5 out of 5 stars, Kehoe is the BEST decor vendor in Chicago and you MUST work with Mal! Kehoe is a one-stop shop, stress free and allowed me to use one vendor for all of my decor needs. As an event planning professional myself, I knew selecting the right vendor for decor was critical to the success of my wedding. The planning process with Mal and the Kehoe team was seamless, organized and I felt like my event was genuinely important to the team. I truly did not have to worry about a thing and the execution was flawless. Mal did an amazing job collaborating with the venue coordinator and my wedding planners to ensure everyone was on track and that the set-up would be flawless. Mal did an amazing job keeping me within my budget all while ensuring the end product would be stellar. I still can't believe how beautifully my event came together. One of my favorite parts of the experience was the showcase at the Kehoe offices where the team took my vision and brought it to life through samples for us to discuss and fine-tune. This experience felt so special and curated in the best way. I am a visual person and this really enabled me to feel confident in Kehoe, I knew my event was in excellent hands. I know decor, flowers, lighting, drapery etc. can feel daunting (and expensive) but it truly makes a huge difference to work with a vendor that has the resources and team to professionally execute. Wow!!!!!!!! So grateful for the fabulous job and efforts that Mal put forth in designing my daughter, Rachel’s recent wedding. She absolutely made her dream come true by creating a magical and exquisite design that our guests are still raving about ! Mal was a DELIGHT to work with and seemed to understand Rachel’s vision from the get go (no carpet, no curtains). The room was jaw dropping beautiful and magnificent ; all of our guests were mesmerized by the beauty that surrounded them . An incredible design team. We were part of the vendor team at a wedding at Four Seasons in Chicago and WOW... an incredible design by Austin and team.

My husband and I talked to a handful of event décor organizations here in Chicago, but none compared to Kehoe Designs. They were the perfect one stop shop for all our décor, floral, lighting, and draping needs. We had the privilege of working with Megan over on the Kehoe team. Megan was able to take a bunch of random inspiration photos of mine from Pinterest, mash them all together, and then mock up a table setting and ceremony display incorporating all the things I wanted. We were going for a very specific look that I couldn’t necessarily categorize with words but she figured it out and did an incredible job while doing it! Kehoe worked with us, our venue, and our caterer without a single problem. They seamlessly integrated in and helped throughout the night to make sure our wedding was perfect. We had more than the average number of room flips and table breakdowns and the Kehoe team made it look easy! They did literally exactly what they said they would and if there was any type of issue I couldn’t tell and neither could my guests. Kehoe clearly has an incredibly talented staff that can create your perfect design. We truly loved working with them and walking into the final product was truly breath-taking. If fun to see one table mocked up, but to see your entire vision before your eyes is another! Thank you for your hard work Kehoe we truly appreciate it!

I would give Kehoe 100 stars if I could! Where to begin. I don’t know that I will ever be able to find the words to express our appreciation and gratitude to the entire Kehoe team. When we walked into our venue for our wedding my jaw hit the floor. The first thing I saw was the chandeliers perfectly placed creating an an EPIC entrance to our wedding ceremony. The ceremony room was something out of a fairytale. Romantic, moody, sexy, and simply stunning. The candlelit aisle way spectacular and standing under the cluster of chandeliers as I said my vows was the highlight of my night. The reception room was everyone of my wildest dreams come true. Each table dressed to perfection! The centerpieces were insanely gorgeous and all of the little details could not have been more stunning. The highlight of the entire Kehoe experience is working with Mal. she is truly an angel and understood our vision immediately. She is beyond professional and has incredible taste. We couldn't say more wonderful things about her!

We are wedding photographers, and we've had the honor of working with Kehoe Designs over the last 20 years! Every experience has been extraordinary. What an incredible business and fantastic designers! I'm helping to work on a fundraiser, and had the privilege of visiting Kehoe to check out the design area, the venue and the mock-up centerpiece & room décor centerpieces. We had an absolutely wonderful tour from room to room, checking out all the unique areas, design options and examples. It's an artist or event planners dream! They have several rooms in the back with barn doors that hold in the mock-ups for their clients. It was a fun reveal to walk in and see our design boards come to life. We were walked through the thought process, welcome to provide feedback, talk through different options and make changes. It was a great partnership and meeting. We walked through the back workspace area too and it was very neat to see everything being worked on and all that goes into the designs we saw in the showroom. I'm more than excited to see our event come to life and highly recommend Kehoe for any events!

