⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pure flavor adrenaline! 🔥 The Mutton Seekh Kebab with butter and Rumali Roti gave me an actual adrenaline rush — soft, juicy, and insanely satisfying. The Buttery Chicken Tikka tastes like the chicken took a butter bath… rich and ridiculously yummy. 😭💛 And the Honey Potato with fresh fries instead of shots? Surprisingly addictive — it slaps hard. Fresh, bold, and full of flavor — this place is a whole vibe. ✨🔥

Google
Recently visited their restaurant and tried the buttery chicken tikka along with the chicken roll. The tikka still hits the mark—and just as good as before. The chicken roll, however, was a bit dry and had an overpowering raw onion taste. Surprisingly, the food arrived quicker than usual (typically a 20-minute wait), which was a nice change. One major downside: the outdoor seating is right next to a hookah bar, making it extremely noisy and smoky—not a pleasant experience. Indoor seating is much better. Overall, the food is decent but quite pricey.

If you are kabobs lover, this is THE best place to be. The lamb kabobs were delicious, well done and juicy. The paneer wrap was delicious with excellent flavors, all over. Highly recommend this place for everyone.

Google
Loved the mutton seekh, chicken egg kathi rolls and butter chicken Tikka. I would prefer mutton seekh without butter. They have perfect rumali rotis. Would 100% recommend this place.

Google
This place serves amazing Panner tikka and Mutton sikh kababs. Butter chicken tikka had too much cream and tasted little sour but chicken kabab was tender and fresh. If you want to enjoy original kabab taste ask them for little cream in butter chicken. Mutton sikh and Panner tasted amazing with soft and fresh rumali rotis, they give fresh cut onions and mint cilantro chutney on side. Sitting can feel little crowded some times. Overall good place to enjoy charcoal grilled kababs.

Vegetarian Reviewer: Last time I went there, they used to be right next to Bharat Bazar. The food was really greasy, with a lot of ghee/oil on the side. But the taste was fantastic — I absolutely loved their paneer tikka and egg paneer roll. It was a little pricey at about $12 — roughly $2 per piece. The roll was similarly priced but filling and super tasty. I would recommend it to satisfy a craving for yummy Indian food! I placed an order for paneer tikka and went grocery shopping in Bharat Bazar. The order was ready a few minutes after I got back. There was enough parking in the lot.

Google
Keeku Ka Dhaba has brought the true taste of India’s street food to the US with its authentic spices and bold flavors that truly please your palate. The rumali roti — something we all miss here — is absolutely perfect! The butterfly chicken tikka, egg chicken roll, paneer tikka, and fish are all exceptional. Honestly, the limited menu is what makes this place special — every single dish is crafted with care and tastes amazing. The quality has remained consistently high over the years. Highly recommend it!

Yelp
Very nice owners and the food is absolutely piquant. Everything on the menu is delicious and that can't be said for many restaurants. The whole mall has become busy because of this one place and it's also very close to our place. Kudos to Keekuz!

Yelp
***USP: true to their name, Indian dhaba (roadside eateries on Indian highways to cater to long haul drivers, road trippers) style food with a limited but epic menu. ***FOOD: limited menu- kebabs, rumali roti, wraps and chowmein. We were hungry when we arrived so we ordered and sampled almost every item on the menu. Here's the good and the mediocre. They know how to cook kebabs well, be it the mutton or chicken so definitely get them! The kebabs have a smoky tandoor cooked flavor. The chicken was smothered in some yogurt butter gravy, it was intoxicatingly delicious paired with the rumali roti. The chow mein reminded me of the version we get on Indian streets, greasy, peppery and umami rich. It will be unlike other versions you had before so definitely get this as well. I absolutely savored this, especially with the crunchy peppers. Wraps: they served the same kebabs in a wrap version. I didn't particularly like the wrap itself, they might have made it in house but it tasted like a store bought tortilla to me. The sauce used didn't have sufficient flavor as well.

