We had the absolute best experience at Kay jewelers. Tammie was patient, kind, and honest. She helped me upgrade my wedding ring set and treated me as if it was her making the purchase which was extremely refreshing. She also helped my husband pick out the perfect Cuban link gold chain. Renee and Dori were also working and they greeted us with the warmest welcome. My husband and I are very satisfied with the experience and could not recommend this store more. I came in to the Cape Coral Store due to an unrepairable wedding ring and Tammy handled everything without any issues. She was a superstar and a great representation of what customer service should be like everywhere. The entire staff was friendly and acknowledged every person. Love love love the ladies at Kay. Our girl Renée has worked with us on all of our wedding bands, engagement ring and even helped repair and clean my grandmothers locket. She’s an incredible lady and always remembers us. Would highly recommend.
