I placed a large order for custom pride cookies for pickup at 9 AM. There was a mixup with my headcount at the time of ordering so I was in a panic when I found out the morning of that only half the cookies I needed were ready! Kellie sprang into action and performed an actual MIRACLE to get me what I needed on time. Everything came out so beautiful and our clients were thrilled! They always do beautiful work and we’ll definitely come back any time we need custom cookies in Austin!

Wow stopped in on Valentine’s Day and met Kellie the owner and bought some cookies for my kids, I think I purchased one of each and they were all delicious cookies, including the pop tarts Not to mention, Kellie was super personable and gave me some great suggestions. We will be back for every occasion we can possibly use a cookie for, including gifts for my clients.

Kellie’s cookies are so delicious and unique tasting! You can’t find cookies that taste like hers just any where! I’m really loving her unique style and flair. I forgot how delicious they were!! I haven’t been to the shop in years and today I made my way back and as soon as I opened the door I felt like I was thrown back in time (haven’t been back in over 6 years). This really is such a lovely place and if you ever meet Kellie she’s such a wholesome person you’ll never forget her and she won’t forget you either. The funfetti has always been one of my favs, the smores one so yummy! The chocolate peanut butter was so so good and I forgot what else I had ordered that I already ate. 🫶🏻🤣😍

Kellie's exceeded all expectations. I asked for Excel spreadsheet cookies for my husband's birthday and she went above and beyond with creativity. I was blown away.

I really liked the peanut butter cookies that almost resembled scoops of ice cream! It had that wonderful soft texture while being fully cooked! Would recommend to try at least once. It has the most common AND the most unique flavors.

I've literally passed this place hundreds of times without even knowing it was here. There's not too many parking spaces out front along this busy stretch of Burnet Road. I was hoping to stop in to pick up some of these great cookies I've been hearing a lot about from other reviewers. Unfortunately, they only have fresh baked cookies between Thursday and Saturday. I showed up on a Tuesday. They do special orders during the rest of the week. Lady behind the counter was very nice, and I was able to pick up one butter valentines cookie for five dollars. However, when we had it three days later on Valentine's Day, it was hard as a rock and basically inedible. It was a waste of five dollars. If you're charging five dollars for just one cookie, it should be delicious and edible not a flavorless rock. With that said, they must be doing something right since they've been around for over 10 years.

I really enjoyed my visit to this bakery. Kellie featured Taylor Swift cookies on her Instagram. Being that my boyfriend is a huge fan of Taylor, I had to grab him one. Kellie was super friendly and helpful. The cookie was made with Taylor's chai spiced cookie recipe and it was delicious! The store was closed for retail at the time I picked up my order (they were filling corporate holiday orders) but I definitely plan on going back. The store looked super cute and I could imagine it bring extra adorable filled with beautiful cookies.

I just received a delivery of a box of cookies from Kellie's as a gift. O.M.G. Pure deliciousness! And they came with a pourable container of salted caramel and a hot fudge! The cookies were so very rich that I could only eat 1/4 at a time! There were 3 kinds of cookies in the box; snickerdoodle, Nutella and peanut butter but I believe the peanut butter may have been mislabeled because it was 100% filled with rich chocolate and I didn't taste any peanut butter. It was magnificent. I'm not much of a sweet eater but these got my attention so I know the rest of the world would love these!!!

That's crazy that so many people are unaware of the rat infestation at this facility. The size of the rats that run amuck through the entire building complex including the next door businesses. I've seen them in the food, torn holes in flour bags where the rats defecated and urinated within, the giant rat metal traps scattered throughout the area, and the size of the rats, I swear from the tip of their nose to the end of their tails (18 inches at least). The traps emptied on a daily basis. Really, really disgusting! FYI, Buyer BEWARE! Also, the owner, Kellie is an incredibly vile individual with a very nasty attitude. She hides it very well. I know first-hand what she is like. If the floods from 2015 didn't wipe them out (the rats), I promise you there are probably a gazillion rats still running around freely and eagerly nibbling away at her goods while Kellie continues to serve them to her unaware customers!

I have used Kellie's for several years to cater my events. The cookies wow my participants and the service is over the top!

Kellie's, like a proper bakery, closes a little early - but hustling to get here before they close is worth it! I think their cookies can be hit or miss - but the ones that are hits are REALLY phenomenal. If I were you, I'd skip the apple pie and peanut butter cookies - these are a little dry, in my opinion. Where Kellie's excels is in some real classics - their chocolate chip cookies are to DIE for. Forever soft, extra chocolatey, and the perfect level of saltiness. My favorite cookie here is definitely the snickerdoodle stuffed with salted caramel. The balance of salt and sweet - the decadence of the caramel paired with the simplicity of a WELL BAKED snickerdoodle - is just amazing. Close second is the cornflake chocolate chip! DEFINITELY worth a visit to get a LOT of cookies!

