Ke-uH is a Japanese fusion restaurant located inside the luxurious Acqualina Resort & Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The restaurant offers a unique dining experience with its elegant and modern setting, featuring indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

This sushi restaurant at the Acqualina Resort in Sunny Isles Beach is truly spectacular. The ocean view at sunset while enjoying outstanding sushi is unbeatable. The service from the staff is top-notch. I always recommend Ke-Uh and will continue to do so—it's the best sushi option in South Florida!

The Acqualina is a great hotel — Ke Uh has zero business being a restaurant here. The sushi rolls and sushi pizza were honestly almost disgusting and we were hardly able to finish. Not fresh and point blank just not good. We also waited 20+ mins in between rolls. Service was fine and friendly but overall the food here sucks. If you are looking for quality sushi, go elsewhere.

Glad that I tried out this place at Acqualina. The restaurant was quite empty on a Friday night, but they served food until 10pm. I ordered salmon tartar and unagi. Both were delicious, and the portions were decent size. Salmon tartar came without any crisps or something to scoop it with, so I asked my server to bring me some. My drink was nice as well. I guess it would be more fun on a busier night. Beware, they automatically include 18% gratuity to your bill.

The guy working behind the bar was so drunk he passed out in the back of the restaurant! He was a Latin guy that was short. It took 1 hour to get our food and it wasn’t even the right order. Save your money and go to a higher quality restaurant.

Hi I just want to say thank you all was super good , me and my wife was there on Sunday evening for the first the hostess was incredible nice with beautiful smiles , manager Peter is gentlemen, this what we order everything was made with big precision every pieces of sushi ,nigiri and sashimi was perfect cut , the waiters what is look up for us is so nice I don't know her name but she have big point from me super big point for her, I can say the cost of the food is OK I will definitely come back and I recommend for everyone ,

Excellent from start to finish. The service is impeccable - from being first greeted and seated, to our server, to every person who brought food or drinks. The food was incredibly executed - get the Hamachi Crispy Rice, A5 Wagyu with Quail Egg Nigiri, and Wagyu Sliders! The cocktails were also expertly crafted and we especially loved the Old Fashioned and Passion Fruit cocktails! Restaurant is beautiful and seating is very comfortable. Highly recommend!

We loved this place, the outdoor sitting is the way to go, right in front of the beach. This place is amazing, our server was very attentive and recommended the Crispy Rice Tuna and Pork Belly watermelon that were delicious. We also tried the Tuna Tataki, Tuna Tartar, Salmon Pizza, Grilled Octopus and a couple of Rolls (So fresh). Would definitely recommend to eat there.

Food: The food at this place is out of this world, high quality, super fresh, and delicious! With every dish, I was amazed at how tasty it was. The combination of flavors was incredible. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting this place. Service: Excellent service, the waiter was always very kind and attentive to what I needed. Chef Edwin Delgado, the best, came out to check on us and ask how the food was. Definitely a 10/10. Ambience: The place is super pleasant, with good music. And there are comfortable spaces to eat and enjoy the food.

Delicious sushi place at the Aqualina Estates in Sunny Isles. We visited for a friends birthday, it was a while back, I unfortunatelly do not remember the sushi roll names but they were so good, and well-priced. The cocktails were okay, and the appetizers were pretty good as well. I would say that the best part was their outdoor patio seating, we got to see the beautiful ocean with the full moon rising in the background while enjoying dinner- what a treat! Staff was wonderful! Highly recommended for special occasions

Honestly this is the best spot to plan your next full moon dinner date! Seriously guys you'll win her over at this spot! Service was average but the quality of the dishes coming out were phenomenal!!! Fresh, crispy, well balanced flavored! The Hamachi Crispy Rice is a must to try... but be warned this is SO GOOD you'll have to be careful with what you follow it up with... however maybe leave it for the last bite for full satisfaction! Spicy Honey Shrimp was also crunchy & fresh! The Truffle Rainbow is loaded with flavors... like all the possible tasted of sushi rolls ROLLED into one bite! Loved this spot! Can't wait to return!!!

