Kelly's Korner truly lives up to its reputation as a top-notch spot for buffalo favorites. The cozy atmosphere makes you feel like a regular, and the classic menu written on the wall is simple yet effective. The wings were undoubtedly the highlight, and it's clear why they're consistently ranked among the best. However, the roast beef sandwich was a close second - generous portion, perfectly cooked fries, and utterly delicious. Wishful thinking as I'd love to see a second location in the south towns, it's definitely worth the drive to visit again.

We were in town for the weekend and I always hear good rings about Kelly's Korner BOW and wings. My party of 7 showed up and we found a table to sit at. Our waiter appeared and since we were first-timers informed us that there was no menu and everything was written on the wall in the other room. No problem there, we sent the youngest of our group to snap a few pictures and bring it back for us. We decided on 50 wings(bbq, garlic parmesan and medium) along with fries for the table. An order of chicken tenders was placed along with 2 beef on weck. The wings were really good. Nice crisp to then and not overly saucy. The BOW was huge and delicious. One of the best I've had in some time. Also the tenders were spot on. Needless to say nobody left hungry. I can't wait to go back next time I'm in town

Google
Typical Buffalo dive bar. The hot wings were very different from anything I've ever had. The spice really hits you after 3-4 wings. 3 small pieces of celery and no carrots is just not enough. It was a "meh" experience all around.

Feel like a local and enjoy some of the best buffalo wings you can get!

Google
For my money and experience eating wings all over Buffalo for 30 years, Kelly's is absolutely the best sauce and cook. Seats may not be comfy, bar might be uncomfortable to sit at, customers may be loud and drunk at noon on a Tuesday, but my God the wings are absolutely perfect.

Google
Great local spot. Wings were great waitress super nice. Will be back

Google
Neighborhood pub. Order wings ahead, was told would take 40min, arrived 40min later. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication with the order. The gentleman at the Bar apologized and made order which I waited for 20min. Upon receiving the order I was advised that the wings were on the house. I appreciated how they handled the situation. As for wings, very good, crispy and that homemade hot sauce is amazing! Will be back!

Google
Some of the absolute best wings I’ve ever had in Buffalo and anywhere else. Very popular place with the locals. Lucky to get here and not be busy,l without any seating available. Takeout is also an option.

Yelp
Kelly's Korner is without a doubt my number one favorite Beef on Weck in Buffalo. Perfectly seasoned roast beef cooked medium rare and sliced extra thin and piled high on a fresh kummelweck roll with just the right amount of kosher salt and caraway seeds. Also, their homemade hot sauce wings they are known for are definitely one of the top 3 best wings in Buffalo and the best hots I've had. I usually avoid hot wings in Buffalo and go for medium as hot usually means super hot and mouth numbing and it's a bit much but these are perfect and so flavorful. Kelly's Korner is a total dive bar but the food here is so amazing and the owners and employees are always kind and welcoming. Besides it makes the top 3 list in my book for Buffalo's two most famous local foods (wings and beef on weck) so it's definitely a must try Buffalo institution. The restaurant is relatively small inside and only has like 4 tables total so can definitely get kind of cramped if you visit during a busier time so be mindful of that. Once you order it usually takes awhile to receive your food (30-45 minutes usually) but be patient and I promise this phenomenal food will be worth the wait.

Yelp
My son and I visited 13 wing places in 4 days during our 2025 Wing Crawl. We hit Kelly's late Tuesday night - out last stop. Around 10:30pm as I recall. The music was blaring and you could tell it was a bar at that hour. Very loud. We got the order to go given the noise. Service was quick but you could tell this is a place for locals. We are not locals. :-) We brought the wings back to the hotel and at then there. We got hot and they were not as expected. I was picking up a Nashville Hot flavor. Not my preference. We rated all 13 places and Kelly's got a 7.0 out of 10 and tied for 10th place. They were alright just not worth a return trip in our opinion.

