ABSOLUTELY AWFUL COSTUMER SERVICE. I purchased a pair of demi fine gold hoops and they rusted and tarnished within months. I then went back to receive a replacement pair of earrings for no additional cost. The replacement pair ended up rusting just a few months later. I spent almost $100 on this pair of earrings and purchased from the demi fine collection thinking they would last me a lifetime according to that hefty price tag. I went to the flagship store today to see what they could do about this situation and all that was offered was a 15% discount. With that discount bringing the total (without taxes) to around $85. Absolutely ridiculous. These pieces of jewelry are crappy, not worth the price, unreliable and the staff was even worse. Only offering a one time replacement for pieces that have the exact same problem is just plain stupid. Fix the jewelry, get kinder staff, and better service and MAYBE I will think about stepping foot in that store again. otherwise Kendra Scott will never be seeing my card again. I used to be a big fan of the jewelry but now i will never be back. Do better Kendra Scott.

WHAT. AN. EXPERIENCE!! We are visiting and my daughter had to visit the Flagship store and the service was so great. We did the Color Bar to customize a bracelet and it was such a fun time. The location is also very clean!

I ordered a necklace for my wife for our first wedding anniversary. They sent me the wrong necklace which we didn't discover until she opened it on our anniversary. The customer service agent was nice and put a rush order on sending us the correct necklace but, now I have to take time out of my day to ship back the incorrect necklace using my own printer paper and ink for the return label and I have to buy a box to ship it back in. I wasn't offered any sort of partial refund for their error. I don't think we'll be ordering anything from Kendra Scott in the future.

I am a frequent customer and have been for years. I was shopping around in the S Congress area and my daughter and her friend decided to walk to Kendra Scott to meet me there. As they walked in they were greeted by an employee and shortly after - they started being followed by another store employee the whole time making them uncomfortable until the store clerk finally asked them if they were stealing without having any reason to assume this. Mind you - my daughter asked to try on a ring and browsed around. We have done this many times before where she gets ahead to browse around and pick out items that she likes and I join in and I gather more for myself and we check out without a problem. We have done this at others stores as well. Never has it been a problem. I understand store clerks have to be vigilant but if you are not following everyone else and they are not hiding or giving you a motive I find the approach from this employee really inappropriate, and quite honestly targeting. Once she approached the girls (16/17) my daughter told her she has no reason to steal and walked out feeling really uncomfortable and targeted. I find this experience at Kendra Scott very disappointing with this employee. I usually do not leave reviews even if I had a bad experience but as a parent the mother bear will come out and I would not want other families to have the same experience. I certainly will not be making anymore purchases at any Kendra Scott. I will definitely communicate this with all my family and friends to avoid this place.

Summer and the team were amazing. We were here shopping w family from out of town and they did amazing at helping us find the right tones, sizes, and pieces. Store employees like this is why I still shop physical stores.

The team was so kind and welcoming! I had never shopped KS before and I was nervous about sizing. Everyone was so nice and patient as a tried on different rings sizes (over and over again, haha). Thank you for your patience and kindness, flagship team!

This place has the classiest looking little coffee shop, with 2 comfortable Seats inside, and a lot of seating outside, which like a patio setting, with a roof overhanging, and a fan blowing. The staff are always so nice too. I really love their deserts, and I really live their Iced Chai (Green Leaf, which is the best I ever had).

My friend and I recently visited Kendra Scott's flagship location during a pop-up event with the Museum of Ice Cream, and we had a fantastic experience. The store was beautifully decorated, and the Valentine's collection was expertly displayed, which made it easy to browse and find the perfect piece. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made the shopping experience even more enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the products and offered great suggestions on how to mix and match pieces to create the perfect look. The store itself is bright and spacious, which made it easy to navigate and find what we were looking for. It's clear that a lot of care and attention went into designing the space, and it definitely paid off. Overall, we highly recommend visiting Kendra Scott's flagship location, especially during one of their pop-up events with Museum of ice cream With beautiful displays, friendly staff, and a great selection of jewelry, it's the perfect spot to indulge in a little retail therapy

Really beautiful store. I guess they are moving across the street to a bigger location soon. I hope to come back and see the new place. Jewelry is so pretty and sparkly. They have a little bakery attached to the store as well. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly, and cheerful. And explained that they will be moving soon across the street.