Delicious food in an upscale but casual environment.. is the best way to describe this restaurant. We came here for an early dinner and were very satisfied! While it was tricky to find the place because there are a few buildings that are part of Aqualina resort, the staff were so helpful and we made it to the restaurant! The best part about this place was the food! It is a tapas style restaurant with small plates that are meant to be shared, that said, I was pleasantly surprised by the portion sizes. We started with the tuna tartar, crispy rice, and the gyozas. All three were delicious! My favorite though was the tuna tartar! I could have eaten a whole other bowl! Then we had fried rice, the kushiyaki and an unagi roll. All of use shared. My favorite was the kushiyaki! It was very flavorful! The least wow plate, though not bad, was the fried rice. Since everything else was so amazing , this was a bit of a let down. We all agreed that it tasted more like an Asian inspired rice dish than actual fried rice, mainly because it seemed like they were using the wrong type of rice. Nonetheless it was tasty just not your typical fried rice. We decided not to get dessert although the options sounded amazing! I would definitely come back and get more of the apps! Be prepared to pay about $20 for valet parking, which is annoying but unavoidable on the beach and remember it's the second building on the right if you are driving north on collins!

The ambiance at this restaurant was both relaxing and enjoyable, making for a delightful dining experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided helpful recommendations. The food was outstanding--everything we tried was absolutely delicious! I had the wagyu sliders, fish, grilled octopus, and a unique sushi-style, dairy-free ice cream dessert that was exceptional. It was so good that we ordered an extra to take home, and it made it back without melting! We definitely plan on coming back!

Fresh sushi, beautiful ambiance, ocean views. What more can you ask for! We had been to Ke-uh once before and both enjoyed it, so we decided it would be the perfect place for Valentine's Day celebration. We started off with the salmon tartar, the pork gyozas and the seafood/cucumber sundomono. Each dish was great, but the tartare really shined due to the large pieces of salmon and the creamy avocado. We then ordered the chirashi and bea rolls. The description of the bea roll did not sound very appealing to me, but my boyfriend reassured me that it would be great, so I took his word for it. Who knew that crispy shrimp, fried plantain, avocado, cream cheese, red chili soy paper, eel sauce and lemon pepper could mesh together in such harmony? I sure did not. Well, mind blown because The Bea roll was phenomenal! We ended our evening with the Nutella banana egg-rolls. All I can say is: YUM. Cheers to the chef!

Dive into a taste of Japan with a twist at Keuh, located in the stunning Acqualina estate. This vibrant sushi spot, created by Venezuelan friends and guided by Nobu alums Chef Oscar Noborikawa and Chef Edwin Delgado, offers a mix of innovative and classic sushi. Start with the Keuh Salad Bite and Salmon Pizza--a crispy whole wheat crust with salmon sashimi, kalamata olives, and a hint of truffle. Try the Tuna Sashimi Tacos with crispy gyoza skin and lemon pepper aioli for a unique touch. For mains, enjoy the 16 oz Grilled Bone-In Ribeye with miso truffle sauce (note: there's a $10 upcharge not listed on the Miami Spice menu) or the Spice Chirashi Bowl with chef-selected sashimi. Finish with Mochi Ice Cream for dessert. Keuh delivers a dining experience that's both inventive and refined.

This is an amazing restaurant. Impeccable service, beautiful views, and delicious food. It was difficult to eat here as a solo diner. It's a lot of sharing plates. You can try more items with a larger party. I made do... I tried the grilled octopus. It was my least favorite dish. I felt it was mushy and I couldn't get past the texture. I couldn't eat most of it. I prefer when it's more chargrilled. There was a little crispy piece and it was perfect. I also had grilled shrimp which had a nice flavor. The eel roll was different from what I'm used to but I really enjoyed it. It was wrapped in soy paper. I never had that before. This was my favorite of the evening. The dessert is limited and I couldn't order anything on it due to my food allergies. The server was so nice and brought me a little mochi dessert. That was such a nice touch.

If you're going there to sit outside for the view, this is probably one of the nicest restaurants you can eat at with a wide view of the ocean and it's raised above the beach. The food was extremely average from the house salad, which was just frisz lettuce with some Generic ginger dressing. The rolls were not memorable at all. Kind of small and service was not good at all. I don't think I would go back to this place unless I just wanted to sit outside and have a drink on the ocean.

When going to a sushi restaurant, quality fish is expected but not all South Florida restaurants can deliver. That being said, Ke-uh brings the goods. Besides fresh ingredients, they have creative rolls. The servers are attentive without being fussy. The prices are reasonable considering what you get. I've visited multiple times despite living far away. I expect to return soon.

