Everyone was really welcoming and friendly. I worked with Kenzie and would 10/10 recommend her to everyone! She was awesome and so helpful, she ran around and found different trucks for me to drive and helped me get the best deal possible. I felt very informed and they were very transparent with everything. Will absolutely be going back for vehicle purchases in the future!

Google
I'm updating my review: I bought a brand new truck from here. I drove it off the lot and went about holiday activities. After I got it washed for the first time (touchless), I noticed three hazy spots that were clearly cut trying to fix some paint issues out of the factory. I didn't notice because of the dirt and the light has to hit it just right. I brought it in and they refused to fix the bad paint job because I had 'driven too many miles'. They told me it was residue. It's not. I am adding a star from 2 to 3 because they adjusted the steering column and charged Chevrolet for it.

Brady Thomas was such a down to earth guy that really listened to what I was looking for to buy! He got me in a sexy truck that looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier with the way he took care of my wife and I through the process! Gave me top dollar on my trade as well! Thank you Best Deal Brady for hooking us up!

Osa A.

Google
This was our best experience ever with buying a car. Sam was great! There was no pressure from him on buying any cars and he was very helpful, transparent and genuine. Sam and Caden made the whole process run by smoothly and we walked away happy and stress free. If you are looking to buy a car here I highly recommend Sam!

Paul B.

Google
It was low stress and the process was fast considering how many people were buying cars. The sales guy and finance manager went above and beyond to find and get me every possible discount and incentive that were available. They were accommodating, friendly and made the entire process smooth. I had a trade in and they made it possible to walk away without negative equity due to fair pricing, fair trade, and all the incentives and discounts available. I highly recommend Ken Garff Chevrolet in American Fork.

Google
We were so excited to get this cute little truck from Ken Garff! We had a whole team that helped us out with this new purchase. Thank you to them all, Bradyrian, Mackenzie, and Alex!

Google
Troy was very helpful. I have driven a Cruze for many years and have loved the car. Mine was totaled a few weeks ago and as a widow on fixed income Troy was very helpful in getting me into another Cruze that I know I will love. Ken Garff has been great for many members of our family. We love coming here!! Troy is the best!!

Nichole S.

Google
I recently totaled my car and was honestly stressed about finding something reliable fast. My mom said, you need to call Jared because my parents have trusted him for YEARS! He immediately went to work finding me what I was looking for. He gave me advice on dealing with my insurance while he found me exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t even need to shop around. The entire process was smooth and quick. I was in and out, keys in hand, in about two hours. Jared has amazing communication skills, keeps you informed the whole way, and never tries to push you into something you can’t afford. If you want someone honest, efficient, and genuinely looking out for you, ask for Jared. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I cannot thank this place enough for going above and beyond with my car deal. I am from Nevada, first time purchasing a vehicle out of state and this place made me feel like family. Alex in sales was quick to respond to my inquiry and Josh in finance answered all my questions and made me at ease with my hesitation to drive 6 hours to trade in my Tahoe. Well done Ken Garff Chevy! Yelp
After getting our car back from being "fixed" at their service center, our car is now leaking fluids. Please do not go here you guys. I'm so saddened and disappointed. Thankful for customer service getting back but after attempting to reach who customer service said to, I never heard back. Not surprised.

Steve W.

Yelp
I bought a vehicle in January. They backdated the paperwork to December so they could count the sale in the previous year. I caught them. They told me they fixed it for me. They lied. My DMV renewal showed up in December the next year. These guys are scum!

Yelp
Helped my son purchase a van for his growing family. Got there to Drive it and they said it hadn't gone through the shop but we could drive it. We drove it and we told them some of the issues that needed to be fixed. They had my son and his wife sign a we promise/They promise form in which the salesman wrote on there that they would fix everything that was wrong. We agreed on a price and they would put it in the shop and the tech would go through it and make suggestions on what needed to be done. They called us Monday and said they would fix some of the issues and not all. I asked my son to email me a copy of the paperwork( I live in a different state) They did a bait and switch and no longer had the original We/promise-They Promise form. The salesman did not tell us everything the tech suggested to fix until I had paid them. So now my son has a van that has a ticking sound in the motor (the tech suggested a timing belt change) found out after the fact. The DVD/Blue ray player does not work and they refused to fix it. Paid on the high end of blue book value and they were very dishonest and did not fulfill the original agreement from the salesman in good faith. I feel like I've been gut punched because these kids don't need a multi thousand dollar repair bill and they have only had this van for less than a week. I live in a different state and trusted the dealership to be fair and honest. Based on my experience I would tell anyone looking to buy from this dealership to be very careful because they are dishonest and do not conduct business in good faith. Salesman was Jacob and the Sales Manager was Zach. I wish I would of read their reviews before I stepped foot in their door. Don't make the same expensive mistake I made run like hell !!!!!

