I tried Mutton Biryani here and trust me guys this is the first time I liked mutton biryani in any restaurant I had. Very authentic in taste, masala, spices evrything was just wow. Biryani is home made, no excess oil, no ajinomoto. They serve halal food. They serve chicken as well, but I tasted only Mutton. Chicken and mutton both are popular here. If traveling to south Goa, Kausar Biryani is a must to visit.

We ordered Chicken Biryani and green chicken fry from Kausar. And I must say One of the bestest and authentic Biryani I ever had. Even the green chicken fry was yummiest. Quality and Quantity is superb. Owners Kausar and Zia are extremely warm and humble .. I would definitely order again and again and recommend them to everyone..

Just had a fantastic takeaway from kausar's briyani in Boarda Margao! The butter chicken was absolutely amazing – the meat was cooked to perfection, and the sauce was rich and flavorful. Nice and tasty food. This is only a takeaway, so I can’t comment on the atmosphere. The biryani is really tasty. It is Lucknowi style and the taste is 10/10. The spice level is medium, so all guys from Telugu states, have clear expectations!!Also tried the dry fry which was also mouthwatering. All the best to the owner and staff.

We are so happy to say that ever since we tasted Kausars Biryani we would strongly recommend everyone come to Borda and buy their biriyani which is one of the best in Goa as when you consume a single morsel you can experience the taste of each ingredient that goes into its wonderful aroma and taste which is very authentic. I can vouch from my experience of tasting various biriyanis when working in Muscat Oman and the Dubai as in those days Ratnagiri biriyani type was considered the best .
