This was our best experience ever with buying a car. Sam was great! There was no pressure from him on buying any cars and he was very helpful, transparent and genuine. Salesman Jacob was great, his manager was great. The buying process was pretty easy and strait forward. I did purchase a used truck from them. I was disappointed after I bought the truck. When I came back to get the truck everything looked great on the surface. After I left I noticed there was less than a quarter tank of gas. There was gum, straw wrappers, even the paper mat the techs use for the foot rest was wadded up and shoved under the seat. There was also some sticky sauce on the back seat and in the center console. I understand it’s a used truck but I was expecting the vehicle to be cleaner and to have gas in it.

Troy was very helpful. I have driven a Cruze for many years and have loved the car. Mine was totaled a few weeks ago and as a widow on fixed income Troy was very helpful in getting me into another Cruze that I know I will love. I went in on Saturday with my family in search of a new family vehicle and with the help of Felipe we’re were able to accomplish that!! I really must say that Felipe went above and beyond for my family and I. We were there during lunch time and he kindly offered us food and that gesture was really truly appreciated; since we had three little kids and my wife is pregnant. This is a negative review towards GM more so than Ken Garff. I purchased a 2024 Cheverolet Silverado in August of 2024 and roughly one year later some slight blistering on the plastic dash has begun to appear. I assumed that with a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty it would be a very simple warranty claim and fix. Not the case, the warranty was submitted by the dealership and then denied by GM. Keep in mind this is a very simple interior cosmetic flaw. As I sit on hold with GM customer care going back and forth on such a simple issue I can’t imagine what I’d have go through if this was something much worse. As a loyal GM customer (7th Chevy or GMC truck that I’ve purchased over time) and with the engine issues that GM is currently experiencing I believe I’ve bought my last GM vehicle. I’ve removed the one star and replaced it with five and this goes towards the Ken Garff dealership and especially Ron who works in the service department. So GM still refuses to honor their “bumper to bumper warranty” at this time but the dealership has agreed to come out of pocket and make the repair themselves in order to appease the customer. I didn’t expect that from them but it shows they want to go above and beyond for their customers even when the manufacturer won’t. I can assure you I will purchase my next truck from Ken Garff but as a former loyal GM owner it will be from across the street at the Ken Garff Ford dealership.

I had been searching for a truck for a very long time. I was looking for something specific and could not find it. One dealership told me that if they found a unicorn they would call me back. I went to Ken Garff and had the pleasure of spending the day with Troy. We spent all day in the heat trying to find a unicorn and boy did he deliver.! He found me exactly what I was looking for and more. He is very personable, knowledgeable and very patient. before I left, he explained to me how to navigate and work all the features in the truck, which was a huge help. I have had many compliments on the truck, and I tell every one what a great experience I had. Thank you so much! I LOVE my truck and will be back soon to buy another one for my son.