Scott C.

Yelp
I purchased a tire from Ken Garff and six weeks later got a nail in it. They said it couldn't be fixed and to order a new one. I was shocked to learn the dealership wouldn't warranty their tires and I left three messages to two different managers and didn't receive a call back. The service guys were helpful but it was the management above them that didn't return calls.

Clay B.

Yelp
Red flag number one was they could not quote me a cash price on a Ranger, then they called my phone everyday incessantly like a desperate girlfriend for a month.... Would never do business here

Yelp
Service dept. why make an appt. If you show up and they say it will be a wile. I waited 2 hours to get the code read for the service engine light. I have been going there since 2016 this is my last time. I left this time so mad I wanted to scream! Needless to say I will not be getting the work done there, I will take it anywhere but there and will forgo my advantage care to not have to go back.

Randy A.

Yelp
Wow, bought a used veh. Immediately in the shop had an apt a week in advance now in my 3 rd hour waiting, more people waiting than buying vehicles? Sad that such delays occur. Offered a ride but i live an hour away should have offered a loaner until my vehicle is fixed oh and this is the second repair for the same engine light? I am reconsidering big time

Yelp
I had a complete transmission failure on my 2018 Chevy Silverado. I had it towed to Ken Garff because they had helped me successfully and efficiently on earlier service calls including an earlier tow with a bad starter. The service writer recognized me from my earlier visits and remembered my truck. We reviewed the earlier service invoices and then he informed me that I needed a transmission rebuild or replacement. He advised me with extensive repair costs He took me directly to the front desk and Troy the salesman greeted me. With Troy's help and effort we found a very nice 2021 GMC Sierra. The negotiations we no pressure and they took my truck in trade at near the blue book even with the transmission problem. They detailed my new truck and I was out the door at a great price within the hour. Ken Garff and Troy get five stars. Great experience. Thank you

Virgil R.

Yelp
I recently bought a used 2020 Chevy Silverado 3500hd from this dealership. The negotiation was made via phone and email. We went over numbers and they asked where this vehicle will be registered (NM) with TT&L included agreed on the price. My wife and I flew out to Utah drove the truck 250 miles and started giving me transmission issues despite going through their top tier inspection. We had it towed to Albuquerque Chevy dealership. We called the salesman and he said they will take care of the expenses, room for the night, and fuel for a ride back to Albuquerque. They haven't reimbursed us and they aren't answering any of our calls. We finally got the vehicle back after 3 months sitting at he the dealership, they never sent check for the registration so we called the finance department and they said they would send the check over night which took 4 day and it was made for the fees in Utah which are cheaper then New Mexico. We have tried calling them and they will not answer or return calls so long story short we have to fork out more money to get my title and they are a shady dealership. This is our first time buying a vehicle out of state and will be my last.

Amanda R.

Yelp
If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased a 2020 Chevy Silverado 3500HD CASH. We did all the negotiations over the phone, agreed on a selling price which included TT&L for NM. They specifically asked which state we will be registering the vehicle in. We put our down payment with a card and we booked our flights out to UT. We got there and everything was going great. We handed them our cashiers check and they said everything was good to go. I asked them if the truck came with a second key fob and they said no we would have to purchase one. All vehicles come with 2 fobs from the factory. They also said they did a full top Chevy inspection and all fluids topped off. We drove 250 miles and started having transmission issues. We had to get a hotel room as we couldn't drive it. They told us that GM would have it towed to the nearest Chevy dealership which was Cortez, Co. So we had it towed there in the morning. The dealership said they couldn't even look at it for 2 weeks. I had to call family to come pick us up as we were stranded in Co. This was a Friday. We got home and decided that we wanted the vehicle in Alb. NM were we can keep an eye on it. I called the dealership on Monday morning letting them know we wanted the vehicle back in ABQ. They told me I would have to pay out of pocket and they would not cover the tow bill. We had it towed down to ABQ and to a Chevy dealer in town. I submitted all my receipts from the hotel, tow and gas that occurred. They said they are not going to reimburse me as they promised. We wait 3 months to get the truck back and finally get to register it. I go down to the MVD and they said I owe for the TT&L. I call the finance manager and he said sorry we will overnight the check. We got the overnight package and all that was in there was a new temp plate. I emailed them and they said oh sorry we will send it out again. 4 days later, we get the check. The check was $1000 short. They said they will not cover the difference as they only do UT tax. Now am out over $2000 in unexpected charges. This has been the worst experience I have had with a dealership. I have emailed numerous times and still haven't heard back on how they're gonna resolve the issue.