Yelp
I'd been wanting to go to their food truck for years after watching Indian movies in Fremont and never managed to due to some reason or the other. Finally decided to drive here on a Friday evening and it was worth it! It was quite crowded late on a Friday around 9 (as expected) but thankfully we didn't have to wait. They actually take table bookings over phone. Food came out pretty quick. Paneer Tikka - 5/5. Really well spiced, quite soft, and juicy. Large pieces of paneer too, like it that way. Buttery Chicken Tikka - 4/5. We asked for less butter and I think they did a good job of it. Flavor and sauce was true to its name and it was cooked well. Reduced a star probably because it wasn't as juicy as the paneer. Rumali Roti - 4/5. I absolutely LOVE Rumali Roti and it's really hard to find. Making it a "duh" order if see it. True to its name, it was really thin and well made (unfortunately forgot to click a picture), could have been slightly softer if I'm being critical. We still ordered a second set, lol! Each set comes with 2 Rumali roti's and I think it's quite reasonably priced for how exclusive it is. Definitely see myself coming back, probably to have some beers as well next time along with my food. Maybe for a work happy hour?

Yelp
Pains me writing this review as I was a big fan of his food truck. The restaurants vibe is not so good when you enter, definitely can't go with Family. Seems like even the server had smoken before serving us. Had to wait for almost 1.5hrs before my food order was served. I ordered chowmein, honey chili potato as starter which was so bad in taste, only constant was the paneer. Its next to a hookah shop and you can smell the hookah smoke in the restaurant as well. Definitely not visiting again for dine in. Forgot to take the receipt so adding the transaction from my credit card.

Yelp
Keeku da Dhaba is true to its name - a rustic, casual, roadside eatery at heart that has worked its way up in Fremont from a food truck to now setting up a proper restaurant. We were meaning to try this place for a long time and finally made plans with another family to try it out today. The inside is cosy and there's tongue-in-cheek humor spattered across the decor and even the glassware (check out the pictures). We loved it. The menu is straightforward and limited. Honestly, I prefer places that have a limited menu. It means the things I order will most likely be fresh, will taste good, and will be served hot. There are eateries that have a whole binder full of menu items that go for pages and you know there's a good chance half of it won't be fresh. The server, Garson, came to us promptly to take our orders. We had the Egg Chicken Roll, the Butter Chicken Tikka, the Lamb Seekh Kebab, and some roomali rotis. The roll was tasty, the chicken kebabs were nice. Honestly, though, flavor-wise they were a little one-dimensional and mild. I saw the pictures and they usually come drenched in butter but we asked them to go easy on the butter so my arteries will probably thank me for that decision. The show stoppers for me were the seekh kebabs and the rotis. The seekhs were tender and juicy and perfectly seasoned. And the roomali rotis - Hands down the best I've had in years. So thin, they are almost see-through. Soft yet flaky. The roti, kebabs and the green chili chutney were a perfect combination. And we had a beer to wash it down. They have such a good collection of fresh-on-the-tap beers and even cocktails. Definitely recommend trying this place out if you haven't already. I'll be back to try their fish tikkas and paneer rolls next time.

Yelp
Amazing Indian-style grilled meats! I was introduced to this place by a friend, and I'm so glad we tried it out as the food was delicious. My party of 4 stopped by Thursday evening around 7:30 pm and sat inside, though they have outdoor seating as well. The menu is super straightforward. There's no curries or anything, just a selection of grilled meats and paneer as well as some kathi rolls. They also have honey chili potatoes and veg chow mein for Indo-Chinese. We tried the following: buttery chicken tikka ($14) mutton seekh kabab ($14) fish tikka ($14) - only available Wed and Thur We also ordered some rumali roti to share, and one friend also tried the paneer kathi roll ($14). Everything was super delicious. Of the meats, the seekh kabab was hands down the favorite of the table, but the chicken tikka was good as well. It was interesting because the chicken is served in a creamy yogurt sauce, which we weren't expecting. Both meats tasted great wrapped in the super thin rumali roti. The fish tikka was also good, but next time I would probably skip this and leave some more stomach space for the chicken and mutton :) My friend really loved the paneer roll, said it was the best he's had in a long time. I tried a bite and agreed that it was delicious, even though I'm generally not a huge fan of paneer. I didn't eat much of the honey chili potatoes, but the taste was authentic and exactly the same as what I've had in India. Portions were generous for the price, and I'm not sure how we managed to finish all the food as we definitely over ordered.