Yelp
Beef on Weck...nuff said! Must get the beef on Weck...holy roast beef piled high on a salted bun. I could eat these all day! Nice job! 5 stars! Medium Buffalo wings...pretty damn good too! 4 stars! Can't go wrong....definitely get the Beef on Weck!

Yelp
This pub bar restaurant is small & busy always cash only but has the best food. Chicken wings are fantastic, better than most places in Buffalo , the home of chicken wings, it has great chicken tenders, the best BEEF ON WECK, a local thin sliced beef piled high on a roll topped with caraway seeds & course salt , usually only horseradish is added. It is the best in this restaurant but be warned they sell out frequently before typical dinner time & the wait can be very long. It is worth the wait. Just really good local delicacies the famous chicken wings & fingers & sandwiches. I think everything must be fantastic in this place. It is our favorite!

Yelp
Amazing food. Came here while visiting and the wings were fresh and hot, and the beef on weck was amazing. Great atmosphere in this tiny pub and service was great. Would come again if in the area and highly recommend

Yelp
No frills just thrills here at Kelly's Korner. Its simplicity is its charm. Friendly local neighborhood bar with outstanding chicken wings and beef on weck along with a limited menu. House made hot wing sauce is the star here. Pro tip: ask for a side of their hot sauce for dipping. Service is friendly and relaxed but so worth the short wait. Give'em a try and thank me later.

Yelp
So living in Buffalo everyone knows we are serious about our wings. The locals like me know that the best aren't at the so called historic places but at the regular mom and pops shops and neighbors bars and restaurants. I've heard about Kelly's Korner for some time but never had the opportunity to try them out. But today I had sometime to kill and just went for it. Kelly Korner is definitely a neighbor bar, when I walked in everyone turned around, lol. But everyone was super friendly!!! I laughed my butt off and even got some great advice about toddlers from the bartender, lol. So i order a simple Milargros Tequila with soda water lime and a single order of wings. As you can see my drink was a tall, nice and refreshing as I waited for my wings. The wings were out in less than 20 mins and were crispy yet saucy!! Just a really solid order of wings!! I definitely wanna try a flavor another time. Now once again Kelly's Korner is a neighbor bar, another no frills spot, nothing fancy at all but food and cheap drinks are an A + in my book always !!

Yelp
We were in Buffalo for a June wedding and I decided I wanted to try to hit up as many wing spots as I could (spoiler alert, we were full after only two places in one day haha). I saw Kelly's Korner was recommended often online so we pulled up, not realizing it's definitely a local neighborhood type of institution, kind of dive bar-y vibes. We came on a rainy Saturday around 2 pm or so & stood at the entrance, unsure if we were supposed to seat ourselves haha. Eventually we took a table and ordered a set of garlic parm wings that came with fries and we asked for the house made hot sauce to be on the side. We ordered a beef on weck to split amongst the four of us and the kitchen was very kind to cut it into four pieces for us to easily eat. For reference, it seemed like most patrons at the time were mostly there for day drinking so we felt a bit out of place as tourists but the food was so good, we'd definitely go back. The garlic parm wings were super flavorful yet very crispy despite how the garlic parm oils all over the wings. It tasted great with the house made sauce! We (ok, maybe just me) were scraping down the serving plate when we were done eating. The beef on weck was pretty good but not super memorable. I still think about the garlic parm wings at Kelly's months later. Next time I'd also love to try their other wings too. The food came out pretty fast and fun fact, Kelly's Korner is named after the owner whose surname is Kelly I believe (I asked the hostess at the bar if she was Kelly, she was not haha). Definitely recommend their wings if you're in Buffalo! It's a corner store but we were able to find parking in the nearby neighborhood.

Yelp
Some of the best wings and beef on weck in Buffalo. But everyone already knows this. Great servers and cooks.
google avatar

Gloria A.

Yelp
Loved it! Got the house and the regular--10 of each, no fries, 2 pints and 2 people! We were worried it was too much food, but polished it all off nicely! Staff super friendly
google avatar

Natasha Y.