If you want overpriced garbage. Go here. I swear you will love it and look like all your friends. Queen of MEH and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. This jewelry will break. It's cheap. It's plastic. It's overpriced and it is plated and not even solid. Save your money and spend it at Good Vibrations.

Absolutely gorgeous store. The men's options had much more variety and honestly looked so much better. I really couldn't find anything I liked much in the women's sections, very basic and trying to stay with internet trends. They had a whole wall of astrology options which seemed like overkill and younger buyers are not necessarily looking to come here versus a small shop or online. Customer service was friendly and not pushy. They had a cheerleading team in as part of the days profits were going to them for their season. It is nice to see a bigger, expensive business helping a community organization. They also offer military and birthday discounts at this store. The cafe was cute, but the adorable, and surprisingly very affordable, cheesecake was super dry and just crumbled at every bite, made it difficult to eat. Got a free Yellow Rose can koozy with purchasing a beer. Good deals on drinks for the weekends. They had live music on their patio that was enjoyable.

Omg what a lovely staff! I probably spent more than I wanted to because I was enjoying chatting with everyone. Louisa is adorable. I'll be back.

My first visit here about a year ago was a 5+ but we went back recently and were so disappointed! My friend and I have a lot of KS and went looking for a unique piece... wanting to experiment at the color bar. We have done this 100s of other times. We were treated so poorly. The staff on this visit was so snotty and rude. We left with such a bad taste in our mouths. I might be done... you only need so many pieces and part of going back to get more is the fun experience while there. Yuck!

If you are planning to bring your bridesmaids here and pay for their food towers, please rethink that decision. However, they do give the bride and bridesmaids party 15% off everything, so I recommend doing that without ordering any food at all. I came here with my friends, the bride and other bridesmaids, and upon entering I saw that the foods were simply placed on a display case with a small sign in the middle of the shop. I wish there was someone standing to guard the food while the bridesmaids were browsing the store, as two random customers tried to move me aside to get to the fruit cups and cakes and eat it. Had I not been there, they would have snatched the food. Also, I would like to mention that the food proportions are very small. The guacamole tower which they claimed to have 20 servings consisted of about less than 50 scoop chips with guacamole in them. I think it could serve two at best and if we were almond moms. However, the dessert tower was very cute, and I think was the only redeeming part of this, despite tasting mediocre at best. The fruit salad was not a fruit salad but fruit cups with fruits thrown together. Fruit flies also started congregating around the fruit cups halfway through. The sandwich tower was okay and consisted of cucumber cream cheese sandwiches and salmon cream cheese sandwiches. I also tried their coffee, and the latte was very bland and watery. Overall, if you love Kendra and are part of a bach, reserve ahead for the discount but do not waste any unnecessary money on any of the food.

I was on South Congress and totally forgot that the flagship Kendra Scott store was in the neighborhood. Luckily my cousin noticed it and we were able to stop by. I really like KS jewelry and I've been to most of the stores in Houston, but I've never been to any in Austin. This store is so pretty and very spacious! I love that they have a café (Sips and Sweets) at the front of the store with a nice patio out front. There's also a seating area on the side outside of the store. The café features treats from local bakers which is cool. The employees were encouraging patrons to "sip and shop" for Frosé Friday! I'm not sure if the champagne was complimentary (it is at other stores), but it definitely elevates the shopping experience. I had just made a purchase about two weeks prior to this visit, so there wasn't anything in particular that I needed but it was fun to browse. I did not realize that they have a men's line. It's small, but they have a tiny section in the front of the store. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful which is consistent with all of the locations that I've been to. There's a fun mural on the side of the store and there's even a Little Free Library near the mural which did have a couple of books in it. According to a KS blog post from 2019, the mural changes seasonally so take advantage of the photo op! If you find yourself roaming down South Congress, check out the flagship store!

I love Kendra Scott so I had to stop by the flagship store while visiting the city of Austin. I was not disappointed! It was very spacious with tons of jewelry options. The staff were super sweet and accommodating as well. It's the only Kendra store that has a cafe with baked goods and wine. I was blown away by how cute it was! Super happy I went.