Yelp
Had their chicken katti roll. It was awesome. Chicken was properly grilled and the flavor was spot on with the sauce. Should try other items.
google avatar

Sushant S.

Yelp
Amazing chicken kebabs. The taste was authentic and service was fast. The Kathi roll was good as well. However, nothing extraordinary. I would come back for the buttery chicken tikka and Rumali Roti. That is something unique. Would love to come back to try

Yelp
My dinner this evening at Keeku da Dhaba is one of my top meals of 2025. Their menu is small - with only kebabs and few wraps, but every single item we ordered was phenomenal. Unlike most Indian restaurants, Keeku has a special type of flatbread -- a "rumali roti". Unlike a fluffy naan that's baked in a tandoori oven, the roti here is paper thin. If you've had Peking duck at a fancy Chinese restaurant before -- where you construct your own wraps with duck, plum sauce, and spring onions, the roti reminds me of the type of wrapper you use to make a duck pancake. On its own it's not particularly flavorful, but it's the perfect vehicle for everything else on the table. Between the four of us, we got an order of paneer tikka, butter chicken, two orders of mutton, and two orders of roti. This ended up being a ton of food, and we ended up taking much of the chicken home to go. Don't sleep on the green sauce on the table. It's spicy, herbaceous, and goes well with everything, even the roti on its own. The mutton is packed with a cornucopia of fragrant spices and is bursting with flavor. The tender, juicy chicken used in the butter chicken tasted like chicken thigh and had a perfect balance between fat and lean parts. Like the green sauce, the butter chicken sauce you'll want to sop up every last bit with roti. It's rich and decadent, so you'll definitely want some lemon juice and/or some sliced slivers of raw onions to pair with the chicken to balance things out. The wide array of dry spices generously dusted over the grilled pieces of paneer reminds me of the heavy seasoning you'd find on cumin lamb skewers (but obviously different). The heavy hitting punches of flavor do not stop at Keeku with every dish. I cannot say enough good words about my delicious meal and cannot wait to bring my friends here.

Yelp
Finally, Keeka da Dhaba has a restaurant! Used to go to their food truck a lot, but stopped because their service was slow. But ever since I came to know they had opened a restaurant, I had to go check it out. Butter chicken tikka: the quintessential item is my go-to. Pair it with the soft rumali roti and you have an amazing meal. Classic! I also tried their Paneer tikka: flavorful and soft. I must give shoutout to the ambience as well: as soon as you enter, you will see a "I heart Delhi" sign which is great, and they also have a bar area with some fun, quirky posters! The ambience is pretty nice (indoors and outdoors): could be a go-to place to hang out friends/family and have an amazing meal. Fremont (and surrounding) needed such spots.

Cin-Yee S.

Yelp
Now in its new location on Mission at Las Palmas. Open late, even on Sunday, with tons of beverage options making it a great place for hanging out. Grill out front is still churning out those delicious kebabs and now there are plenty of booths and tables where you can enjoy your meal without worrying about being run over by harried shoppers in the Bharat Bazaar parking lot. So happy to see this wonderful food truck find a brick-and-mortar home, and wishing them continued success!

Yelp
Keeku da Dhaba has quickly become my new favorite spot. The ambience is the perfect balance of homey and lively, it feels welcoming while still being vibrant and fun. The staff were on top of everything and made the experience even better with their attentiveness. The food was absolutely amazing. The Egg Chicken Roll was delicious, spicy, juicy, and incredibly tender. I also tried the Paneer Tikka and Butter Chicken Tikka with roti, and every bite was packed with bold spice and flavor. It was honestly hard to stop eating. The drinks were just as delicious and paired perfectly with the meal. I would recommend this place to everyone. If you're looking for incredible food, great service, and a warm atmosphere, Keeku da Dhaba is a must-try!

Yelp
Soft opening alert! We drove by after having dinner but still got attracted by the bbq stand Cute little restaurant with amazing vibes!