Yelp
Came here only for the food, the best buffalo wings ever, perfect cook, perfect sauce, I wanted more!!!! Wanted to try the beef on weck but they were sold out. This place is a bar and it's very small and loud so not suitable for kids.
google avatar

Greg R.

Yelp
We stop in here from time to time! This is a true dive bar, but the 'regular' patrons are friendly and welcoming! My wife and I always get a double order of wings, medium, extra crispy and split a roast beef sandwich and fries! It's way too much food but we seem to finish it every time! They have house made hot sauce that's excellent! Service is always good! If you want great food at a reasonable price in a comfortable, non pretentious environment you've found your place!
google avatar

Rhaegar T.

Yelp
Ordered 10 chicken wings and 5 chicken fingers. The fingers are huge!!! Got both in the house hot sauce which I highly recommend. Couple TVs to watch a game but not many.
google avatar

Jeremy S.

Yelp
Kelly's Korner is a tiny and entirely serviceable dive bar of the old school, featuring reasonably priced beer, shots, bar bowling, an entirely modest and constrained amount of space, locals drinking heavily, and a great deal of very cheap food. (It looked pretty good, but it's not really super friendly to my diet, which is, of course, my problem and not theirs). If you like your bars small, old, and authentic and your conversations to involve sports and other local-color themes, I'd stop on in. As demographics shift and working-class drinkers age out of the game (spoiler: the kids all vape and play video games around the house and will not replace them), these old-Buffalo-style institutions are going to become a rarity in coming decades. Get 'em while they're hot. Takes cards. Parking is on-street. Has TV's.
google avatar

Ivy Y.

Yelp
Good wings. Strong drinks. Nice people. My brother and his wife invited me out for my birthday. We had a great time. I'd definitely go again.
google avatar

Tom M.

Yelp
Kelly's Korner is a Buffalo mainstay so I guess it's not surprising the wings are the main attraction. Wings were great. We had them medium and homemade hot. The homemade hot are among the best wings I've ever had. You have to try them. We also got a beef on weck sandwich which was outstanding. Prices are reasonable and the beer was cold. The bar is lively and music is kind of loud which isn't my vibe but doesn't stop me from going back because the food is so good.

Yelp
Wings in Buffalo....you just HAVE to do it! We are on a tour of NE and we wanted to get wings from Buffalo. This place was awesome in all aspects. It was a a dive, but in the BEST of ways. I showed up to this place with my wife and 3 kids (all under 12) and I am sure we stood out like a sore thumb, but who cares! Every person that came into this bar, knew the other person and we were the only outsiders. They still treated us AMAZING! The waitress was friendly, inviting, gave us all the info that we had. We got the medium and garlic parm wings. Medium was SO fricken good, love it, only problem was that I ordered too many garlic parm. Should have just stuck with the medium. Not that they were bad, but just wanted more medium wings. Big ole tub of fries to go with it as well. The vibes in this places were great, love that it was all about friends and family. Even though we were not local, it still felt like we belonged! Go to this place!

Yelp
I took my last drink in Kelly's 45 years ago when I was still interested in drinking myself to death. Mrs Kelly was a saint. Good roast beef on weck. Loved the nights of hockey on the TV without sound and sad country music on the jukebox.
google avatar

Greg G.

Yelp
Stopped in yesterday 11/21/24 with a friend. Both of us had beef on weck. I had a Tullamore Dew and soda back. Pepsi for my friend. Been here many times usually at night but, today was lunch. Service was quick and courteous with a good crowd of people the bartender handled it fine. The sandwiches were very good as I remembered them to be. Good neighborhood place.
google avatar

Patrick J.

Yelp
Wings might have been the crispiest I've ever had. The homemade hot sauce is different, but pretty tasty. Fries were excellent. My friend got a beef on weck that looked tremendous as well Super small inside & it didn't help that it was 90+ degrees outside but real solid food
google avatar

Yelp
Best wing, best sauce! Hands down the best overall! Its a small local bar, wings were ready super fast, and we were impressed! Hubby and I think they are better than Bar-Bills, Gabriel Gate, Duffs and anchor bar!

