Had breakfast there on Friday, and the interior was lovely—the bookshelves filled with books create a unique atmosphere. Ordering and paying through the phone was easy and convenient. The coffee was excellent, and the pepper jam-filled omelet was delicious. The friendly staff added to the positive vibe. A fantastic spot!

Highly recommended to visit during your time in Budapest! It has a variety of food and drinks that one can't find usually in a restaurant. There are many vegetarian and vegan choices. The prices are very good and the quality of the food is equal to the great atmosphere that this place provides! 2000-3000 Ft can be enough for a person to drink and eat. Definitely coming back again!

Great place for coffee and desert. Loved the ambiance and all the books around me. My only critique is their kitchen service during breakfast time. I understand that they were short staff at the time we were there, but I expected at least to be informed that our food may take over 30 minutes to 1 hour delay. I still like this place and will definitely go there again.

One of my favorite cafes in Budapest. Anytime I am around I am happy to get in for a good coffee. In the morning opens early, so ideal place for a morning capuccino and good quality croissant. Nice ambience, quite music and good service with large selection of coffee options. They serve some food as well, I have never tried, but planning to do so at one of my next visits. Highly recommend.

I visited Kelet Kávézó and tried the Persian almond cake and a chai latte. The almond cake was fresh, with a unique flavor that I’d highly recommend. The chai latte, was good but it could use a bit more depth in flavor. Overall, it’s a cozy spot with some excellent options.

The place has class. It is frequented by cool people. Coffee prices are a bit higher than other places nearby a cappuccino 1100 instead of 750, for example. I personally think it is worth it.

We had a regular matcha tea, matcha orange, and a lemonade. All delicious. Great ambiance — so many books, very interesting and cool decorations across the café, and I loved the playlist. The second floor was a bit hot, but it was during the heatwave. Lovely place for conversation and good drinks.

Cute coffee shop where you can immerse yourself in the side of Buda. Been there more than once during my stay. Coffee is very good and so the breakfast/brunch selection. It's open until late and you can also have a light lunch or dinner.