Yelp
Keeku da dhaba are now a sit down restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating! They have a full bar and their cocktails have really innovative names- 10/10 creativity! Their menu is limited- we tried paneer tikka with rumali roti and the egg paneer roll. The flavours were great and the cocktails were tasty! Definitely will be back for the chill vibe and quick service.

Yelp
What an amazing place! Greeted with an amazing fragrance of barbecue as soon as you arrive. We tried the Paneer Tikka, egg and paneer wraps, and veg chowmein, and each and every bite was delicious--it seriously reminded me of Delhi. A must-visit for any barbecue fan. Amazing ambiance overall and great staff.

Yelp
Went to this cute eclectic place today. What a fun restaurant. Light finger foods with fantastic drinks. Always wondered why nobody thought of this before. We ordered ho why chill potatoes, paneer kathi rolls, butter chicken and mutton seekh kebab. All had just right amount of spice. Drinks were potent and worth every penny spent. They have a popping hookah bar next door - what a combination! Met the owner - Varun(Keeku). What a charming gentleman. You have a great team Keeku. Best wishes.

Deepak R.

Yelp
After reading all reviews I was very pumped to get paneer from this place. Horrible taste and I really starting to not trust other reviews at all now. Food was very poor in taste no flavor at all. paneer Tikka was just waste of money. Horrible smell and taste. Egg paneer roll waw also not tasty. Service was so confusing never organized and place looks like trash. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Not at all a place for family with hookah adjacent. Horrible place. Probably worst food in Fremont.
google avatar

Monish S.

Yelp
Unexpected find in a nondescript strip mall in Fremont. Basically an Indian bar with "pub grub"...which is all delicious! The egg and chicken Kathi rolls were really good, with the kababs and romali roti (super thin flatbread) flat out AMAZING! Even the tandoori paneer (cheese cubes) were smoky delicious. Pro-tip is to have kabobs piping hot in the restaurant...not as good to go. Goes down great with their draft beers. Fun atmosphere and friendly service as well!
google avatar

Rosanne B.

Yelp
Wow! So delicious! A food truck so popular and good it's about to be a sit down restaurant! A simple concept of Indian barbecue. It gets crowded so best to order online for pick up. Plenty of outdoor seating and a big parking lot. I had the paneer tikka and it was drool-worthy. Hit the late-night hunger spot after a day of watching cricket.
google avatar

Tilottama S.

Yelp
Congratulations on the restaurant! The menu is small but mighty. Everything including the paneer tikka, the buttery chicken tikka and the rolls were amazing. Rooting for you all and hoping to see more. Definitely worth visiting

Yelp
Super delicious. The paneer tikka, buttery chicken tikka and lamb seekh kabob were all insanely delicious with the Romali roti. My husband got a paneer roll which I would probably skip and just get the tikka instead with the romali roti. Can't wait to come back!

Yelp
The restaurant markets a "dhaba vibe," but what it delivers is a masterclass in mismanagement. Arriving at 9 p.m. after a 40 minute drive, we were immediately confronted by a chaotic scene: a dense crowd blurring the line between the bar and the entrance. The process for securing a table was a farce. A server vaguely gestured toward the checkout counter, where we discovered the "waitlist" was nothing more than patrons frantically scrawling their names and contact numbers onto a receipt booklet which was in a completely different spot. One solitary employee (I think the owner) - a true casualty of this systemic failure - was left to navigate the dizzying demands of managing the mythical list, fielding to-go orders, attempting to bus tables (a task ignored by a casually wandering busser who should be promptly fired), and deflecting (some) aggressive patrons demanding immediate seating. The scene was pure, unadulterated chaos - the only accurate descriptor being the wry observation of a fellow diner: "We are getting the authentic Delhi experience." After an astonishing eighty-minute wait, we were finally seated, only to endure another thirty-five minutes before the food materialized. While their staff was genuinely overwhelmed and trying their best, their best was simply not enough to overcome the establishment's deep-seated operational flaws. The bartender, in particular, seemed profoundly misplaced behind the bar - another clear indicator of poor staffing decisions. This is not a relaxing weekend dining destination; it is a chaotic, "push and shove" environment offering average cuisine. Unless one actively seeks a bewildering, disorganized, and time-consuming dining ordeal, I strongly advise finding a more competent venue for a well-earned weekend meal.