Yelp
Researching "Kelly's Korner" in advance of our next wing outing, the top Google search results were a blog site written by Kelly Stamps from Arkansas and a three year old Yelp review of a dive bar in Kenmore, so we knew we were in for a treat. Location: 2 / 5 Kelly's Korner decided not to put the savings from neglecting their online presence over the last 25 years towards any updates to the décor (it's like a time capsule), bathrooms or on cleaning products. If the moldy basement odor wasn't enough, the palpable inconvenience of our presence on the wait staff reinforced the experience. In fairness, we made the unreasonable request of sitting down (on seats of any kind) with some type of nearby surface upon which to place and consume our food and beverage purchases. Presentation: 2.5 / 5 This is a "bonus" category. As you've seen in past reviews, many places will seek to improve the diner's experience with the way they plate the wings or prepare the bleu cheese or serve the drinks, etc. Kelly's Korner didn't feel the need to fuss with any of that and instead we got a handful of plates of wings smeared in red sauce. We get it, you want to let the wings speak for themselves... Meat: 4 / 5 Medium-sized wings that weren't too skimpy, not too large and mostly all the same size and shape. Cook: 6 / 10 The specialty wings came out nice and hot, which was a good sign, but the many were way overcooked and as dry as a dead dingo's donger (shout out to our many Aussie followers). Standard Wing: 11 / 15 The dryness aside, the sauce flavor was between okay and pretty good. The application of sauce was inconsistent with some dripping in sauce and some where we struggled to find much flavor at all. Overall just okay. Specialty Wing: 5 / 10 Parmesan was the highlight flavor but it was a downhill slide from there. We tried the Hot BBQ flavor and "passable" was the most enthusiastic adjective heard at the table. Standard BBQ was a new level of awful - somewhere in the neighborhood of plain ketchup. Overall we left quite underwhelmed and confused that this place ranked as high as it did with other reviewers. Overall Score: 30.5 / 50

Yelp
Great local spot that says they might have the best wings in Buffalo. Got the house hot and they were perfect. Tad crispy. Top wings and priced fairly. Cheap drinks too. Was a little crowded for lunch. Definitely off the beaten path.

Yelp
It was Monday, St. Patricks Day and wanted corn beef sandwiches my 2 girlfriends and I. We decided to hit Kelly`s as we all know that good food and good times are enjoyed in the neighborhood dive bars! It didn`t disappoint! The sandwiches were HUGE, tender and flavorful on GREAT rye bread. (unseeded) The Bar Maid was Kim and she was attentive, personable and quite busy working the bar and tables. Service was excellent and timely. Would definitely go back for other Buffalo staples.

Yelp
Like two of the other baffled tourists who were also at Kelly's Korner for lunch this past weekend, we could not understand what people on the Internet seemed to like about the food at this place. We went here because when you search "best wings in Buffalo" and read the countless threads and forums, Kelly's Korner comes up time and time again. Here's our honest experience. Food: - Wings (house hot) were awful. The sauce was excessively vinegary, and lacked any complexity to the flavor. Straight up Frank's Red Hot would have tasted better. The wings themselves were chewy, low grade wings. - Tenders were not made in house. We were told as much by the staff. Any place that is buying them tenders frozen from Restaurant Depot cannot be good. - Beef on Weck was like others have described. A slab of wet, raw, beef. With some salt thrown on top of a bun. We didn't finish it. That's how disgusting it was. Ambiance: - What ambiance? It's a dive bar, where you don't want to eat food after touching any surface. The bathrooms were tiny (room for one, barely), with doors that didn't close if you were larger than a small child. Don't be the morons that we were. Contrary to what seems to pop up online, Kelly's Korner is terrible for wings, and probably one of the worst meals I've had this year.

Yelp
Best Beef on Weck in Buffalo. Perfect Medium wing sauce. Amazing house-made hot wing sauce. (not Buffalo). Great fries.

Phil G.