Yelp
Test drove a used car and saw a work order of things they were going to fix. Left the car there for days after purchase so they would be fixed. Even saw a write work order. Turns out they didn't fix anything and denied they had the work order. Run from this place. They will promise everything and make motions like they do. But won't do them and won't back up what they say

C J.

Yelp
I purchased my used 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 HD from Ken Garff Chevrolet in May of 2024. In the beginning the service was pretty good. They had the vehicle I wanted and I had a good interaction with my salesperson. I live in Arizona but wasn't able to fine exactly what I was looking for so I opened my search to other states and found what I wanted at Ken Garff's in America Fork, UT. I talked with my salesperson Troy over the span of a couple of days and was able to essentially complete the transaction over the phone right down to verifying my trade and securing my financing. I drove to American Fork to deliver my trade, my downpayment and pick up my vehicle. This was where the issues started. When I first arrived I spoke the woman at the front desk. She didn't seem to know who I was looking for and told me to try the Ken Garff GMC Dealership up the street. So I drove to the GMC Dealership (not a Ken Garff Dealership by the way) and they advised they were not affiliated with KG nor did they know what I was talking about. I went back to KG Chevrolet and spoke to the same woman, I ask if she would find my salesperson Troy. She seemed a little irritated with my request but she got up and brought Troy out, turned out I was in the right place. We looked at the truck and found a few scratches and dings that were not included in the walkaround video Troy had sent. Not a deal breaker as I knew it was a used vehicle but would have been nice to know. The salesperson seemed surprised when I asked if we could take a test drive, but we took her out. Everything ran as it should though the gas was under 1/4 tank and the DEF light was flashing empty. Troy offered to fill the DEF tank, if he his service center was still open. He did fill the DEF, though the fuel gauge was still low, again no big deal. We went inside to finish the deal and Troy went to give my $25,000 cashier's check to the finance manager who was sitting in his glass office with is feet up talking to what I assume were friends/employees. Troy came back and told me the finance manager was "busy" and could not come out but would take care of my check. He gave me the keys to the truck and told me it had been filled with DEF and pulled up so I could move my stuff over. When I got to my new truck I could see the DEF had been spilled down the side and was beginning to crystalize and hadn't been cleaned. I moved my things to the new truck (had quite a bit since I had to drive from AZ) and had not offer of assistance, again, fine. I left the dealership, filled the fuel tank and proceeded to my hotel. About 45 minutes later I got a call from Troy letting me know he forgot to put my temp tag on and could I come back. Luckily, I had a hotel for the night, so I was close. I came back and Troy had left for the day. He left the tag at the front desk with the nice lady who I spoke to earlier. She stated she had to find someone to put the tag on because Troy had left. She was able to find someone, and they put the tag on. The service was unfortunate but not my biggest complaint. My biggest complaint is that I was SUPPOSED to get a warranty that KG offers with all of their Certified Per-Owned vehicles. I was not told about the warranty until I got a letter in the mail in June referencing it. The letter literally says "our records show you may not have gotten a copy". The warranty was 90 days 3,000 miles, so by the time they sent the letter I had exceeded the miles (bought the truck specifically for a family trip to Glacier and Yellowstone National Park (3,600 mi round trip) and only would have had about 45 days left on the warranty. Not a huge deal because I didn't need anything and wouldn't have gone back to them if I had. All and all the price and finding what I wanted made the trip worth it, that said I won't be buying from a Ken Garff dealership in the future thanks to subpar service and shady "oops I forgot" practices.

Kyle H.

Yelp
Jacob Kader was awesome. He's not over pushy and very easy to talk too. We were able to purchase a new car and do a trade in very fast. 10/10 would recommend.

Yelp
Worst dealership ever after they sell you the car, try and get in touch with anyone besides the incompetent receptionist is impossible, Wendy in accounting can do title work, Winston the gm is nowhere to be found

Christian H.