Sitting outside we had the beautiful grounds of the Acqualina Resort around us for dinner. Though I enjoy sushi I always seem to have trouble figuring out the right quantity of food to order when coming to a new place. Having the ability to share starters with other people made this experience a lot easier on that front. The PORK BELLY WATERMELON - serrano and sweet ponzu sauce, was a particularly great starter. I really loved the HAMACHI SERRANO - avocado, scallions, wasabi aioli, ponzu, for a main course. I did manage to sample the BABY BACK RIBS - korean bbq sauce with parmesan truffle fries, which were great too. Between the location and the food, this was a really awesome meal.

We had the miso soup, edamame, two different rolls and we will have to say the experience is still The same as our first review. We left once again 3 years later unsatisfied and not feeling so well a few hours. I would say the Acqualina needs to bring in a new place their standard is so amazing they need a company that aligns with their vision. I hope they get a new place here.

Tucked away in a lovely residential hotel Aqualina, Ke-uh is in the back of the hotel with valet parking only. Make sure to inform the host stand of ke-uh that you parked valet to get discounted rate (or server). The food was incredibly fresh and i ate the best salmon "pizza" ive ever had. It was a perfect medley of sauce and fish on a wonton crisp, yum, my mouth is watering. As for the sushi rolls, they were really good but i felt maybe just a pop more of flavor in some of the options. Im a sauce girl so maybe i was looking for more of a sauce aspect but honestly, this is the place for the purists. All of the fish was so fresh, you cant go wrong. The dessert on the other hand, was very mid. The mochi was frozen and not flavorful and squishy? And my friends said the banana spring rolls were good The ambiance was a bit confusing as it was an asian restaurant but nothing would indicate that in the restaurant. It felt like they added a wall to the hotel lobby and called it a day but nonetheless, that doesnt affect the quality of food (which is superb) and servers were very nice and prompt. I shall return! Highlights: * Second location of Ke-Uh at the Acqualina Resort in Sunny Isles Beach (original location is in Weston) * Creative collaboration of three former Nobu Chefs * Far above average food * Elegant setting with indoor or outdoor seating Ke-uh's first location is in Weston, and with no disrespect to Weston, the town is not renowned for fine dining so our expectations were not high. Boy, were we surprised to the upside. First of all we hit the lottery with our server, Alfie, a veteran of several fine dining venues, including Nobu. We weren't sure what the signature dishes were and asked if they offered an Omakase menu. Although they don't he didn't hesitate to offer to put one together for us. After a few questions about our preferences (we like everything our only allergy is to bad food), we left the meal in his hands. 14 dishes later we were riding in the clouds. We're not Japanese experts never having been to Japan however we have dined at some of the best spots, Naoe, Sushi Nakazawa in New York, Nobu, Zuma many times, Makoto too many times to mention, Azabu, Osaka, Novikov, Etaru, Kuro , and many many more. We were expecting a neighborhood sushi joint but after a sampling of a good portion of the menu can attest that Ke-uh is on par with some of the above names I've mentioned. I used to think that Makoto had the best crispy rice spicy tuna but we agreed that Ke-uh has a leg up with theirs. Chef Oscar Noborikawa from Peru and Chef/Founder Carlos Delfino with Nobu pedigrees are the culinary talent responsible for the good food. I don't know how much the two are still involved with Ke-Oh but Executive Chef Edwin Delgado is responsible for this location and he also worked at Nobu and Tanuki prior to here. Co-owner Daniel Fernandez and his partners from Venezuela are the behind the scene backers with some staffing and operational assistance from Acqualina. The name Ke-Uh is a play on the Spanish phrase que hubo which means "what's up". In addition to the Weston location they are also responsible for Kazumi in Key Biscayne. Sai Jones is the Manager who makes sure everything is running well. The wine list consists of about 36 bottles with 14 choices by the glass, from $14 glass/$55 bottle Prosecco to $40 glass $160 bottle Billecart Salmon Champagne. We started with a bottle of the Billecart which pairs so well with almost every dish. Here's what Alfie created for us: Madai with dry Miso hand crispy garlic Toro cilantro Nori Taco Truffle Edamame. This was the best edamame we've had, the truffle treatment and buttery flavor really made a simple dish special Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice. Among the best and just the right size Nigiri Madai Salmon Nigiri Tuna Avo Botan Ebi Scallops 2 Negi Toro Eggplant Kushiyaki skewers Beef Kushiyaki Skewers, not as good as the Makoto Wagyu Robata but for regular beef and only $12 excellent Asparagus Kushiyaki I realize most people don't eat like this, and you don't have to have 14 dishes and Champagne, you can eat quite reasonably here for a lot, lot less than our $500 bill for two including 18% service and tax. Our average dish was only $12-20 each. But if you want to have an epic experience or a special occasion you can create that here too. If you want the "Grand" experience I would recommend you ask for Alfie. He is the consummate professional server, he not only selected each of the best dishes, he served us creations that were not even on the menu, including a fabulous one with Osetra caviar. Not only that, he made sure the timing of each dish was perfect. We are thankful that Ke-uh joins the limited fine dining options on Sunny Isles Beach and encourage you to try it whether you live close by or not. There is no reason to wait two hours for a table on a weekend night at Makoto when you can get food on the same level at a place before the crowds learn about it.

