Horrible customer service
I reached out and talked to Sharon about wedding flowers. Sharon made an appointment with me that fit her schedule. I waited on that date and no call. I called her and she didn’t know who I was. I reminded her of our conversation and she said she was so busy with Mother’s Day that could we talk on Monday. I agreed. Monday has come and gone and no call. I don’t chase people to provide me with service and goods. Customer services means everything and this business has none.