Yelp
Horrible experience both times I (stupidly) went to them for my car troubles. Apparently I don't learn my lesson the first time around. Their techs have no idea what they're doing. They couldn't figure out why my check engine light was on. I had to go back three times every time it popped up. Eventually I gave up. They somehow managed to actually do the oil change so I said oh well and went on my way. The second time 6 months later, the check engine light was still on, and I couldn't pass emissions with it on. So I made an appointment online for early that morning, specifically stating I needed an oil change and my emissions done. I got there and was told to hand over the keys, and they'd get to me when they could, probably sometime that afternoon. (So what was the point of the freaking appointment?) I had to reschedule my whole day because they don't know how to manage a garage. Whatever. I dealt with that. I told them to take another look at the check engine light and they decided to charge me a $200 diagnostic fee to look at it again. All because they couldn't figure it out the first time 6 months ago. They eventually found something wrong with the solenoids and the radiator, (or so they say) and told me the solenoids were the reason why the engine light was on. So I had them fix that, which they charged me an astounding $550 for. 2/3 of that cost was just labor. Again, my fault for getting duped but I was desperate and in an hurry. I'll eat that loss. I told them to hold off on the radiator leak because they wanted to charge me almost $2k for that. (NEVER GO TO A DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIRS) But these guys are scummy. They will find anything and everything possible to charge you for. Don't be dumb like me. Oh yeah and they didn't even do the emissions. Which was the whole point I was there in the first place. Incredible. Don't give these frauds your money.

Shae S.

Yelp
Their online scheduling is ridiculous. You can make an appointment for the morning but you'll lose your car until that afternoon because there's no technician until then. We had to reschedule our entire day just because of this design flaw. We went in for emissions as listed on the reason for the appointment and they didn't even do that while they had the car. Also 350$ labor costs when the parts were 130$ total? Absolutely ridiculous and total rip off. Don't go here they will just squeeze every cent they can from you

Yelp
This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had. Truly sketchy used car salesmen. The vehicle I purchased is hard to come by used, I found one at Ken Barff and ended up driving 12+ hours to pick it up. Super undervalued my trade in at first and ran my credit at the nation's WORST banks. My credit union finally just said finance through them and bring it straight to us so that we can take over financing because the dealership was too much and too hard to work with. After finally figuring something out and driving over 12 hours to get the vehicle, the sales man Roy talked on his phone the whole time I was trying to drive the vehicle about some sort of investment property. I liked the truck but I just wanted out, I noticed there was only 1/4 tank of diesel in the vehicle an 40% DEF, I asked if they were going to fill it up and they said they "do not do that." I had to remind them to take my money for a down payment and asked, "is there anything else you need," multiple times and they said no. I start on my 12 hour trip back home and got a call because they could not figure out a DMV location in my state so I had to go back. (Thankfully I had to fill the pickup up I didn't get too far down the road.) Icing on top of the cake is that they took so long to pay the balance of my trade in to my credit union that I was informed today that the pay off was no longer the same. My CU asked if I wanted to just pay it, I said yes, and they told me to take it up with Ken Barff but in all honestly this dealership is just too much. I would want nothing else to do with them. UPDATE: They also charged me way more taxes than they should have. Do not give these people your business.

Samuel W.

Yelp
They sold me a 2018 Subaru WRX with only 38000 miles. I picked it up and the check engine light came on the next day(with less than 2 hours of me driving it). Anyway, Alex is helping me out and assured me that I'm gonna be taken care of so that both parties are happy. Looking forward to changing this to 5 stars the second everything is all good. Will provide a detailed explanation of how they handled this situation in the update.

Jodi K.

Yelp
The absolute best dealership out there! Our salesman, Kevynn, was upfront, honest, knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and worked late into the evening, as did sales manager Alex and amazing Mike in finance, to get my deal done! I wasn't pushed into a payment I couldn't afford, in fact, they actually came in UNDER my budgeted payment amount!! I couldn't be happier with my experience or my vehicle! DEFINITELY recommend these folks if you're in the marker for a vehicle!! They will listen and take care of you!!

Jason B.

Yelp
Stopped into Ken Graff Chevrolet after getting the runaround at another dealership...was immediately shown multiple options and was pleasantly surprised at their pricing (compared to the other dealership I had gone to). Within an hour our paperwork was completed, we came back an picked up the new truck just a couple hours later. We buy several vehicles per year for business purposes and are used to the car salesman game...we didn't find that here. Instead, we found easy to deal with professionals who valued our time. Highly recommend!