Yelp
A unique wing like none other. Have had bar bill, nine eleven tavern, and duffs and this place tops all of them.

Yelp
From walking in until walking out, nothing but a great experience. The beef on weck was the best I have ever had!!! The fries were hot and delicious with the gravy. The horseradish cleared my sinuses and the au jus was perfect. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back!!

Matt K.

Yelp
Great neighborhood establishment. Very good wings and the service was prompt. It was very busy the day we went, and they said it would be a 45-minute wait for a wing order. No problem. They arrived in 45 minutes. Old school bowling game to keep you occupied and a great jukebox. All good.
google avatar

Amy F.

Yelp
Beef on Weck and fries amazing! My husband said the best lunch he ever had! Ambiance homey and comfortable. Service was excellent. This place just gained some new patrons!
google avatar

Joe T.

Yelp
The wings are delicious! Can't stress it enough. I'm not sure how the rest of the food is but I can vouch for the wings. We split 30 wings and got half medium half hot bbq. The hot bbq didn't really have heat it was more savory. The medium was perfect with the crisp and flavor. Can't stress enough how good the wings are. The service is friendly too. Their hours are not updated on Yelp so definitely check ahead of time.
google avatar

Yelp
The institution. The guide to which all institutions should model themselves after. Every person in the place was scripted to be there well before we entered. Kelly has a wonderful smile. She makes the world spin around. Hands down best service. Best attitudes. Best wings I've ever had. I think what it comes down to is refining to perfection an absolutely simple selection. Get right what you do have. Perfect ambiance. Makes you feel right at home. If HOME is Buffalo NY.

Yelp
Dive bar with Great Beef on Weck! If you can tuck away for a big lunch (or any time of day) do it! The menu is posted on greaseboards on the walls. Sandwiches, Soups, Daily specials. Old school bar with great food. A Buffalo Classic!
google avatar

Joe S.

Yelp
An OG BUFFALO STAPLE. Eat the Beef. Eat the wings. Have a LANATTS! It's still the same vibe as it was 40 years ago. And that's swell!!

Yelp
I met some friends here at 5:30pm last night. My one friend heard the wings were really good and they are! I ordered 30 wings. (10 mild, 10 garlic parm, and 10 hot.) The 10 hot were technically for my boyfriend but I didn't say to go because I didn't want to pay an additional amount for that. (The menus are on grease boards on the wall. Their pricing on these menus includes tax. Any to go wing orders had an additional fee.) I tried some of each of the wings. I asked for extra sauce for the hot wings because my wings didn't look like my friend's wings. Hers were very saucy and mine looked more like a dry rub. I wasn't charged any additional amount for that but my friends were charged extra when they asked for additional blue cheese. I didn't say extra crispy but I didn't have to. The wings were hot and perfect. My favorite out of the three were the garlic parm ones. They were seasoned really well and some had a lot of parm on them! My one friend ended up ordering beef on weck. It was piled high and she enjoyed it. This venue used to be cash only but they now accept credit cards. There is only street parking for this venue. It's popular, and is at the beginning of a residential street, so you may have to park far away.
google avatar

Chris M.

Yelp
Don't expect anything too fancy or to be welcomed in with open arms but the place has solid food. Their hot wings and some roast beef are a solid remedy to any hunger and the prices are beyond fair. Now, you might have to sit next to some oddball, but that's all part of the allure and they have shuffleboard bowling, so that'll help pass the time!

Bobie S.

Yelp
Yum! Great service- good food. Had wings and roast beef sandwich, both were good. Will definitely be back
google avatar

Harold C.

Yelp
One of the best wing spots in the city, known for their homemade hot sauce and beef on weck also. Dingy dive bar vibes

Yelp
Excellent Roast Beef, Wings, Chili, etc. Delicious food, well prepared and reasonably priced.... Highly recommended and highly rated!!!