This location is a Pinterest dream come to life. I love visiting here if only for the vibes. The cute little patio out front and sips and bites bar are a nice touch. The fine jewelry collection is in full force here and items can get engraved on site. There are also fun events and when I was there, the Yellow Rose collection had a bit of an activation in honor of SXSW. I love the decor and the sales people here are uncannily friendly and happy. I don't know how they do it but I am inspired by their chipperness at all hours and all times.

Every year, for my birthday, and for my husband's birthday, we made it a tradition to go to the flagship store (close to us) and get me a piece. On your birthday month, you get 50% off, and I think in that case, it's definitely worth it. The flagship is cute, very instagram-worthy, and they have a bar/coffee area where you can order a cocktail and a cupcake from, and sit on their cute patio. It's a great location on South Congress, so why not? The jewelry is not the highest quality, but the customer service is. If you break it, or if you find something wrong with it, you can always bring it back and they will trade it once for you. Talk about customer service huh?! I also love that we are supporting a local business. I know a lot of people who personally remember Kendra hustling - I admire her success and I'm cheering for the brand! They also have cute events - I went for a meet & greet with local blogger Champagne and Chanel, and had a great time. They served free drinks and cupcakes and we had a fun time shopping around. Pro-tip: if what you want is not on sale, and it's not your birthday month (or your boyfriends'/girlfriends'), then check online, they always have coupons available, and you can get it delivered or pick up for free.

as someone who has been buying Kendra Scott for over 10 years, they almost lost me as a customer. I bought a $250 Scott bros necklace/pendant in person at this location (most expensive peice I have ever bought from them). I got it engraved and when I came back to pick up the piece, one of two letters was almost transparent. The pendant also came back to me with A bug scratch on it's right side. I asked the manager if there was anything we could do and they suggested getting it reengraved at the north lamar location. they also offered a 15% discount on another $80 pendant If I wanted to start over due to the scratches. I kept asking if there was anything else to be done here becasue this peice was supposed to be apart of their fine jewelry and at this point, I didn't even feel good about giving this out as a gift. they told me that this was all they could offer. one of the managers Meg, would not even come speak to us. thank goodness we went to the north Lamar locations because a manger named Madison understood our whole predicament and got us a new necklace and engraving in less than 10 mins. she saved me as a customer.

Service is excellent. All the reps are helpful, present and not pushy. I had purchased a pair of loops with gems and lost some of the stones. When I inquired about repairing them, they promptly replaced them. That was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Of course, I couldn't leave without adding to my collection and picking up a few gifts. They have also added a little cafe/sweet shop with a lovely patio. And I introduced a friend to the business! Love visiting them whenever I visit Austin.

This is the perfect place for any girl who loves Kendra Scott jewelry and drinking. Everyone working is always super friendly. The store itself is a sight to behold on SoCo. I always bring visitors here and those who have never heard of Kendra Scott assume its some sort of jewelry store that sells diamonds/engagement rings based on its appearance. The outside is gorgeous with a fun mural on the side. The patio itself is a showstopper with yellow accents + a color changing ceiling. They have a bar with mimosas, frose, wine and its nice to people watch outside. All the pastries are from local women own bakeries. Drinks range from $4 to $20 but you can also buy bottles and share. Great for groups, since they can cater a party for you with drinks + pastries and shopping. I always stop by whenever I'm on SoCo for a quick rose quartz mimosa or frose. PRO TIP: come in on your birthday month, show your ID and get 50% off any single item. PRO PRO TIP: use your moms, dads, siblings, friends, boyfriend ID and still get the same discount.

I had walked past this boutique a number of times before my gf and I decided to stop by and noticed that they have a Sips and Bites cafe. We placed our order at the window with Jaunita and we decided on the grilled cheese with tomato pesto, the avocado toast as well as the Wednesday special of 1/2 off wines along with a La vie en Rose (yum, yum!). As we were arguing about paying, Juanita overheard that it was my birthday and then she asked if I knew about their birthday specials and because I had no clue, she quickly filled me in. OMG, for your birthday, KS gives you 50% off your choice of costume jewelry as well as 25% off her fine jewelry line! You also get 25% off a drink at the Sips and Bites Cafe! I have never encountered such a generous boutique and instead of just browsing, we actually walked away with a couple of great pieces of jewelry. Every sales rep we encountered was lovely and so friendly. The boutique is chicly decorated and clean as were the bathrooms. I swear, when I left, due to my encounter with Jaunita, I swore I would channel her and be a more pleasant flight attendant, so thank you J for brightening our day and for being some personable with us and baby Luca! You are a true gem!