Jake S.

Yelp
I took my 2014 truck to them with electrical problems. I told them I had put in a new battery, alternator, and checked the leads to and from the batter and alternator as well as the fuses. i told them I needed them to check the computer for the battery charging system because it wouldn't work and that was the last place that I couldn't test myself. I then received a text saying that they checked the leads again and that it was a bad alternator. I had already told them that it was a brand new one that I installed and had the same problems so I took it out and had it tested and it was not bad. I tried to explain that to them multiple times and they would not listen and actually check what I told them to check. they then quoted me for a $1200 brand new alternator! I told them I was going to tame my truck elsewhere since they wouldn't do what I told them to do. they then charged me $200 for a "diagnosis fee" after doing exactly what I told them not to do! overall extremely frusterated and won't be going back for anything!

Yelp
Great place to get your oil changed. I purchased a 3 pack of oil changes there and actually saved money. The service manager, Matt, is fantastic. He knows his stuff and he doesn't upsell or rip you off. The lobby is comfortable and offers drinks and popcorn. There's no need to get super comfortable because my oil change was done super quickly. And getting it done at the dealership made me more comfortable that they weren't going to skimp or skip steps.

Erin S.

Yelp
Horrible sales experience. The salesman treated me terribly. He definitely made me feel like I was not wanted as a customer, even left me to go help a MAN while in the middle of my sales deal. He treated me as if I was inferior and stupid. Example, telling me he would do me a "favor" and have the brand new car I was purchasing "Washed and Gassed". Apparently in this day and age a woman shouldn't be buying a car on her own. Very unacceptable. The finance manager was great though. If they didn't have the exact car I wanted, I would have walked. I drove 6 hours to get this car. Very disappointing.
google avatar

Parker G.

Yelp
I roamed the show floor for over 45 minutes and was never asked if I needed help or had any questions. I'll take my business elsewhere.
google avatar

Rena S.

Yelp
I would strongly dissuade anyone from considering this dealership for an out of state purchase (or any kind for that matter). The car was far from the condition described to me. Cracks in the windshield, shot tires, and incredibly dirty despite being told it was detailed. Their response to my surprise in the dog hair all over the headliner, dirt, and splatter over the interior- "To be honest, all we have for a detailer is an 18 year old kid, so this is as good as it gets". This is the level of customer and professional service they offer.

Dallas Jones J.

Yelp
I bought a used Tahoe last year with lower miles. Had a great and easy experience. 1 year later the transmission has issues. Feeling very defeated and frustrated to have bought a bad car from a reputable dealership.

Lara T.

Yelp
UNHAPPY CUSTOMER - Bought a used FJ Cruiser on May 26th from Jillian, (very sweet girl), however she pretty much LIED to me, after I asked if I have a window of time to take car to mechanic after purchase. My family member and I heard her clearly say, "YES a 7 Day Window". Now hit with repairs needed and Jillian and her managers denying this statement occurred. No compensation or responsibility taken. FEELING SCAMMED.

Steven H.

Yelp
These guys are very very pushy-- which is typical of a dealership-- to the point that they literally ignored and disregarded everything I said. They also gave me the worst offer ever for my trade in... $200. I went elsewhere and got $2,000. I think the worst part tho, was that when I almost got a car they ran my credit 6 times!!! The people were kind and personable but I would never go there again for the reasons above.

Yelp
The folks at Ken Graff made my first car buying experience fun, simple, and I appreciated the transparency throughout. I can not recommend Michael Ellsworth and his team more. Now, I did my homework and worked with other dealers. Although, no one was more personalized and customer-oriented than Ken Graff. For instance, I was there late past closing time and was provided an Uber back home. Mike even sent me a video as were communicating via text about what options were available. From the front desk to Finance Manager, I would recommend Brian, truly was everything I could of asked for in customer service! If working Jeremy, another Finance Manager, just know he is quick and straight to the point, but will ensure you are getting a great deal.