Yelp
My friend and I worked in PA for the weekend and drove to NY to see the Niagara Falls. On the way back to PA, we stopped at Kelly's Korner for dinner. The plane is "hole in the wall" we were greeted by a lady, Tina, she was just freaking AMAZING. She was the only server and made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant. She sat down with us to take our order. She recommended few things to us. My friend got a pot pie soup and she LOVED it. We also got wings... got their hot wings... and let me tell you... they were the MOST DELICIOUS AND TASTY wings I ever had in my life. The sauce was so flavourful and the wings were crispy. If you are driving by like us or you are from the area, you really need to stop by and see Tina.

Lawrence F.

Yelp
No star review!!! What a joke! Remove them from the Wing Trail immediately. Ambiance? What ambiance, the place is a you know what hole. And I enjoy eating in such places. We ordered a couple of beers, 20 wings and an order of fries. We got the beers at least. We arrived Friday at 3:20. At 4:20, still no food and no response from the server. We had finished our beers and the server didn't seem interested. We inquired as to our food and informed the server that people who arrived after us were being served. She rolled her eyes and started that the cook had lots of other orders. We stated once again that others who ordered after us were being served. She mumbled something and went into the kitchen. Five minutes later we left never to return! We would never, ever recommend this establishment to anyone!!! This place is thrash!!!

Yelp
So I am not a "dive bar" type of person but by a chance encounter I heard about this sandwich called "Beef on Weck" during a bike tour of the city. It was the last day of my stay in Buffalo and this was the only still open place offering the sandwich which I read about online. It was a bit out of the city but I partially wanted my trip to Buffalo to be gastronomic so I went. At first I was fairly self conscious because Kelly's is geared towards locals then random tourists and I didn't want to out myself taking pictures. Once I got my Heineken though I eased up. The interior is fairly small but on this day it was not busy (I think it was a weekday before 5pm when I showed.) Kellys has sports playing on the tv, various skill games strung around and lots of personal photos/mementos across the bar. When I finally got my "Beef on Weck" I thought it was fairly good. It was much meatier then I thought it would be and I am glad about that. It was like a meaty french dip but in a salt roll. It paired nicely with beer. After eating I also enjoyed some of the games around the restaurant. There was this one which simulates bowling but with a hand puck! Haven't seen that type of game before and I enjoyed dominating it. I am glad I had the opportunity to try this Buffalo classic while still in the city. Kelly's was a very memorable and friendly experience which I won't forget.

Yelp
they should get 6 stars, I heard they have the best Roastbeef on wreck, so I came from Orchard park & % worth the ride during rush hour. I've been to Schwab's, Conners, & Wiechec & they should all get a 1/2 star., dry roast beef on a hard ( old) roll Kelly's Korners on Delaware Ave is the best !! Lots of beef , the kimmel wreck was fresh My New Go To Place for the Best well worth driving 20-25 miles .

Mark B.

Yelp
Ordered Beef on Weck, to go. Came without Au Jus. Makes one angry once you get back home 18 min. away. Otherwise, 4 story beef on Weck would have been Mucho Impressive. Basically, got a dry Arby's sandwich, for more money and a long drive.
google avatar

Jennifer Y.

Yelp
Good was plentiful. Wings were no better than other wing places. Staff was awful - attitudes, rudeness and arrogance.
google avatar

Kerri D.

Yelp
Best Beef on Kimmelweck in the country. This is a staple in Buffalo,NY. Kelly's Korner is a hole in the wall bar with the best damn beef on weck you could ever find.
google avatar

Adam A.

Yelp
These might be the best wings I've ever had. Their house made sauce and just the way they cook the wings is so good. I love the atmosphere and the service is great too.

Boris J.

Yelp
A great place to come for some late night drinks and food. Always a good vibe here and the prices are affordable.

Peter K.

Yelp
Came in specifically for the wings and weck on a roll- I must say both were excellent. Went to school here and I have eaten my fair share of wings over the years- these are right at the top of the list! Friendly staff and patrons! If you're looking for a fancy tablecloth restaurant to eat-this isn't the place for you. If you want great tasting large wings and roast beef, this is for you! Thanks!
