Kawi Crossfit

Took a drop in 530pm class at this location while in town for an Olympic Lift seminar. The team and members here are some of the most welcoming and energetic group of CrossFit athletes I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. If you’re visiting Austin and looking for a gym to get a WOD in, check these guys out.

The best workouts everrrrrr! For someone who is just getting into hybrid training, Kawi has been my favorite spot in Austin. The community is great and Nader the owner is awesome— always ready to assist with pacing, form, and modifications. Super welcoming to all levels of athleticism and just great vibes all around. 10/10 would recommend!!

As a total beginner to CrossFit, this gym has been amazing. The coaches are great—they took the time to show me how to do every movement properly and made me feel welcome from day one. I love the variety in the classes and programming, especially the bodybuilding-style ones, but they're all fun and challenging. Plus, the cold plunge, sauna, and outdoor spaces are a huge bonus! Highly recommend for anyone just starting out.

Kawi is a phenomenal gym with an awesome community. The owner is extremely intentional; he cares for his members and creates an atmosphere where people feel accepted, challenged, and motivated. It is a safe environment for people of all levels to grow. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for more than a transactional gym experience!

Kawi CrossFit is the most welcoming gym in Austin. Everyone is included, no matter your background and the community feels like family. The programming is hands-down the best part. It’s challenging, smart and always fun. If you want a place where you’ll be pushed, supported and celebrated, this is it.

Easily one of the best gyms in Austin. I won’t use the word CF because when its founder showed his true colors, Nader dropped the affiliation like a boss. Great workouts. Great owner.

I absolutely love this gym! Nader, the owner, is truly the best at what he does and always has a positive attitude and encouraging words. I have been battling back from old injuries and love the fact that things can be tailored to include my limitations and I can honestly say I don't know where I would be without these classes!