Yelp
I have been waiting to do this review for a while, I hoped the issues we had would've been fixed so I could leave a positive review. However that was not the case. My husband and I traded in a vehicle and purchased two new used vehicles in mid July. Our salesman was Darrin. Not even a day after taking the vehicles home we noticed one vehicle was making a grinding noise when we turned. I called Darrin about the issue and we did get the vehicle in to get that fixed. Although we were originally told about how excessive and throughly they supposedly check each used vehicle before selling it. We had to drive it back to American fork which is an hour from where we live to get that issue fixed. We thought that would be the end of it , but it was not. Before we took the vehicles home both vehicles where filled with gas , so we didn't have the need to put gas into the vehicles for a while. The first time I went to put gas into the same vehicle we had issues with the first time , we realized there was an issue with the gas tank. When we got gas and turned the car on it stalled and had trouble starting up , shaking the vehicle vigorously. And lastly, we were promised car mats for this vehicle as part of our sales deal , it is now October and have not received those car mats. Our wonderful salesman Darrin has a hard time replying to emails and answering calls dealing with this matter.

Yelp
Jakob was very friendly and easy to chat with. He made our experience very easy and happy. We love our expedition. Thank you Jakob for a great experience! We will recommend and be back

Yelp
I service my Tundra here religiously. The advantage care is more than a value, in my case, KG looses money on me everytime I come in and yet, they still invite me back, have fresh fruit, drinks, hot chocolate and one of the nicest most well equipped waiting rooms of any dealership I have ever been in. I've never had a bad experience at KG Chevrolet. They've never tried to sell me something I don't need, they are always honest about times and have out performed my expectations each time. Its rare that I find a business so appealing overall. Kudos KG Chev.

Jon H.

Yelp
Started rough cause tech called in sick, and I couldn't leave the car all day for them to look at it later. Only complaint would be a phone call would have been nice letting me know my expected timeline would have changed. People get sick, no issues there. Came back two days later to have it looked at again. I love the video that they send you of your car and things they find. They know what to look for, and I appreciate the heads up on potential problems or other things they are finding. No pressure to fix some of the other potential issues they found, seems like there are always potential issues. I've had bad experiences with other dealerships in the past, and was hesitant bringing my suburban here. Prices seem in line with other places, and will be bringing my car back here in the future if I can't fix the problem myself.

Yelp
What an AMAZING car buying experience. My husband and I flew in from Ca to purchase a 2019 Chevy Corvette Grand Sport and I worked with Troy the day before to get the numbers all squared away. Typically this takes me multiple days and a lot of back and forth but Troy made it SO easy! When we landed Troy picked us up from the airport and took us to the dealership and had basically everything ready to go and it was exactly what we agreed to. We were in and out of the dealership within an hour! I seriously can't express how thankful and impressed I am of Ken Garff and their staff! Thank you all so much, my husband is in love with his new Vette!

Yelp
Excellent service! Patrick was amiable, easy to work with, and has an infectious enthusiasm that made purchasing more fun than expected. Highly recommend!

Yelp
This review is long overdue but in my opinion it's better late than never. The one and only reason I can give this place a five star is because of Joshua Dean! He's the most honest and hardworking car sales man there! He goes above and beyond his job description and will do anything to help you get the car you need! All you have to do is tell him what you're looking for and he'll go to work to find you the best deal and a vehicle that won't break your bank! Honestly, if it weren't for Joshua, my husband and I wouldn't car shop here. This dealership needs more people like him!

Yelp
Best customer service if you really want to be heard and leave happy this is the place to go .. Willis also known as Bill is the salesman to talk to he's great and he wasn't your typical salesman he was listening and didn't push a higher payment or more expensive car on us he waited til he found exactly what we asked for price wise and payment and every single amenity we asked for .. I love these guys they have such a great team I promise you won't walk away unhappy they really do hear you

Yelp
Bought a used car over the phone. I was in CA and found the car I was looking for at their dealership. They were great in the negotiation process and worked with me to get the price that I wanted. I flew up to finalize the purchase and they picked me up at the airport and brought me to the dealership. The paperwork was ready, the car looked great. There were no 'speed bumps', no hidden BS, just a simple transaction. The staff was great, especially the finance guy (sorry I forgot your name as I write this), he got all the interstate DMV paperwork squared away, so when I went to the CA DMV, it was seamless. Thanks for being a great experience.

Yelp
Terrible service, avoid at all costs. I know that dealers cost more, but we were willing to pay more for someone more competent than Tunex. After taking out Trailblazer in for a problem and paying $3,800 for a laundry list of repairs we were told would fix everything, we brought the car home and the original problem was still there and even worse than before. I've been trying for a week and a half to get them to look at the car again, but they lie, make excuses, won't return calls, you name it. So now I wonder if they even did the work they charged us for, or if they performed services that weren't needed. They are either extremely dishonest or incompetent. Either way, stay away.