Was gifted a classy box of cookies from Kellie's for my bday and my oh my does Kellie know a thing or two not only about baking, but also about presentation. The box was a shade close to the iconic Tiffany's box and instead of stacking cookies on top of one another, each one gets valued real estate so instead of a shoe box, you get a long rectangular number that looks like a thing of roses. I shared most of my cookies with others, but the snickerdoodle was definitely the best snoodle I've ever had. And the bonus was not only were there two of them in the loot, there were another two masked by some edible pink sugar, so I had four to devour, and devour I did.

Tried this bakery a year or so ago to get photo shortbread cookies for a retirement party. I wasn't expecting the cookies to be great - I just really wanted the photo option. As it turns out, the cookies were tasty! If you want to really indulge, get one of their stuffed cookies. The Nutella stuffed cookie is phenomenal, as is the lemon stuffed cookie! They are really rich, so plan to share with someone or eats bits of it for a couple days. Great local business-so glad they're in my neighborhood!

You've got to like doughy cookies. So many choice. 2.50 each. Mine was cherry, pecans, and i thought chocolate chips. We were taking a picture out front. 10 min before opening but we were invited in. How nice of them. We chatted and was on our way a little happier.

If you have a serious sweet tooth, you might consider this heaven on Earth! Came here Tuesday evening to pick up a treat for a friend. Kellie's has some unique dessert mash-ups like the brookie and blue corn cookie. They also have simpler treats like snickerdoodles, chocolate chip cookies, and cookie dough. I ordered a small size of the peanut butter & Reese's cookie dough, and enjoyed it! The flavor came through and was a nice size to satisfy my craving. The women helping me was friendly and allowed me to try any of the flavors which I appreciated. All the desserts are very rich and definitely can be shared or saved for later. There's a small number of parking spaces in the front of store. The inside of the store is super cute, and seating is available indoors and outdoors. I don't have a huge sweet teeth, but would definitely come back to try more.

Kellie's has a cute-as-a-button storefront on Burnet. Yes, parking is limited, but it's worth the hassle because their chocolate chip cookie is my fave in town. Oh my stars, it is goooood! Buttery, the right ratio of chocolate chips to dough, and a hit of salt to offset the sweetness. The other cookies are also tasty, but I just can't quit the OG chocolate chip. In my opinion, skip the novelty cookie dough though. The texture is too variable from dough to dough and it is infinitely better baked.

We ordered a stuffed snickers bar cookie, a white chocolate chip cookie with sprinkles, and a small container of chocolate chip cookie dough. Everything was fine - not exceptional, but good!

We have been supporters of Kellie's since the very beginning. We love her stuff! The instagram cookies make such a great gift. You can upload your pics on their website or you can email them if need be, their customer service dept is great at helping the technically challenged (aka my mom)! They have upgraded their digs and now it's so cute inside you can't help yourself but walk in. We have used their cookies before for gifts, and even brought them all the way to Florida for my cousins wedding shower (she is in the bridal industry and everyone at the party loved them)!! Now they have a cookie dough bar and are constantly adding new creations to their menu. Follow them on social media for updates and do your self a favor and stop in--- you deserve it! Calories don't count when the dessert is this cute, right?

Probably one of the cutest bake shops in town located just up North Lamar. I had no idea a cookie dough cone was a thing, but now I'm wondering why everybody doesn't do it. It's seriously so good and they have a variety of cookie dough to choose from.

This place is my daughter favourite place in Austin. We came all the way just for the cookie dough and it is good. We also really like the store deco. Staffs are helpful and friendly. The mural in front is a must for picture.

Such a cute place that I really wanted to give 5, but here's why I didn't. The inside of the bakery is so nicely decorated with bright splashes of yellow and blue and rustic tables with handmade flowers and decorations everywhere. Amazing. However, the cookie dough was very hit or miss. I ordered the fluffer-nutter, Oreo, and birthday cake while my friends also ordered the chocolate chip and snickerdoodle. The Oreo was surprisingly dry and lack luster while the chocolate chip and snickerdoodle left much to be desired. Was it the consistency? Yes. Was it also that there were too many chips? Up to you; to me, yes. However, I want to bathe in the birthday cake cookie dough. Swim in it forever. It is amazing how much it actually tastes like licking the spoon when your family was baking pastries. Also, the cookies are so nicely designed - both the iced and printed ones! Will return, absolutely.

Best cookies ever? I especially love the salted chocolate corn-flake marshmallow one, but there's competition with the stuffed peanut butter one. Or the Snickers? And I just had the special "hot chocolate" one, which sadly did not survive long & now I am stuffed. You should definitely go unless you have an addictive personality.

We ordered Austin-themed cookies as wedding favors and they were absolutely fantastic! Kellie was wonderful to work with and turned our order around quickly to meet our timeline.