We had Kehoe provide the décor for our wedding and would highly recommend them! Best of the best. We worked with Mat Lahey, and he was amazing! When we first spoke with him, we gave him our color palette and expressed our vision for the space. He provided a design proposal which was beyond anything we would've thought of. From there, he provided a mock up of each item for us to review, and we had barely any comments, it was THAT good. Then came the wedding day, and we were floored by the execution. Our wedding was more than we could have imagined. Everyone has been saying how beautiful the décor elements and the flowers were in the space. It was seriously remarkable and we would 100% work with Kehoe and Mat Lahey again. (Side note: our lighting vendor was Black Oak via Kehoe, and we definitely recommend the package deal. The lighting complimented the vision Mathew had.)

No words to describe how delighted we were with Kehoe for our petite wedding! Austin, our event manager, was great. Very responsive and engaging. And the flowers! Beyond gorgeous. I requested they design the flowers so we could repurpose for the wedding centerpieces. They delivered spectacularly! The bride and groom were blown away. A friend of mine (who works in event planning) was also very complimentary of the florals. Thank you, Kehoe Designs!!!!

We loved working with Phil at Kehoe. From the beginning, he worked so hard to figure out exactly what we were looking for, and was willing to work through the difficulties of me living in California and working in the Middle East for three months before the wedding. The look we ended up with at the Field Museum was even better than I imagined, even after being blown away by the sample showing. It all came together unbelievably well, and had the regular guests of the museum taking photos and asking about it. Phil was so creative, so professional, so responsive, and so personable. We wanted some things that were a little out of the box, but he didn't hesitate. And he worked really hard to fall within our budget. I've said to many people that the wedding felt like much more than the sum of its parts-- seeing it all come together was so magical-- and Phil's design was one of the most integral parts of that transformation.

Kehoe Designs went above and beyond for my wedding. I had very specific things I wanted (dramatic entrance, champagne wall, etc) and they brought my vision to life. Mathew was so amazing and so responsive. I would highly recommend Kehoe for any of your party needs!

Phenomenal experience with their "Holiday Shoppe" pop-up - ordered a tree for delivery, arrived at the scheduled time. The delivery team was extremely professional, set the tree (which was clearly a fresh, quality cut) up in our living room. Would absolutely use them again next year!

From the very beginning of our wedding planning process we knew Kehoe Designs was the perfect vendor choice for our floral and design needs. If their impressive portfolio doesn't prove enough, their designer's knowledge and professionalism, as well as their showroom will. We had the pleasure of working with Phil Cooper. He is the absolute best! During our initial meeting, we only showed him a few inspiration images and he instantly understood the type of style we wanted without much explanation. He also gave great advice and suggestions during the process. Between all of our questions and hundreds of emails changing our minds, Phil answered promptly and was able to decipher through all of our requests. We especially enjoyed the sample set up at their showroom a few months before the wedding. It was a great way to see our centerpieces and table settings in person before the day, allowing us to make any changes. Most importantly, Kehoe's execution and attention to detail of the floral and design of our wedding day was above and beyond anything we could have dreamed of. A dream come true!! Do not hesitate one bit to book with them!

I used Kehoe for my wedding May 27 and am soooo absolutely pleased. My love affair with Kehoe began when I was scrounging over wedding mags for ideas, direction, inspiration. I ripped out wedding that had the look I wanted and in every photo, Kehoe was at the bottom of the page! I knew I had to look them up. Their website was quite elusive- not giving anything a bride needs- which is numbers! prices! it gave nothing! so I called Kehoe and Renee who worked with Ivy Room extensively was my go to and she was AMAZING. She is a designer unlike any other. Renee is a superhero of a designer- her special talents include taking your ideas and being able to manifest the most beautiful array of a room. My bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets, the centerpieces, lighting, choices for linen YES, YES, YES, YES, YES!!!! perfect. Kehoe is not cheap but will work with you on pricing and can help with achieving the look you want without breaking the bank.

