Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas

I attended the Tom Ferry Convention here, and the convention center is huge and very well organized. The space is modern and set up to handle thousands of people, with great staff keeping things running smoothly. The location is super convenient — right in downtown Dallas, connected to hotels and close to plenty of restaurants. The only downside I noticed was that some of the bathrooms weren’t as clean as expected during such a big event. Other than that, it was an inspiring and comfortable experience overall.

Great venue for conferences. It's clean and has plenty of space for multiple sessions of different sizes. Some of the doors to the conference rooms close very loudly, which can be disruptive during a presentation. Some of the staff were less than friendly - not rude by any means, just not exactly friendly either. Most of the staff were fine. The men's restrooms don't have partitions between the urinals.

Pretty nice place, although can be confusing and a little dirty in places. I believe it is being torn down for very much needed renovations. Went for a robotics tournament and it was satisfactory, friendly staff. Although they don’t allow outside food/drink for some reason and have the audacity to charge an extreme amount for pretty bad food. Vendors need some improvement. Would give it three stars, although there was a chick-fil-a so automatic +1 star

Venue is fine. Came here for Dreamhack this year. A bit tricky for ubers to pick up and drop off at the entrance, but the space is huge, easy to get around and not too too confusing.

The Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas is an outstanding venue that truly delivers a top-tier experience. The facility is huge, modern, and exceptionally well organized, making it perfect for large conferences, events, and exhibitions. The layout is easy to navigate, with clear signs, spacious halls, and plenty of room for crowds. The staff is professional, friendly, and always ready to assist, which adds to the smooth experience from start to finish. The building is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with great amenities, including comfortable seating areas, wide walkways, and convenient access points. The location in downtown Dallas is also a big plus—close to hotels, restaurants, and transportation, making it very convenient for visitors. The atmosphere is energetic yet comfortable, and everything feels well-managed. Overall, it’s an excellent convention center that offers quality, efficiency, and a truly impressive environment for any event. Highly recommended!

Taiwan Expo 2025 was held here by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council, very well attended, convention space was large, well-lit, easy to access via car, AC was cold. Exhibitors ranged from autonomous vehicle and drones to semiconductor machinery, from food and drinks to e-bikes and server racks.

Great place to have a convention at. Ample space, not difficult to get around and honestly staff in the area also make it near impossible to miss, with parking directly underneath and all around the center. AC blasts all the time so even when you have 30,000 people grouped up, just feels room temperature. Staff of the convention itself can be a bit of a hardass at times, but it's also crucial to be strict when you have 40,000+ people attending a convention so I'd say they did great. Esports arena is perfect. Just as much credit should be given for the vendors and con organizers for DreamHack Dallas as for the center itself. Pulled off yet another great run :) (Note: this comes from a con-goers perspective and not a business)

Attended Vex World in 2024 and 2025. The staff were very helpful. The location was close to the airport and downtown hotels. The center was clean and well maintained.