This is the best Kendra Scott 100% recommend. I have been here multiple times and I am always greeted. They are very attentive to everyone I especially love going to the yellow rose section I customized a hat for me and weeks later for my mother, both employees were so sweet and gave so many stilling ideas. Lahne customized my mothers hat and we got so many complements. I highly suggest customizing a hat its an awesome experience. The jewelry is timeless Kendra Scott is definitely my staple jewelry brand and go to gift giving.

Kendra Scott created a following and her old SOCO store seemed hidden from the street but now her new flagship store is right in the spotlight. She must have studied the TOMS store where she made her's similar to taste. Located in an old house where there is a covered patio with seating in front. Once inside it was very bright and saw a few walking around with drinks in their hands. There is a tiny bakery and wine bar here. They had a selection of deserts and drinks. I decided to try a Frozen Rosé which looked like a frozen pink slushy and served in a stemless wine glass. It was pretty thick sucking it through a straw but it was very good. You can't leave the premises with it but can drink it out on the patio. There were a lot of ladies shopping in here. The store is extremely organized and has different sections. The front is jewelry and the back is home decor. Everything in the store shows off Kendra's taste in product design. Candles were also scattered around for sale. There is a Color Bar where can build your own customized piece of jewelry and a high end section with diamonds encased in 14-karat gold. Outside you will find a mural on a wall keeping up with the ATX SoCo art culture and perfect for selfies. Overall it is a really cool store and perfect addition to South Congress Ave.

This beautiful shop never disappoints! Love everything about this store- location, atmosphere, customer service, beautiful inventory and even refreshments! It's also awesome they offer a nice clean bathroom for shoppers when most stores do not. We stopped in recently to visit again- so refreshing to experience amazing customer service. They make you feel important and special. Layne helped us with our purchase and also engraved for us. She was so personable, kind and helpful! This young lady helped us have a truly wonderful experience. Kendra Scott thank you for going over and beyond for your customers and also making a difference in the world! THANK YOU KENDRA SCOTT SOCO!! I needed to make an exchange after accidentally purchasing a set I already had but just in a different shape online. I called up to ask if I could bring it in since I had used a coupon online and Britney (or Britany) called me back saying they would. I also spoke with Caitlin on the phone when I called back and she was so sweet. She also helped me in store pick out a beautiful new set that I already have on (just brought it home about 20 mins ago lol). The store was clean and bright. Thank you guys so much for your help and I will definitely be back!

I love Kendra Scott jewelry and even more, I love Kendra's story. It's wonderful to see her success. Her flagship store is beautifully decorated and more of an experience than just a retail store. I love the little cafe and outdoor area. It's spacious with so many visuals. I recently went in with a friend and saw they were now doing piercings (called Piercing Party on their website) on selected weekends in November and December. I was able to get an appointment after being on their waitlist on a Sunday afternoon. I have several ear piercings and added another one to my collection with a beautiful piece of 14k Gold jewelry. Great experience all around. If you haven't been, it's definitely worth making the trek to SoCo. Parking is convenient since they offer valet so you don't have to drive around SoCo area looking for parking.

Enjoyed going to the Congress and seeing Kendra Scott's store. We walked in with an option of mimosas, sangria or coffee. The store had a variety of jewelry at a decent price. Ended up buying a heart necklace and engraving to remember Austin and the memories with some of my best friends! The picture is the side of the store and a perfect photo op for those traveling to Austin who also loved the city as much as I did.

What is not amazing about Kendra. All of the employees I have encountered are so amazing, helpful, and welcoming. Their cafe is so cute and has the most delicious treat!! I have never left disappointed, nor have I ever had a problem with any of the jewelry that I've purchased! Not to mention their cute murals they change with any specific occasion along with their interior scenery, and they are dog friendly!!!

What a wonderful experience! Drinks and shopping? What more could you ask for? The place smells amazing too! The only request I would have is to open more check out stations.

