My mother and I came in to get my rings cleaned and ended up walking out with a few additional items. Needless to say the customer service was phenomenal. Mrs. Tammy was so very patient and helpful. The staff is always friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend if your looking for a nice piece of jewelry with a good experience, this is the right place.

We had the absolute best experience at Kay jewelers. Tammie was patient, kind, and honest. She helped me upgrade my wedding ring set and treated me as if it was her making the purchase which was extremely refreshing. She also helped my husband pick out the perfect Cuban link gold chain. Renee and Dori were also working and they greeted us with the warmest welcome. My husband and I are very satisfied with the experience and could not recommend this store more. I stopped in to pick out a ring for my friend and was greeted right away by Renee’s warm smile. Even though I was in a bit of a rush, she made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I explained what I was looking for, and she quickly pulled together several beautiful options that fit perfectly within my budget. I will definitely be returning to see her for any future needs.