Yelp
If I could give them no stars I would. So I left a review like 2 weeks ago and after that they emailed me and said they would take care of my car but did they ever do that no. That haven't setup Appointment or anything and they don't return my calls or emails. I will never buy from them again and if you are reading this then I wouldn't also. Go to a different dealership.

Yelp
Absolute worst mechanical service experience I've ever had. I'm in the process of taking legal action against Ken Garff Chevrolet for their mechanical service failures. And to add icing to the cake, I just reviewed my service ticket from today and found that the service department indicated that I declined to service critical elements of the engine when in fact they never even told me that the service was needed. I will never go back here again.

Yelp
Never, I repeat NEVER take your vehicle to the service department at Ken Garff Chevy in AF. Absolutely horrible customer service and they will damage your vehicle. We recently took our car to get serviced, which resulted in damage in excess of $3600. When questioned how this could happen, they chose to deny they had any part to play. NO ONE had touched our car, except for them. We had taken our vehicle to them at least 4 times within a 2 month period. And the last the last time, our car had to be towed. These guys are absolutely the worst.

Yelp
,Matt is a disgrace to the GM customer experience reputation he eclipsed and decayed the most essential principle wish is customer experience :( worst service advisor ever !!! I observed during wait time a young lady being taken care off by another extremely attentive service advisor that mentioned a coupon and discounts and alternatives to save the young lady money WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER ASKING FOR !!!! she left extremely happy I was expecting nothing less from Matt well there is over and under qualified My luck that day was to take worst under qualified (MATT) I was very detailed explained to (MATT) that I will take my family on a 10 hour trip I asked (MATT)to fill fluids coolant and water. And add air to the tires WHEN THE CAR WAS READY HE SLAPPED ME WITH AN OUTRAGEOUS BILL just to tell me that everything is fine I told him that my previous advisor went beyond to the mile with attentive caring friendly assistance to look for the most comprehensive options previous adviser said GREAT NEWS you are under warranty !!! I was able to eliminate the charges thanks to the certified warranty !!! ( WHEN I ASKD MATT TO HAVE A MANAGER INVOLVED HE DISRESPECTED ME BY SAYING " THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED YOU CAR ". HE NEEDS TO GET PAID " ) that behavior and verbiage is unacceptable and it is on camera all customers should be treated with the exact level of Care and professionalism I will escalate this to head quarters and will request to be reimbursed my money back advisor was stiff closed minded with lack of interest did not listen to my needs disrespected me didn't care about providing options didn't offer alternatives didn't care about looking for savings rush me out the dealer overcharged me didn't add any fluids even though I told Gian that I had just came from 700 miles and will travel another 700 miles I will ESCALATE THIS to head quarters that is why there are lawsuits I need a director or high above executive to reach out to me and make this right.

Yelp
It's always a great experience. I priced many tires at many shops. Ken Garf beat it and on top of that , provided their always excellent customer service.

Yelp
I took the truck I purchased from them in because it would pop out of gear when pulling a trailer. It took them a full month to deal with the problem, during which time I was without a truck. About halfway through the ordeal I called and asked if they had any idea of a completion date, They said it was to difficult for them to figure out they were waiting for advice from GM. When I explained it was a huge burden to not have a truck they offered to give me the phone number of a rental agency. Ultimately they determined the transmission problem to be a short in the battery cable costing $650 and conveniently not covered by the warranty. I don't trust the fix but I am sure in a few thousand miles when the warranty is expired they will be able to find the real problem,,, oh wait I will never go in there again, I guess I will need to have it dealt with elsewhere.

Yelp
Ken Garff Chevrolet was awesome. I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ and it is a great vehicle. I would definately recommend Ken Garff Chevrolet. It was nice to not have to play games and to have a knowledgeable salesperson.

Yelp
My husband and I got a 2016 Hyundai Elantra from here in May. We had a great experience and the employees were very friendly and helpful. Troy Maag was the one who assisted us with our purchase and he was very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him to help you purchase your new car!

Yelp
In 2009, we bought a Malibu. We drove it, took many family trips and really enjoyed the vehicle.I felt that it was time to trade the Malibu in and get another vehicle. We went back to the same dealership and the staff was very friendly and courteous. They let us test drive several cars and answered all of our questions. When it cam time to make a deal they put together one was very generous.(we bought the 2014 Impala) I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