The absolute BEST in party design and decorating. They can do magic. Pricey, but absolutely worth it. We worked with Donna and she did an amazing job at making our venue fit what we were looking for.

Kehoe Designs - I have never used your services but when I get married or have a need for an ultra special bouquet, I will speed dial you. Yelpers, I work in one of offices where the property managers takes great pride in displaying a new set of floral arrangements by the front desk -- none of them cheap stuff or boring/tired fake-flower looking things. I'm talking show-stopper, Dolly Parton-in-your-face type of flowers that really make high-end clients, associates, and visitors take note and pause. altogether now { ooohhhh, aaaaahhhh, ohhhhhh } Kehoe's florists have giant green thumbs and eagle eyes for design, texture, and color. This is reflected in their amazing bold arrangements which have sculptural qualities to them. Yes, I imagine they're expensive, but they are exquisite and last the full week, if not longer. They must have a great supplier of flowers and take great care in making quality arrangements because even after 5 days, they look just as fresh and alive as when they were first delivered. How did I know it was their work? Because I was among several associates that had their jaws dropping - so much so that the security guy opened up his desk drawer and handed me over the business card to Kehoe Designs. I have it tucked away and if there's a Real Housewives of Chicago show coming to Chicago - ladies, you better get your penthouse condos and homes decked out with their flowers. They're bright, reek of money, and are camera friendly.

I barely said anything at my first meeting but Kehoe read my mind--right there on the table he threw together my envisioned center piece. He got me! When I came back to view his proposed chuppah I was blown away at how utterly perfect it was! My chuppah was the most beautiful in the world! Hire them and let the professionals work their magic!

I am a Wedding Planner with Storybook Weddings and Events here in Chicago, and I had the pleasure of working with the Kehoe team on a wedding this past October. Phil Cooper was the designer, and not only was he fantastic to work with during the planning process, but he was even there on the morning of the wedding to ensure that everything was running smoothly. I really liked that he took the time to see the bride, knowing how busy their company is at all times :) He made the couple feel special, which I think is so important as a vendor on a couple's big day. During both setup and teardown, the Kehoe team was swift and efficient, quite frankly the fastest that I have seen. I swear that they did a room flip in like 20/30 minutes, it was insane. Phil was outstanding and made our entire vision come to life. He was able to figure out who we were as people, and with that he helped pull out our creative visions. He transformed our event space, Chez, into a beautiful rustic and romantic evening filled with beautiful flowers and candle light. Phil truly created magic!

Renee Price at Kehoe was an absolute dream! She transformed our space at the Art Institute into a beautiful, exquisite event. Even the Chef made of point of indicating he had never seen the space decorated so well. Our guests were so delighted and taken aback, they are still talking about the design and the amazing and stylish décor, which had an avant-garde, yet clean and slightly ethnic feeling she created. There is absolutely nothing I regret or wish I would have/could have done. Renee did a fantastic job of translating our ideas into reality without any drama about conflict in ideas or organization, and, we did almost everything over the phone (with the help of my awesome event planner, Lauren Knuepfer of LK Events) While I was more than thrilled with the initial sample at Kehoe, incredibly, her actual execution was even better. Hands down I would work with Renee and Kehoe again. She was so committed to getting my vision right, that she even ran to the flower market a second time to pickup additional orchids for my bouquet the morning of the wedding. We hired Renee at Kehoe to create our vision for our 6/14/14 wedding. Renee is a design angel!! She put my vision to life...and more!!! She went above and beyond our expectations. Our wedding was beautiful, breathtaking, and overall perfect. It was a perfect blend between James Bond sexy and romance; exactly what I wanted. It is three months later and we are STILL (no joke) receiving compliments on our wedding and how it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. Also, we received a thank you card from a guest. Really, we did! They thanked us for inviting them to such a gorgeous and chic wedding, they were honored to be there. On top of that... Kehoe did an incredible job designing the layout of our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. They were agile and efficient in their set up while still being able to provide breathtaking designs. We unfortunately encountered rain on our wedding day with an outdoor wedding planned. Kehoe was able to audible to our plan B ceremony venue and had everything set up. Renee at Kehoe was amazing and made our plan B look like it was our expected venue. The venue was beautiful and when we first saw it, all our worries of the rain dissipated. Our reception area was dazzling. The use of our color scheme in combination with the selection of flowers captured our vision and more. Kehoe exceeded all expectations and provided a seamless process throughout the entire time.

