Really poor service. It seems like the manager doesn't really know what to do to lead this restaurant to success. An item we ordered was never brought to the table, even after we reminded our server. One person at our table got their ramen over 20 minutes before anyone else was served; his ramen was cold by the time we got our food, which was only after we complained. It seemed like we were an annoyance to the wait staff and manager rather than a priority. The manager promised us a 25% discount for our trouble and ended up only giving us a 20% discount, so that was weird. It's a shame it's such a mess, since the food is overall good; won't be back. There are ramen restaurants that are just as good, some much better, with a much more successful dining experience in this same neighborhood.
