I really liked the peanut butter cookies that almost resembled scoops of ice cream! It had that wonderful soft texture while being fully cooked! Would recommend to try at least once. It has the most common AND the most unique flavors.

I ordered custom cookies with my logo on them (100). The website is easy at facilitating ordering, and when I had a question, I just called and received a prompt, courteous reply. I picked up my order and loved their shop! It is so bright and colorful and fun! Great service, fast and friendly. I recommend them for corporate gifts, or any kind of Austin-inspired gift as they have beautiful cookies with all the iconic murals painted on them. And they taste good!

As someone who's had cookies from the "Milk Bar" in NYC...save yourself the trip. Her cookies are just as good, and they're local.

I really wanted to give the place a perfect review. The staff was great, and the cookies are great too. The special design on the cookies turned out amazingly. However, I was a bit disappointed in the poor communication about delivering a special request. I recruited Kellie's to help deliver my resume to a company in order to make a good first impression. I told the gal helping me that I wanted the cookies to be delivered at 2:00, so they could enjoy some sweets after returning from lunch. They failed the communicate that there is a 4 hour time frame that the cookies can be delivered in. When I called at 3:00 to ask about the delivery, she said the latest they'd arrive would be 4:30. At that time on a Friday at a professional company? There's a huge chance most of the employees have left for the day. Had they mentioned this, I would've asked for the cookies to be delivered earlier in the day. The products turned out great, but I was doing my best to make a good first impression. Having your resume and sweets delivered when everyone is going home for a holiday weekend just doesn't have the same effect.

Received birthday cookies from my Mom who ordered all the way from Canada! Cookies themselves were delicious, soft and flavorful. But the amazing part was the icing and the detail in the pictures! They looked too magical to eat... but we did :)