I hired Kehoe for my May 2014 wedding at the Field Museum. We had 6 different options for floral designers, we met with all of them and enjoyed Kehoe the most. I had such a wonderful experience working with Phil, he was creative and kind. Phil was able to create exactly what I had in mind. I asked Phil many design questions throughout the planning process, he was always interested and provided helpful and honest feedback, which I really appreciated. When I walked into the space, I was truly blown away. Everything was absolutely PERFECT. The flowers were large, vibrant and at the best point in their blooming process. I would highly recommend Kehoe!

I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Sjostrom on a corporate event booth and the service/outcome was as good as it gets! The client was extremely pleased with how visually the booth area came together and how premium the space looked. We utilized a water wall and a couple of leafy panels which really brought our space to life. Ryan and his team are professional, hardworking and mind-readers. Not to mention they were able to work with us to make sure that the project did not exceed our budget. Definitely recommend!

The idea for the centerpieces I imagined for our July 2017 wedding seemed impossible at first. However, Phil Cooper took my idea using flowers made from a French-English dictionary, pictures of our loved ones, and his own amazing magic to give the tables the personal, beautiful touch I wanted but could never imagine! On top of that, all of the other details were incredible, too. I highly recommend working with Phil and Kehoe Designs!

I am extremely delinquent in writing this review from my wedding last April (2012), however, I wanted to make sure I gave Lauren Westhoff and Renee Price from Kehoe Designs a TON of credit for making my wedding so beautiful and special. They worked within our budget to come up with very elegant reception centerpieces and bouquets. Our reception was at the Chicago Cultural Center, which is very lovely but a little large. We were worried about the reception seeming a little stuffy and/or sterile. Renee and Lauren created a great draping option around the bars and an amber lighting design that didn't completely break our bank but helped warm up the dance floor and made the event space seem more intimate. I am still getting compliments from people on how beautiful our flowers were and how they loved the draping by the bars at our wedding. It makes me feel so proud and that the little "extras" that Kehoe proposed were SOOOOOO worth it. I wish I had a larger budget to spend on decor...I would have loved to see what they would do with it. As far as working with Kehoe...it was a little complicated at first. I was originally working with another designer who left the company without telling me. It took a while for me to get in touch with someone to get a proposal and sign a contract after that...which was a little frustrating. After that...the associates at Kehoe were great! Renee and Lauren were so patient with me (I was definitely "that bride" a few weeks before the wedding) when I was suggesting changes to the colors/flowers/etc. In the end, their recommendations worked out amazingly! I don't think they're used to working with smaller budgets like mine but I felt like valued client throughout the planning process. I would definitely recommend Kehoe and in particular Renee and Lauren!

My daughter had a general idea to personalize the table settings for her wedding reception with photos of friends and relatives. In addition, she did not want to use flowers for her bouquet nor the reception centerpieces. Instead, she hired a student in the school where she teaches with a special talent for making paper flowers. So, between paper flowers and a special photo collage, we set out to find a decorator who could turn her vision into a reality. Having interviewed designers from three different decorating companies, we found only one individual who knew exactly what she wanted and who could come up with a centerpiece vessel that displayed the photos in ways that became even more creative than we anticipated. That person was Phil Cooper from Kehoe Designs. Unlike other designers who pushed real flowers and downplayed the photo displays, Phil incorporated my daughter's wishes - both the photo display and paper flowers - into unique, one-of-a-kind centerpieces that captivated our guests. Combined with special lighting, the display of photos used for place cards, and the classy use of drapes and candles, the spaces for the ceremony and reception at Venue SIX10 in Chicago turned out to be outstanding. Kudos to Phil for listening to my daughter's wishes and turning them into a wonderful reality. I highly recommend Phil and Kehoe Designs for creating an environment that reflects the style and desires of the wedding couple.

