
Katz's new location in Houston on Westheimer near the galleria is everything you need and want and they're open 24/7. Beautiful new building interior exterior great service, delicious food . The parking lot is a little small and it probably gets busy during peak brunch times but with 24 seven you can stop in anytime so go now and thank me later .

Randy R.

Yelp
Breakfast was excellent. Coffee was superior. Service was excellent. I would recommend the breakfast , especially the sausage patties.
google avatar

Raven W.

Yelp
I had chicken in the pot. It's my favorite. A steel pot with a lid is brought to you and inside is a 1/4 of a chicken and big potato chunks, along with carrots and noodles and a matzo ball. All covered by a delicious broth. I also had the Fruit Basket drink. Not to sweet and refreshingly delicious.
google avatar

Mauryce J.

Yelp
The service was really good and accommodating for a large group. Randi was great. The restaurant was clean and very appealing. I enjoy having table service vs the counter ordering that is trending now. . The menu selections were extensive and not limited to deli selections which was great. The complimentary cole slaw and pickles were delicious much better than the long anticipated Rueben. Was a huge disappointment. The zing was missing which I think was the tasteless sauerkraut. The parking was plentiful.
google avatar

Monica W.

Yelp
The carrot cake icing is not the normal cream cheese frosting. Rustic pasta was good but the corn kernels in it was a but unnecessary. Best thing was the onion rings.
google avatar

Vickey W.

Yelp
Katz's for lunch starts with an Expresso Martini... of course it does!! Yum. Made with peanut butter Screwball. Omg... perfectly blended the hint of peanut butter is there, the expresso is more than apparent but not over powering its sweet without being sweet... I'm in love

Yelp
Never received food steak was not done horrible place it room 20 mins to bring toast the service was terrible I

Yelp
One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I drove there at 2AM hoping for a tasty late night meal. Called 15 minutes ahead of time and ordered a #1, half pastrami half corned beef, with swiss cheese on french bread. When we arrived, we noticed that the sandwich was rung up as a #2, which has sauerkraut instead of cole slaw. We asked the cashier whether the sandwich had cole slaw and were told it did. Went outside in the 40 degree cold to sit down and eat our sandwiches. No cole slaw on the sandwich, sauerkraut instead. I took the sandwich back and asked for them to remake it properly. After waiting another 10 minutes or so I was presented with the correct sandwich, except now the swiss cheese was missing. The sandwich itself was pretty trash - I wouldn't have been thrilled if I received what I got after ordering one from a chain grocery store. There also was no trash can outside to throw away our trash. Huge waste of time and money, this place sucks.

Yelp
This new location is sooo convenient!! Saves me a long drive. The patio area was very pretty, the restaurant is very well organized and spacious. It was also very clean. Our waitress was very nice and patient, the food service was fast and everything was and looked delicious. Will definitely be going back soon. There is plenty of parking as well.

Dericka N.

Yelp
There was no one at the mobile pickup window. Had to call TWICE. Spent $40 on something that resembled VOMIT. Missing parts of the order and portion size was so SMALL. Manager was very SARCASTIC & not empathetic at all. Will never return, EVER!
google avatar

Yelp
The space is shiny, clean and new. As we walked in expectations were high for the new foray in efforts to spruce up a steadily declining Westheimer. But, alas, those hopes were dashed when the food arrived. We're not much for pastrami or corned beef - maybe those items are winners for people so inclined. We took the kiddos. Generally over-salted and sweetened was the theme. Felt like we stepped back 15 years, and not in a good way. Lemonade was Minute Maid - gross. Orange juice was concentrate. Smoked salmon Benedict tasted like they had salt cured the fish. And the chili tasted like it could have come out of a can. And the potatoe pancakes - which they made a big deal about - seemed like frozen hash browns, of course with a healthy dose of salt. My 15 year old said it reminded her of the food at school. That can't be good. I need to call that school. Katz's needs a consultant (or someone) that can help with bringing in some current standards. Just another in a long list of new, average and kinda gross. No grazie.

3.5 stars We attended the soft opening of Katz's new Galleria restaurant. Beautiful sunlit space with many well-trained and friendly staff greeting customers. The design took into account interior noise with acoustic ceiling tiles which allows for conversation without excessive volume. Our server Marlene is a sweetheart and was very helpful throughout our lunch, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. We devoured the fresh made potato chips, which are crispy and garlicky. Turkey sandwich and dressing were dry and bland, so we requested gravy (which should be served on the side to begin with). The Katz Meow sandwich was okay, but cannot compare to Katz's Deli in New York in flavor and quantity of meat. The homemade potato chips were excellent. Will go again, as we attended the soft opening and figure some kinks need to be worked out.