Yelp
keeku da dhaba is unfortunately not da best...however it does have a lot of potential as it is a new restaurant! egg chicken roll was pretty good but definitely would've been elevated if it had more crisp. mutton seekh kebab was very juicy and flavorful, no notes. butter chicken was okay. it could've been a little more seasoned and had a thicker sauce but still not bad. main problem is the roti! no offense but it tasted like a towel. i would know because i probably ate one as a kid. very tough, not pliable, hard to swallow. even submerging it in sauce did not help. i think a good layered flaky roti (like singaporean style) would be better with this type of food. also don't wanna be nitpicky but this menu should offer rice. or maybe i'm just a picky chinese eater... other than that service was good, music was a vibe, owner came around to check on us so that was nice
google avatar

Yelp
Limited menu but amazing taste. Authentic taste of delhi. I would highly recommend. Lamb kebab is not to be missed.
google avatar

Viji S.

Yelp
The food was amazing, the first bite was so delectable. It has all the flavored. Rumali roti was amazing too , it met and far exceeded my expectations. The person who cooks is very proactive in offering onions and suggests to take / try the sauce . Their green sauce was amazing too too. Overall the food and the experience at this food truck was amazing .

Yelp
I came here on a Saturday evening and I was mind blown by the amazing food we had. We had Mutton Seekh Kebab and Rumali roti. The Kebabs were delicious, both me and my husband finished them in less than 5 minutes. The kebabs were honestly better than back home in India too. Would highly recommend this cute little gem in Fremont for anyone wanting to have authentic Indian food. We will be returning again 100%!

Nilesh G.

Yelp
Kathi rolls are off the charts. Jesse will take great care and of you at the bar. Must visit!

Yelp
Tasty! This is located right outside of Bharat Bazar, it is a food truck. They cook all their meats on the charcoal grill outside their truck. It was fairly busy when I came on a Friday night, but I called in my order. I ordered the chicken, mutton, and fish kebabs. When I arrived, the chicken and mutton were ready, but the fish took 10 more mins or so of waiting to come out. I think they forgot about my order, so they had to cook it once I arrived. The taste of the food really made up for the long wait, the chicken was tender and juicy with a delicious sauce. The fish was nice and flakey, and my favorite was the mutton. They have a green sauce on a table near by with little to go containers for the sauce, definitely recommend picking some of that up. It complemented the kebabs well. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Bhrigu A.

Yelp
Food is served based on how big your order is. If you not ordering too much food be ready to sit and wait for hours for your food. It is absolutely not worth the wait. This is only a to go place and prepare for an hour wait when you place an order. We used to love coming here but it's not doable with a 5 year old. Not doing it again!
google avatar

Jeev S.

Yelp
Best kabobs in Bay area. This place reflects the hard work of the owner who started with two days to then four days on a food truck to eventually owning a restaurant.
google avatar

Kijit D.

Yelp
Food was great but the wait time was too much for it to be worth it. I placed my order online at 8:35 and it said pick up at 9:10. I was there at 9:10 and they hadn't even started making the food. They told me 10-15 mins more which was fine. I had a medium sized order with 4 rolls and 2 kebabs. Half an hour later, my food was still not ready but people who had order pick up time after me at 9:20 and 9:30 were being given their orders since they were smaller ones they could finish earlier. I finally got my order at 9:48. If I had to spend so much time to get food from outside I would just make it myself. Not worth it. P.S. I am not sure about this but I may have only received my order because the cashier went to bat for me to ask the other cooks to not prioritize smaller orders because that's not okay. Thank you Cashier !
google avatar

Haasith S.

Yelp
Been here 3 times so far and it's been super delicious each time but the highlight for me is definitely the egg chicken roll! Pros: EGG CHICKEN ROLL, fresh meat off the grill Cons: malai sauce on chicken tikka is a little bit on the sour side which I'm okay with because the chicken is still tender Ambiance: 4/5 based off of other food trucks Value: 5/5 Taste: 5/5 Service: 4.5/5 could take very long if it's a busy night
google avatar

Deepak G.

