Keith's Bar & Grille

We have been visiting for years when on vacation. We absolutely love the staff and amazing food. It is our every night dinner spot with plenty of food and drink options.

So friendly, with the crowd they had, the service and food was excellent. The owners grand daughter was there (2 yrs old) she entertain my daughter and son who are 6 and 8, the entire time. Our time there was more memorable that the times we spend on the trails. We are from Georgia and this will be a part of our stop every time we visit. Love this place.

Here are the highlights: - Patio tables are all broken. - Beer cans and trash laying around on patio. - Tables were very dirty. - Mildew and mold everywhere on patio. - Nothing included fries or sides. - A baked potato is $9. - They were out of a lot of drinks. - Owners kids know no boundaries. We ordered our food about 20 minutes after getting here all together. Half of our group was served 50 minutes after that. The other half didn’t get their food until another 30 minutes after that. While we waited for our food, the owners kids (or grandkids, unclear) ran around unsupervised, screaming and yelling on the patio where our group was seated. The parents were inside well aware of the situation. This continued on and off for at least 30 minutes on and off before someone from our group had to say something. The food was average, but not worth the wait and the frustration. Waitress was super sweet and overworked. She was the only one on service, and she was working hard. We knew this was a more rough around the edges kind of place. We visited last year and it was an average experience, not exceptional, not terrible. This was ridiculous. I very rarely leave anything other than 5-stars, but this was a real waste of time and money.

Super fun bar stop on the trail!! Or to drive to like we did :) Affordable food & drinks, very friendly staff. Smoking is allowed inside (shocking to Michan folk), so if that bothers you, this isn't your stop. Juke box and cigar machine onsite. Dollar bills are posted up everywhere. They also have great T-shirts for purchase!!

Excellent experience! First time here and would definitely return! Got the freshly made original pork rinds and out on some Frank's red hot and it was perfect! We don't have this in NJ. Wings weren't crispy like I asked but the mild sauce is to die for! Staff was short but still attentive. Highly recommend.

The food was just horrible! There’s nothing worse than undercooked mozzarella sticks that were cold! The fries were undercooked as well. Most of our party had a Buffalo chicken sandwich that was fried as a previous group warned us don’t get sick as they did. The hamburgers were not even good. No one in our group of 8 would go back!

If you want to leave smelling like an ash tray this is your place, place is filthy overall. Walk in and see the 3-4 disgruntled locals on the right side of the bar, who are unfriendly and smoking like a chimney. I got a burger and a mich ultra draft and both were terrible, beer was clearly old, burger was a dry brick. I was excited to go over to this place, huge let down. I’d go to Hardee’s versus this place, leaving stinking of cigerettes. Thumbs down

Food and atmosphere is always great but please fix the service issues. I say this because I've been here 4 times now and I've had a server issue bringing our drinks and food out each time. I've had to go to the bar each time to remind them we've ordered drinks.

This place is a staple for us every year. The food is good. The service is good. The prices are fair. If you don't have enough to cover your tab, just peel a few $ off the wall. lol

Service was at a snails pace Food was alright. I hear they have staffing issues. Fresh fried potatoes chips were really good.

The steak was recommended to us and it was delicious! We went 2 years ago and planning to include going back with our upcoming trip.

Best Frog Legs ever! All the food is great! However, the bartender was rude and after taking our order never came back to us, never got us another drink, never asked us about anything!!! Just disappeared until we were getting up to leave. We would have spent ALOT OF MONEY ON ALCOHOL IF SHE HAD BE NICE AND NOT IGNORED US! We will go back for the food but hope to have another bartender.

First off.... dog friendly!! Rode in on the side by side on an extremely hot day. Asked if we could sit outside with our little dog. She said no, it's too hot take a seat inside. Awesome food and fantastic staff. Good ol' WV folks.

I have lived in the area for a number of years and met many, many great trailriders over the last 12 years. Keith's is, in my opinion, an essential stop for ALL Hatfield-McCoy visitors. The food is incredible from some of the best chili dogs to Butch's Big Burger creation (just order it and have them place everything on it, you won't regret it) to the juicy steaks cooked to perfection. A host of beers on tap and a Rolodex of mix drinks, the bartenders will go out of their way to serve. And to top it all off, if you happen to have any vehicle trouble while on the trails, a simple phone call can usually have Keith, the bar's namesake, on his way with parts in hand to fix you right up and get you back to ripping!

Great food at reasonable prices. Reminds you of an Applebee's with a personal touch and better food. Best wings I've ever eaten.

A fantastic place to enjoy a brew and some good food. The bartenders and wait staff are especially helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Will be back highly recommend.

If you are going to Trailfest, take the trail from Gilbert to Man and go to Keith's. It's a must go to spot in West Virginia. We had everything from frogs legs and wings to chicken fried steak and ribs. The bartender Tessa is very nice and the whole place just wants to please the costumer. Will certainly be coming back here next year and every year after.

Definitely the place to stop and get a GREAT steak!! I had the ribeye. It was amazing. Thanks to Chad over at Hatfield-McCoy Moonshine Distillery for the recommendation.

Stopped in for lunch while riding the Hatfield and McCoy Trails. Husband had the Maw dogs , I had a burger and we shared a order of pork rinds. Delicious! My husband said it was the best chili dogs he had ever had. Pork rinds where so fresh and hot they where still cracking when our waitress brought them to our table. If you are out riding the trails stop in and grab a bite to eat.