Wow. How cute. I had these cookies at an event and they were amazing. They took your photo then printed it on a cookie. You're on a cookie. It brings whole new meaning to the phrase 'Eat Me' One star deduction for taste. They weren't really great, but the novelty alone was way worth it.

My favorite cookies in town, hands down. Epicerie's chocolate chip cookie is a solid 8.5 -9. I hadn't found one that came close. Henbit gave it a fair try (6 outta 10), but missed the mark because their famous cookie is too heavy, literally. It's gimmicky, but missing something taste-wise (and why are they always burnt?). Then I tried Kellie's Baking Co. I damn near fainted, my entire order was SO good. Like, better than Epicerie good. Like best in the area, nearly Magnolia Bakery in Waco level good. The consistency, salt, chocolate to dough ratio, level of brownness, crisp vs. chew ratio --hits the mark every single time. During lockdown, I ordered to-go dough to bake at home and... it was just as good. I really hope they don't change their ratios or ingredients because we have a blue-ribbon winner right here. Honestly, Kellie's cookies may very well be the best cookies I've ever had.

There are many reasons why I'll keep coming back to this bakery. First off, the customer service is amazing. They always go out of their way to make my cookies on time. They also communicate through email and phone very well! Secondly, the Instagram cookies are the BEST gift ever! The quality is incredible and they taste awesome! Third reason, the bakery is one of the cutest in Austin. It's very Instagram worthy. The colors and decor are so chic and unique.

I love this place! I'm always searching for the perfect gift to give my friends who visit Austin. These cookies are not only gorgeous, they're delicious! They come in several different flavors - the Austin postcard is chocolate chip. I love that! Not to mention my kids were thrilled with the cookie dough served like ice cream. This isn't just a box of cookies. This was my husbands and my way getting to announce the sex of our baby to our friends and family. Words cannot express my gratitude for Kellie's! Not only was planning the whole thing super enjoyable and such a fun experience but everyone was also extremely professional in keeping my little secret! This was the first thing during my pregnancy that I got to be super excited about and Kellie's just absolutely blew me away. They brought my dreams to life! I finally stopped in the other day after over a year of passing it on my way home. Because of the limited parking and the traffic on Burnet, I never wanted to go out of my way to come in - but I've always noticed the adorable décor - and I finally got my chance this week when I left work early. I was a little skeptical. I frequent another popular Austin baking establishment and didn't really think anything could compare. I wanted to get just a few things to taste for me and my husband. Because I went during off time, they were actually in the process of baking a new batch - so there was only one chocolate chip cookie left. I got that for my husband and got one of the "stuffed cookies" that was so artfully done. This "stuffed cookie" was a chocolate chip cookie baked in the shape of a small cupcake. The exterior of the cookie was well formed, lightly crisp, and the inside was oooey gooey - just like I liked it. It was supposedly stuffed with Nutella, which I'm not a huge fan of so I was on the fence about. It was actually perfect! The Nutella was delicately placed so as to not overpower the cookie. It was topped with marshmallow fluff. I didn't even get a picture because I ate it so fast. Absolutely delicious. The stuffed cookie was about 5$ and honestly could have lasted 3 days for me because it was pretty rich. you could easily split it with someone. The treats were amazing and the cost fair. I will definitely be back to try more.

So I was all confused when I originally bought the chocolate chip cookie cupcake (I can't recall the real name). My mind was seeing a cupcake, but upon closer inspection it appears to be cookie dough shaped and baked into a muffin tin and then given a delicious marshmellow topping resembling a cupcake topping. Very cleaver, and a little mind-blowing as well. Cookie portion tasted quite doughy but the topping on point. If you love cookie dough, this will be your jam! I also got the regular chocolate chip cookie and wasn't a fan myself, so if I go back it will be for the cookie cupcake creation.

The cookies are amazingly delicious and don't get me started on the staff, they are as sweet as the cookie! Love this place!

CUTEST COOKIE/COOKIE DOUGH/ SWEETS place is Austin without a doubt! It is super cute and has so many cute walls for insta pics and not to mention the great tasting cookies. The cookie dough served like ice cream is the main, they rop off your choice of cookie dough with your choice of toppings and its amazing. Wide variety of sweets you can sample to your heart's content and the ladies are so so so sweet! I think everyone, regardless of your love for sweets, should pay kelli's a visit!!!

Probably some of the best cookies I have ever tried! The store is very well decorated and the staff was extremely friendly. They also have edible cookie dough in a ice cream display case. These were easily the most decadent and savory cookies I have tasted, and I can't wait to return. I highly recommend the snicker doodle & sugar cookies! What a treat...literally!