Interesting business practices. I walk in and my lady wanted to shop so I think to myself "I'll have a glass of rose while she shops". So I go ask the woman that is the "bartender" if I can have a glass of rose (the frozen one that dispenses out of a slushy machine). Me thinking this would be about a 2 second thing, gets told by said bartender that my order would take 20 minutes. I laugh because I think she is joking.. until she told me to go have a seat and wait for my order. I then ask her- "it's going to be 20 minutes for you to pour me a frozen rose from the slushy machine?". She responds by telling me "yes, sir- we are extremely busy and there is only 2 of us working right now. Please have a seat.". My mind was blown. I was about to have a $10 4oz glass of frozen rose, and text messages away instead. Here is the funny part. I walk out into the jewelry showroom and am looking to see just how "busy" she is. She is on her phone text messaging for about 2 minutes. My lady then asked for a cookie and received the same response... 20 minutes to snag a cookie out of the bake case. The way she answered these questions were rude and quite honestly sounded like we were bothering her in asking her to do her job. Filling up a glass of rose and getting a cookie out of the jar should have taken about 25 seconds of time. Instead, it resulted in a negative viewing of the business and realization that Kendra Scott simply does not care about their customer service and hires people that can hardly do a job that is literally as easy as pouring a water into a glass.

If I were to ever quit being a human and be a store, I would be the Kendra Scott Flagship store! This spot demands attention, you can't stroll down SOCO and not be intrigued by this beautiful storefront! Lots of photo opportunities. The store is absolutely gorgeous and a Kendra Scott jewelry lovers DREAM! The visuals in the store give you immense happiness. You won't leave empty handed. Now, on to the real gem of the place, the cafe. The macarons caught my eye but it was so much more than macarons. First of all, Heather, Riley, and Marissa made me feel like I was just visiting my BFFS and hanging out in their kitchen. They were sooooo friendly and eager to tell me about all of the thoughtful touches Kendra added herself and the charming backstory of the cafe. The macarons were amazing and good macarons are hard to find. The mimosa and the sunset lemonade were so refreshing after exploring Austin in the Texas heat. I could have stayed here all day, the yummy treats and the great conversation were the perfect combination for a wonderful afternoon. PARKING! It can be tricky in the SOCO area but Kendra Scott offers valet parking for $8 or validated with your receipt. Don't pass this place up! It's a must for any trip to Austin.

I love this Kendra Scott location! The sips and sweets cafe make it possible to make a trip here a fun event, which I've done multiple times. This is the perfect spot to celebrate a birthday. My favorite cocktail is the gem lemonade that has glitter and bubbles and lemonade- so fun. There are so many pretty sugary treats to choose from and today we tried their avocado toast BLT and it was delicious. I'm a fan. Of course there are rooms full of all things Kendra to peruse and there is an often updated mural outside that is the perfect photo spot. I try to stop in here whenever I'm on Congress- always a great time with helpful staff.

Odd customer service experience. My boyfriend found a bracelet in the men's section that was a size medium. We took it to the front to check out and the associate went to the back to get one that was not a display model. She then checked us out... We noticed on the way out of the store that the bracelet she gave us was a size large (not medium). So we went back to the front and asked if we could exchange for the right size. She appeared confused and had another associate go to the back to get the right size. The new associate came back with another size large. We said hmm this still looks larger than a medium. Then she went to get another one from the back but reappeared with a small. She then said this was all they had in the back. So the original associate suggested we buy the display model... We finally checked out. Then strangely she presented me (not the buyer) with a reusable tote bag and stated that it could be used for lunch or to be filled with wine. Puzzled, we said ok and left. Maybe some employee training would be helpful????

The Grand Opening was awesome. Love this new flagship store. Hard to remember it's the for we location of Hill Country Weavers! Brilliant idea to give the keys away to people on the street to open lockers revealing Kendra treats. Speaking of treats...Sip & Sweets. Just YES! Bellasweet cookies - too divine! Great job & congratulations Kendra!

First time client at this location, and I had a phenomenal experience, It was just such a pleasure to be at this location. I was greeted by the two Gentlemen's at the valet. Very nice sweet young men's. Once I enter the store it feels very comfortable, I was quickly greeted ( even tho the shop was full at 5:30 pm on a Sunday) as I was showing the location of all the beautiful pieces Kendra has to offer. I was attended by Colton a very knowledgeable, attentive professional gentleman that heard all my requests and concerns, made excellent suggestions for my future visits! I may add The 2 young ladys at the café with the sweetest ladies ever. Their Suggestions for treats were on point my daughter loved it and enjoyed as well. Overall a very great experience with no pretentiousness at all. Keep it up guys!