Phil Cooper is a complete genius and transformed the Art Institute for our July 16, 2016 wedding. He captured the look of our wedding perfectly. It was beyond beautiful. On top of that, he is super easy to work with. Him and his coworker Megan are super responsive and worked around my budget. I would recommend Kehoe to anyone looking for a fabulous event design company. They are hands down the best in Chicago!

We were looking for event designers for our wedding. Of course, we need the best and therefore looked into Kehoe. Berkley is great. From our first initial meeting, she had a great vision. Unfortunately, we needed to see the centerpiece before signing a contract, and Kehoe does not do that till you sign a contract with them. I was a bit disappointed but they still remained in the running. The pictures we seen of past events looked great. I'm sure they do great work, but as a bride -to-be, I need to see what my wedding day will look like. It only happens once, and I cant risk taking a chance on this important day in our lives.

My first encounter with Kehoe Designs was very pleasant. The receptionist was as sweet as sugar. She told me that they could work within any budget just submit my vision of what flowers I would love to use. I emailed them with all of my information and did not hear back. So, I called 3 times. Finally, I talked to the "sales" department . The woman was very rude , She quoted me a price that was ridiculous . I never even got to discuss any modifications with her. The quote was the quote. Period. Talk about rude. Kehoe has a great reputation but I don't want to work with arrogance. I am taking my business somewhere else. By the way, their quote was double to the other "pricey" florists. Do they care. NOPE!

Josh did the decorations for my daughter's New Year's Eve wedding at Floating World Gallery. We didn't give him much guidance beyond a few Pinterest photos, yet he managed to transform the place from bare loft space to exactly the warm and wintry setting my daughter hoped for. I loved all the candlelight and winter greenery, and, even with some last minute additions, he stayed within our budget -- not an easy task.

I do the Event and Meeting planning for my firm and have been using Kehoe for years. Pavel is THE best. Yes they are pricey, but well worth it

After meeting with several other design companies, we felt everyone was missing the mark. Luckily our last stop was Kehoe, who hit the nail on the head (thanks Renee!) when recreating our vision for our wedding. What they delivered on the day of the wedding was surreal, and completely exceeded all of my expectations. I know others have mentioned they felt that they were overpriced, but for the quality and quantity (which many other companies are lacking) they are far superb. Everything from our centerpieces, bouquets, lighting, and drapery were stunning! Their work really took my breath away, I can't say enough good things about how they came through for the most important day of my life!

They're generous, too! Our group of volunteers wanted to do a community art project about stopping violence on the South Side. We were hoping to use some dead/dying flowers, but we didn't think we could afford them. Kehoe to the rescue! They donated gorgeous blooms. Not only that, but everyone on staff looked after us with real concern. They helped us get everything in proper order, even taking special care to protect the flowers on what was one of the coldest days of the year. The Kehoe folks really made us feel respected-- At the final display, I bragged to everyone that we had real Kehoe flowers. Please support these people!

We recently had a downtown Chicago NYE wedding. Kehoe was referred to us by our venue, theWit. Our initial encounter with Kehoe was with one of their Event Producers, Joshua Jones. The initial meeting process was so much fun and organized because prior to the meeting we were asked to fill out a questionnaire of our design/style ideas along with our Pinterest board link in order to provide that for Josh. He knew exactly what we had in mind: clean, modern, sophisticated, with a touch of romance. We met with Kehoe about a month and a half prior to the big day to catch a glimpse of the vignette they put together of our potential reception space. Two words: "Mind Blown." And that was just a teaser, my friends. The center pieces were spot on with full blooms of white peonies, ranunculus, & hydrangeas. The mercury glass he so carefully placed in small collections added just the right amount of romance and glamour especially for a NYE wedding. The day of the wedding, I was completely floored by how much Josh and his team at Kehoe transformed the space into something so dramatic with the lighting concept they executed for our reception. One of the most unique things Josh was able to provide us with was a very cool and modern table chart lucite panel that was backlit with candles. He even included a quote he found on my Pinterest board referring to my husband, which I find so moving and such a compelling gesture of sincerity. Overall, I would not have chosen any differently. Our lounge seating concept added the right amount of warmth and comfort, the bouquets for my bridesmaids and myself were carefully arranged and wrapped in the same material as our dresses, the centerpieces on all the tables were mindblowlingly gorgeous and stunning. Joshua even personally hand delivered our flowers to the church located in Glen Ellyn about 30-40 minutes outside of the city. Josh, Alexis, and their Kehoe team handled the day like true professionals without compromising on the wants and vision of the client. If you are looking to make your wedding day exquisite and memorable and you want an event design team with vision, exceptional craftsmanship, and sincerity, I strongly urge you to contact Joshua Jones at Kehoe. He will not disappoint and in fact, working with him will bring so much happiness and really emphasize the joys that come with planning for the most important day of your life.