So this place is just precious! From the moment you walk in; it looks, smells and feels like a bakery should! The atmosphere is very sweet! (see what I did there) :) The service is extremely friendly. It was our first time and the employees were not stingy with samples. I would say some members of our party even abused the whole sampling thing a bit, but the employees kept giving them with a smile. I made sure we bought (and ate..yum!) a lot too! There is the cutest little smores bar, stuffed cookies and cookie dough ice cream! So I went because I saw the cookie dough ice cream and do not get me wrong...it was delish! But the star for me was the Nutella Marsh stuffed cookie. That was one of my to-go items and I put it in the micro for 10 seconds when I got home and errrrrmyyyygodddd....to die for. So get some to-go items to eat later in your pjs in the privacy of your home , but also make sure you have a bite there too! The atmosphere is super cute to pass up enjoying a treat there in the bakery!

This place is cute but I hated their cookie dough, I'd rather eat from the actual cookie dough you'd by at the grocery store than hers, I was excited after seeing how good her fb and ig pics looked...and it actually tasted bland which was a bummer. Her cakes and cookies looked good though.

This cookie shop is amazing!! I really think it deserves a lot more credit!! I know Austin is a bit obsessed with TIFF's Treat's and honestly I feel they are ordinary cookies next to Kellie's. Stuffed cookies?! That's not a common cookie! Everything else they have is just as delicious and the flavors are irresistible. Such a cute presentation and the shop itself is like an adorable gift box. You'll wish you knew about this place from day one!

This bakery is just exceptional. The decor is adorable, Kellie is so lovely and her cookies are out of this world. I bought her Valentines edition sugar cookies with jelly filling...they lasted two days in my house. I couldn't resist finishing the container! Not only does Kellie's make sugar cookies and chocolate chip cookies - she also makes incredible sweet treats like a Brookie (brownie and cookie combined), buckeyes, chocolate dipped pretzels, and my favorite her Instagram cookies! I stopped here for a few treats for my birthday, and as a cookie lover these cookies are way better than any birthday cake! I have always wondered about this shop, often passing by but never stopping in. After two years of living in the neighborhood, I can't believe I haven't stopped in sooner. The woman working at the counter was very pleasant and fun to chat with. There were samples of a few cookies, and we had a few samples of the cookie dough. The lemon coconut seasonal cookie is great, the Nutella stuffed chocolate cookie is phenomenal. The "one of everything" is likely going to be my new go-to treat. The cookies are creative and very well done. Really, there is no going wrong here. Enjoy!

I ordered the mini logo cookies for my law school graduation party. Kellie's was so amazing when they stayed open late for me to pick up my cookies after my graduation lasted until their close time. Great customer service and delicious cookies!

The cookies are really great..specifically the brookies. When we checked them out we tried the peanut butter cup, s'mores and the snickers. All outstanding, but the snickers was BOSS. A little price at almost $5 per brookie and they weren't that large, but cool for an occasional splurge. Cute shop and really kind and warm service. Will definitely return!

Kellies Baking Co catered my Ski Lodge themed event this week. Most successful event ever. Delicious and so creative. They will take your vision and make it real! Just set give them a call and watch the magic happen.

Kellie of Kellie's Cookies is wonderful. I was hosting my book group and wanted some cookies mentioned in the narrative. Other bakeries around the area said they hadn't heard of Swedish Dream cookies and weren't interested in making them but Kellie looked up the recipe and made them for me. This is a must go bakery if you got a sweet tooth! Their service is unmatched. Every one their employees are very friendly and greet you with so much kindness. The stuffed cookies are delicious and their Brookie is one of my favorites. Everything they have is just amazing! I don't usually hype up places but this is bakery people need to try.

Kellie's did a beautiful job with my daughter's birthday cookies. The images from Charlotte's Web looked amazing and he kids we're thrilled. Very reasonably priced as well.

I saw this bakery on the way back from lunch a few days ago and decided to stop there today. These are the best cookies. She puts just a tiny bit of salt on the top of the cookies that makes them delicious. As I said to my friend after taking the first bite...these are stupid good.

My Son and I purchased a half-dozen, shortbread coffee-dippers and a triple threat chocolate brownie, chocolate chip cookie with 'real' marshmallow and chocolate topping. The shortbreads were subtle, with a hint of ginger and ideal for the plunge into some rich coffee. Our 'triple threat' chocolate experience was also very good. The surprising palate pleaser was that neither item were 'teeth-itching' sweet. They were flavorful. Stop by and enjoy this little space on Burnet, on the SE Corner of North Loop. The smiles are pretty and prices are easy. Prosit!

I work near here and have driven by every day for quite a while, but today I stopped in. I bought some things, "for my kid" - but after tasting the Brookie (of which I only intended to eat half) and maybe a little of the chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies, I'm really having trouble not devouring all 6 cookies I bought. I have not been overly impressed with a cookie in some time, but damn. These are real, real good. Really good. So good. Cute store too, plus they have ice cream.