Yelp
Great Indian barbecue! Got the paneer kathi roll and it was the best. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating both, overall good ambiance and great food.
google avatar

Ronil S.

Yelp
Authentic Punjabi cuisine, featuring a variety of succulent kebabs and tikkas like Chicken Tikka, Paneer Tikka& Mutton Seekh, which can be paired with Rumali Roti. They also have Kathi rolls. Highly recommend this place as I loved everything that was there in the menu.
google avatar

Sweta S.

Yelp
Good spot for Indian bbq. On two visits I have tried a few dishes. They bbq it in front of you to serve. 1. paneer tikka - rating 4.5/5 Nice coating of spices which aren't too hot, strong taste of ajwain ( carrom seeds). Nice and soft malai paneer chunks, white onion and green capsicum chunks bbqd 2. Chicken tikka - rating 3/5 Need to retry this one as we had ordered pickup and reached there an hour later. Might have tasted better right off the bbq. Also it was super greasy and covered in a malai gravy I wasn't looking forward to 3. Chicken biryani - rating 2.5/5 Not the kind of biryani I like. More like semi pulav - biryani. Won't order again. But folks who like Punjabi biryanis might enjoy this dish

Chandrika B.

Yelp
Loved the quick phone call ahead for a takeout order and the precision on timing and packaging. Friendly staff and yummy food :) In $36, we got: - paneer tikka 5/5- too good. Not spicy but very flavorful with all the spices in it. The green chutney on the side table (self service) paired perfectly with it - rumali roti 2 pcs in one portion for $5: it was not hot or warm but it paired well with the kebabs to create a wrap out of it - lamb seekh kebab 5/5 portion size was 4 pcs which was perfectly flavorful and soft Loved the open fire grill with yummy marination which is not crazy spicy but very flavorful. Average wait time for lamb kebabs is 15 mins so go get some indian grocery from bharat bazar while u are in the square. #supportlocal

Yelp
Buttery chicken kabob and mutton seekh kabob. Real tasty and cooked to perfection. Superb ambience and lives up to its word. If you happen to search for this place and decide to try it then you will be spellbound. It goes very well with some form of naan or bread and for added flavor sprinkle lemon water on top.

Akash S.

Yelp
Amazing food. Limited menu by design and believe me they do justice to it. Great friendly service. Ambiance is true to a Delhi Dabha theme. Has a full Bar to go with the Kabab's great combo.
google avatar

Parth P.

Yelp
Legendary kababs. These kababs are so succulent and flavorful, there is nothing else like it. If you haven't tried it, you are seriously missing out. All 3 kababs, chicken, mutton and paneer are top notch. Varun has kept the bar so high since day 1, for so many years and many many more to come.
google avatar

Shruti G.

Yelp
Good, rich food. Limited options - but that's what keeps the quality and taste so good. The service is fast - and you know you are getting fresh food as you can see it being cooked in front of you. I wish they had better seating options, but it's a food truck so I guess it's to be expected.

AJ

Yelp
I have been waiting for my food for literally an hour. Starting from 8:10 I have been waiting for a table and then my food and it is currently 9:08 and I don't have any food, and there is another 20 minutes for my food to come. I don't care how good it's gonna be this is ridiculous.

Sukaran C.

Yelp
Best tikka/bbq in bay area. Hands down! A little heavy though but you can avoid the butter.
google avatar

Mayank S.

Yelp
We drove an hour to taste their food. Food was good. Service was messed up and one of the employees was rude. The owner tries to do his best but it's hard to keep up with demand. I thought of ordering more items but gave up due to too much wait time and crowd. Need to plan ahead or order much in advance when you reach here. Also there is a token system here which I was unaware of as it was my first time.

Arun M.

Yelp
Watch out for the quality. If kebab gets burnt, at least avoid giving it to customers.

Yelp

Yelp
The chef and other people working there were nice. The seekh is sooo good and you can smell the coals everywhere. The butter chicken gravy was very sour and didn't taste like butter chicken at all. However the chicken tikka was good.

Yelp
Perfection on tandoor and grill cooking. I love it that they kept menu small and service it well. Now they are adding a restaurant I'm proud the way they grew and still humble