Used Kehoe for our wedding on Oct. 9th, 2010. The flowers were great and the room looked amazing. Ryan Wille at Kehoe was great throughout the process. Ryan nailed the look we wanted on the first try. Ryan even delivered the flowers to our home on the big day and the head table design was awesome. We highly recommend Kehoe and Ryan!

I simply cannot say enough good things about Kehoe Designs and the wonderful, talented team that we worked with for our wedding last Friday. Before I sing their praises (because it's all I can do is give them kudos after kudos), people need to realize that Kehoe is NOT a florist; you do not stop by & pick up a bouquet of flowers on your way home. Kehoe is a WELL RESPECTED, very understated but unbelievably chic, and the most unpretentious "haute" organization I have ever had the pleasure to work with. If you are looking for an extraordinary EVENT PLANNER, do yourself a favor and hire Kehoe immediately; if you are looking for your average florist, you are better off looking elsewhere because that is not their core competency. Next, whomever it was that had a bad word to say about Jamey Harding did not work with the Jamey I was so very fortunate to do so. She is incredible, one of the sweetest people I've ever had the opportunity to collaborate with (and you do "collaborate" with Kehoe, which really makes them stand out from everyone else in Chicago). She met with us back in January for our July wedding and spent as much time as we needed to get our vision; the very next day, I received a proposal that by no means seemed expensive (and I didn't have a budget in mind, yet I didn't gasp at the proposed cost). We went back & forth a bit until we had our "sampling" in mid-March...my jaw is likely still on their very understated office floor at the amazing transformation of what I saw in my mind's eye into exactly what I wanted for my tables, trellis, ceremony chairs, lighting... Between that time and July 22, I asked about other options and Jamey, or her counterpart on our wedding Stephanie Coutts, always replied immediately with an answer or as to when she would have an answer. This was within hours, not days, and always with a pleasant tone, explanation as to what went into costs, etc. Both Jamey and Stephanie were quintessential professionals. Our wedding was beyond my imagination and when Jamey presented me with my bouquet, I almost cried at its perfection. I knew this was the work of many, but she and Stephanie were my primary contacts, and I cannot thank them & the whole team at Kehoe Designs for their dedication to us and our vision for our wedding day. We were, by no means, their most expensive client (in fact, we were probably one of their lower-cost ones!), but they made us feel like we were their only event and that it meant everything to them to ensure it was perfect. And it was UTTERLY perfect...because of Jamey, Stephanie, and the entire dedicated team at Kehoe. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU Jamey, Stephanie, and all of the folks that worked on our wedding...it was exceptional and my guests were absolutely "wowed" by your presentation. I will never hesitate to recommend Kehoe for any event, wedding or otherwise. As a final note, I also got other quotes and found Kehoe to be only slightly more costly than others, so don't let comments about Kehoe being overpriced sway you...they are very competitive and it was well worth the extra service to know that they did everything in-house (no subcontractors for my event). It went off without a glitch and it was worth the few hundred dollars I spent "extra" as opposed to another vendor. Kehoe Designs & your hardworking team, you have my thanks. Jamey & Stephanie, you have my gratitude for making our wedding more beautiful than I ever dreamed.