Beautiful day at Aquilina for 4th or July . I love coming here the ambiance is nice and elegant, food is very fresh and delicious. Service excellent by (Julian) pricey but worth it Valet will validate ticket so parking is $10 . The views are amazing ! I recommend watching the sunset and sitting outdoors. Drinks are great also!

Incredible American Japanese cuisine! Came here for a sunset dinner by the ocean They don't have parking but if you get your ticket validated they charge you $10 instead of $25 Elegant, peaceful, quiet environment. Great for a date or to catch up with family/friends. My fav menu items: -sea bass sashimi with dried garlic -pear salmon hamachi - I'm not into sweet typically but was a unique one time hitter -spicy tuna crispy rice - some of best I've had in the top 5 -spicy hamachi crispy rice -salmon pizza - good too much garlic mayo- a little heavy on sauce - takes away from health- I would get tuna pizza instead next time, but was still a good one timer Would be back to try more menu items and have a drink I was not a fan of the speciality rolls menu bc the ingredient seemed too mixed up for me - I don't like mixing so many different fish in a roll. Would love to try some more basic rolls or see some menu options with one type of fish. Was hungry for some traditional sushi and stumbled into this place. Wow so good! I eat at a lot of good restaurants but this one took the cake. Pedro was our bartender who was absolutely a mixologist. The drinks were delicious. Order a ton of different things on the menu and everything was fast, plated beautifully, and the taste was incredible. Had to meet the chef.

Great service, great ambiance and great food! No pics of desert but we had the fried Oreos and the banana spring rolls. I think my least favorite was the crispy rice (yellowtail was tasty) the rice has a sweeter flavor which I wasn't expecting but my Husband thought it was great and seemed to be a popular dish. Would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed at the Acqualina and this restaurant didn't disappoint! In fact, it's one of the best meals we've ever had. The service was great and every dish we ordered was better than the last. We had the truffle edamame, tuna crispy rice, miso soup, BEA roll, dragon roll, and the wagyu sliders. It was all out of this world and so fresh. We would come back here over and over. They do add 18% gratuity to your check, no biggie, but some may like to know that before dining. These servers deserve more than 18% so I'm glad there was an option to add more. The view, the sunset and the food all are in magnificent combination. The outdoor seating close to the beach is nice. Have nice cocktails also. Definitively a place to go and outside the hectic of south beach. Parking in the premises.

A lot of food options but they need a little more meat in case someone in your party doesn't eat sea food. We had a non-seafood eater and fortunately with sides and a few options she had enough to eat. Service is fast and the ambiance is on the beach in a beautiful setting. Cocktails were also very good. It's designed for table sharing so food comes out when it's ready which is good. We had several different sushi and seafood options and all were excellent. Don't miss out on the banana-Nutella egg roll desert. We shared among 4, but I would get an order for myself in the future!

Did take out. Food was good. I would say makoto has better sushi. The nigiri here is on the smaller side. We would try it again though.

This is a great addition to the boca town center area! The restaurant has a ton of seating and a great bar to post up at. Service was great as well - it won't take long for this new place to get busier and a good quick bite for sushi. We got the hamachi, watermelon pork belly, and veggie gyozas for apps. All great. For rolls we got the salmon skin, bonsai triller and Kuro roll. All were so so good and super fresh. I'm a huge fan of soy paper rolls and they have a ton of options and the salmon skin roll had a red pepper soy paper. Definitely recommend for a solid sushi meal that's different than other options in the area.