Kehoe Designs did an amazing job! When I met with Ryan I had shown him some photos and inspiration but really trusted him and his team to do what they do best. My husband and I couldn't have been more wowed!! Ryan really listened to my ideas and then turned it into a magical spectacle. It's been a month since our wedding and people are still talking about how amazing the decor was. It was unique enough for me, a little whimsical and mostly an understated elegance that transformed the room. As a wedding planner myself, I know what goes into a wedding and how important it is to hire the right people. Being a large Jewish wedding we had the ceremony at the hotel and then only an hour to switch the room over. This was done flawlessly thanks to Ryan and his great team!! Everything on our wedding day was absolutely magnificent and completely exceeded all of our expectations. They are by far superior to all other florist/event designers in Chicago. I will definitely be using Kehoe for other weddings I plan in the future.

My fiance and I set up an appointment with Kehoe based on reviews here. I told them our budget up front to make sure that they would be able to work with us and they said that they worked with weddings of all sizes. Note that the appt times are very inconvenient [no weekend times or evenings] so my fiance and I both took time off from work to make the appt. The woman was very nice and seemed interested in submitting a proposal - however, we never heard from her again. We tried contacting her several times and received no response. Horrible customer service. If they were too busy to work with us - they should have told us that up front or responded to our inquiries. So far this was the worst experience of our wedding planning.

Kacey was rude and unprofessional. I told her I had a budget of about $6K for flowers and decor. I told her my vision, and she returned a price of close to $15K. When I called to get her suggestions on where we could cut back to get closer to my budget, she did not respond. Ok... So I emailed her in case she didn't get my call...and still nothing!! How incredibly arrogant, rude and unprofessional!! Even if $6k was below your standard, you could kindly say this or provide a suggestion. If I were Kehoe, this would not be the individual I would want reorienting my company. Period.

Overall Kehoe creates great presentations, but they need more employees to assist with the execution. For our June 19th wedding at the Nature Museum there were many details that Kehoe just simply dropped or overlooked. First and foremost, much to our horror, they FORGOT there was a HEAD TABLE and thus had no floral arrangements designed around it. That's right - the table with the bride, groom, and wedding party. I had to bring it to their attention less than 2 weeks before the wedding. You'd think that'd be the FIRST thing they checked in the entire process, wouldn't you? My advice would be to write down everything they say and agree to, type it up, and review it with them SEVERAL times. We found that the nearer the wedding got, the less attention they paid to the details, instead paying more attention to how and when they would get paid. Their billing person had very little (if any) communication to the sales person/designer and thus we were given multiple conflicting emails and information that was entirely incorrect. Their sales people are much too busy unless you are throwing a larger event, then they will treat you like gold. We're not even sure the person we believed was directing the entire operation was even at the wedding (they set up an hour or two in advance and then leave). Kehoe was supposed to project a nature scene on a wall at our wedding and instead it was projected onto the ground 50ft from the wall. The floral arrangements were great though, can't complain about that. I just can't understand why they set up a venue and then literally LEAVE. They don't mention that, but after seeing this maybe they will start informing people. They come back at the close of your wedding to tear down and take away their equipment. I would just make sure you're both on the same page as you get closer to the wedding. If you're getting married at a simple venue, no problem - but if you have a more intricate setup or a larger venue with many rooms, review review review! Watch out for the famous "gotcha" in event planning, which is when the vendor says, "Ohhhh, that's not in the contract, that was only in an email". Ouch!!

My only disappointment with Kehoe is a personal one, where I get sad every time I think, now that my wedding is over, will there ever be another chance to work with them again? Jamey was my design specialist and was always on top of things and patient with us whenever we wanted to change something, which happened quite often! Our invoices were always sent on time as well as follow ups and reminders. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the flowers were and my maid of honor took in a huge gasp when she caught of the glimpse of the ceremony room. They were one of my favorite and most important vendors and I didn't feel the need to worry about a single thing event decor related because I knew we were in good hands. My bouquet was very simple, just the way I like things but albeit simple, it was still amazingly gorgeous because Kehoe takes the time to move each petal downwards to create an effect that it's already in full bloom. Hopefully I can hire them for a future wedding anniversary!

Many of the hotels mentioned Kehoe. However I found them overpriced for what they offered. They charge an excessive amount for samples when other houses are willing to dazzle you and win your business with a sample at no charge. While their building is gorgeous my guess is that overhead is worked in to the pricing. I felt an arrogance and do not care for how they do business.

Great job at the event, but totally unresponsive before leading up to the event, also my husband and I had to do all of the "creative design" work, as our designer/sales person was horrible. I would never use them again.

Kehoe brought our eclectic vision to life at Chicago Illuminating Company for our wedding reception on July 21, 2012. Renée, who I was meant to meet (she adores France as much as I do, and we totally bonded over that after we returned from our wedding in France and while planning the finishing touches to the Chicago reception!!!!), connect with, and hopefully be friends with for a very long time, is amazingly patient, kind, understanding, artistic, and a magician. Since we had done a huge wedding weekend in Vallery, France at Chateau des Condé, we wanted the decor for our wedding reception in Chicago to represent that a bit. We asked her for a vintage, French, countryside feel that was a bit sophisticated and she brought it to life. I'll have to post pics as soon as I have them. Lauren, her assistant, was also amazing, and we found out that we live in the same building, hahaha! So many pieces and components of our wedding were just meant to be...we highly recommend Kehoe for anyone planning an event, especially a wedding...

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Kehoe is simply unresponsive. I have called and e-mailed them on several different occasions for my wedding at the Trump. Unfortunately for them, on all occasions, they failed to follow up. As a result, I am taking my substantive floral budget elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of working with Renee for my fall 2017 wedding. She was super sweet, knowledgeable and very accommodating to our budget. I never felt like she was trying to get us spend more where we didn't need to. We had a Hindu Indian wedding, and Renee knew exactly what a mandap was (including how to pronounce it) and the vision I had in mind. We did a color palette of plums, wines, and gold and it turned out beautifully. When we did our sample, my mom and I weren't thrilled with the fabric used on the mandap because it looked too light and summery so we told Renee. When I showed up to our ballroom on the day of the wedding, Renee had revised the fabrics to match my vision perfectly. I never had to tell her anything twice. She also knew what would look best in our venue and during fall when the sun goes down early. I had initially wanted really deep purples and wasn't thrilled with the pops of red and blue-ish purple used in our florals at the sample, but Renee explained that flowers weren't available in the exact tone I wanted/they wouldn't show up well on camera or in the dimly lit ballroom for the reception. She was right, and I'm glad she pointed that out. I have already recommended Kehoe/Renee to friends who are planning their weddings, and I will continue to do so!

I am ibsessed with Kehoe, maybe it's the floral design or the incredible probs/furniture or maybe it is just the incredible staff. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Renee Price, who exudes fashion and style. Renee was friendly, creative and -incredibly patient- when I completely changed my wedding theme/colors only months before my wedding. I saw an amazing sample before my wedding, but it didn't hold a candle to what I saw on my wedding day. It was beyond what I imagined! Thanks to Kehoe, in particular Renee Price.

Kehoe created a wedding for us that was even more spectacular than we could have imagined. We met with Ryan initially and gave him some general ideas of the mood we wanted to create with our wedding weekend. Being a large Indian wedding there were multiple events and we wanted to have a flow throughout the weekend while maintaining an individual uniqueness to each event. Although we did not have a set theme or colors we had some ideas and Ryan listened very carefully. We did not realize how carefully until the first mock up which was stupendous. I walked into the room and actually gasped. Ryan had captured what we had wanted, and when we initially came in I was not even sure what that would be. From the sangeet decor to the mandap to the reception centerpieces and the lighting everything was amazing! There was one centerpiece we weren't in love with and Ryan scheduled a follow up mock up to look at some alternatives which we were then able to pick from. The one thing I did emphasize with Kehoe was I wanted our sweet room to be over the top, and Kehoe delivered an absolutely incredible sweet room that our guests are still talking about! Throughout all the planning when/if we started to go over budget Ryan would discuss with us how to modify our decor while staying as close to budget as possible. Working with Ryan and Kehoe was a very positive experience and they created an absolutely magical wedding weekend for us.

I highly highly recommend Kehoe!!! They did my wedding and I could not be any happier with the results! The flowers at my wedding were beyond incredible and GORGEOUS and far exceeded my high expectations! I'm embarrassed to admit how many times I've looked at my pictures of them. I receive compliment after compliment after compliment. They made everything look as good as it could have possibly looked. We worked with Vince and he was terrific.