We stayed near Acqualina resort and decided to try their restaurant, Ke-Uh, for dinner. Service was great; wonderful choices on a menu plus at least 7 special sushi and rolls. We enjoyed every dish we ordered with the help of our waiter. A beautiful resort and decor is apparently done by late Karl L. Service and staff were nice and very attentive. Recommend anyone who loves sushi or Asian cuisine.

Such a pleasant discovery coming across this restaurant. Beautiful outdoor setting with ocean view. I am a super picky eater and was beyond impressed by there herb crusted salmon . Everything was perfect from the crispy herb coating to the flavorful sauce and the dressing that came with the fresh chef salad. The service and staff were top notch from start to finish. Highly recommend

Prepare to be disappointed if you select Ke-uh at Aqualina Resort in Miami. Average in nature. The best item was said to be the Tempura Shrimp. I would give it an "A" if the chef was a high school student at the Dunedin Culinary Academy. For a restaurant of this status, it would be a "B-" at best. Personally we get better dinners on a Cruise Ship. I feel it's not my job to complain if the food is not up to par... The Chef and restaurant should know this before serving such mediocre food. Deep Fat Fried Oreos for a desert, Give me a break!

This has easily become one of our favorite sushi restaurants in the area. There are many different menu options. The sushi is one of the freshest we've ever tasted. The environment outside by the pool and the ocean is relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely a place to try if in the area.

We ordered take out on our last stay at the Acqualina. We had their shrimp fried rice and fried baby octopus for appetizers and both were flavorful and the adequate portions. Coincidently we both went with the dragon rolls and that too was mouthwatering. But I have to say that the best part of our meal were the fried oreos and vanilla ice cream, although in the description it was going to be topped with caramel and when it came it didn't have any - nonetheless they were finger licking good! Yummy!

What a disappointment! Took family to celebrate a birthday . The food was as generic as you would expect at a mall fast food restaurant. Tuna tacos came out with just mayonnaise squirted all over, ribs were presented with sauce as an afterthought , Everything else was as basic as you can get. We wanted to celebrate birthday at least server disappeared , after 20 min of waiting to order a celebratory dessert we couldn't wait any longer 3 year old was done. We would expect much better quality from a restaurant in Aqualina hotel. I asked the concierge afterwards who owned the restaurant, was told the hotel did. I expressed how disappointed we were And his repeated response was "it's a casual restaurant !" I asked if it supposed to be poor quality and he repeated the same response! I have been to many casual restaurants that have good food! Don't waste your time or money Beyond disappointed and embarrassed to have chosen this restaurant For the birthday person This is my only review of any restaurant, so you can imagine how unhappy we are

food was amazing, and beautiful views! Dee was an amazing server, she recommended 3 off menu dishes to my boyfriend & I and it was the best sushi we've ever had ! Highly recommend checking this place out. Toro w/cilantro sashimi & the salmon w/truffle sashimi were out of this world.

Honestly best and most unique sushi I've had. There was a twist to every roll and somehow they just made it really work. The mochi at the end was awesome with really interesting flavors. Overall an awesome experience with terrific service. Our waiter, Claudio, was very knowledgeable with the menu and super kind. Thank you to him and the rest of the Ke-uh team!

I imagine this is better sushi than Nobu! Stunning 5 start hotel location. I had sushi with truffle (I mean- OMG). Incredibly fresh fish. Only thing is they were playing Christmas music as the music... don't really want to listen to "Jingle Bells" while eating a fancy dinner at a $2,000/night hotel.

I have never tried a better sushi than the one in this place. It is absolutely amazing, every single tapa we tried was fantastic. - Tuna pizza - shishito peppers - Spicy honey shrimp - Crispy Brussels - keuh salad - crispy hamachi rice - ke-uh sliders - Bea roll - ke-uh roll A-ma-zing! And the service was top notch!!

Simply the best. Stayed at the hotel and ate here two nights. Every dish was amazing and on par if not better than the top NYC places.

Four words. Ten out of ten. Loved the food, waiters were great with communication, and my wife and I got to go home and spend the rest of our night feeling satisfied.

Amazing food went here with a old friend and we loved it the sushi and even the ribs were down right amazing , not to mention the great view outside would highly recommend for just chilling or even a date night.