I've been here a couple times and everyone is always so nice. Not stressing you to buy or constantly asking you if you need something. Just around if you need them. My gf came to exchange something and we were greeted by a free sampling of a local Austin beverage company. I guess they do discounts if it's your birthday?? That is also very cool. Kendra Scott isn't a place I'd shop a lot as a man, but I love the open floor plan and during Covid, there's plenty of hand sani around. My gf also got a warning about her mask hanging off so they have your back. Thanks Pam, very helpful and very much enjoyed what could have been a boring experience for me. If you're a jewelry person, I'd def recommend it. Prices aren't outrageous and plenty of designs

Fun to be in their main store! Same size as other stores. Small cafe w seating for about 8 inside & a few tables outside. Nice mural for photos. Friendly staff.

I was highly disappointed in the service I received. Upon walking in the woman greeting at the door looked me up and down, said "hello" and turned her back. As I was walking around the store no one asked if I need assistance even while trying to find another piece to add to my collection. Even with a young lady fixing the display next to. She looked me up and down, rolled her eyes and kept working. Another woman whom I assume was the manger openly telling her employees to make more sales loudly. That is very unprofessional and no customer should ever hear that. Most of the employees were standoffish and I felt they where judging based on my appearance. I am very disappointed because I wanted to make a purchase to commemorate this trip my husband and I took. I felt very unwelcomed, very uncomfortable, and very out of place. Another Kendra Scott stores and employees have never made me feel this way. I wish customer service was up to par as other stores I've been to have been.

Super beautiful store and lots of really helpful staff. Love this new addition! Don't love parking on South Congress, but it's the price you pay! Also FYI, this new location now has an engraving section as well as a little coffee and sweets café!

Not only is Kendra Scott's success story amazing, so is her flagship store! The store is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is so welcoming, and helpful. The staff always seems to be available when needed, and keeps their distance when you don't need them! The best part of the stpre is the adorable cafe with delicious frose and bakery treats! They have a decent sized patio on congress where you can sit and people watch while having a glass of champagne, a frose, or even a local beer. They are SO dog friendly there, and even have the cutest dog cookies available in the bakery! Make sure and use the complimentary valet so you don't lose your mind over parking though!

I wanted to support a local business, but unfortunately I had a terrible experience shopping with Kendra Scott. I ordered a ring online as a present, and I ordered it for pick-up at the store. I didnt notice the fine print of the email. Items have to be picked up within 3 days. I didnt notice this, and was late to pick up the item. I called the store and they said I should just re-order because items are cancelled and NOT CHARGED if not picked up in time. So, I re-ordered and got the notice to go pick up. I picked it up and went home. When I got home, I opened it and was surprised by how low quality the ring was given the price. Beware the images online are not accurate. Then I tried to return the ring, but THEY DO NOT DO RETURNS! I was forced to accept a gift card. Now it turns out the first order was not cancelled and they have charged my credit card TWICE! I havent braved going back or calling into the store yet, but I'm not hopeful about the outcome. Beware!!! They do not have customer friendly polcies and the jewelry quality has gone way down hill.

I was with a group of friends visiting from NY this past Saturday night and experienced very obvious racial profiling. We are a pretty diverse group and when we split off to check out different areas of the space, we were followed by the (Latino) security guard as the only black women in the store. I posted my concerns on social media and received zero reaction from the staff. I'm taking this to mean that you condone racial discrimination in your stores. I will never make a purchase here and I've advised friends and family to do the same. By the way, this is how white teenagers get away with shoplifting- they know that you're too busy harassing black shoppers to pay attention. This was a disgusting experience and corporate should really take a look at anti-bias training for staff.

This review is based on Corporate/Customer service at KS. I have been a loyal fan for years and have spent thousands of dollars. Recently customer service completely failed and they did not want to remedy the situation- I will be donating my Kendra Scott to the local consignment shop and spend my money elsewhere. Shame shame shame on the part of customer service being so unwilling to keep a loyal customer.

It is indeed a lovely place. Not too many people in the afternoon which was good. Not much parking, but was able to find a spot on the side. Picked up an online order. I loved that I was able to receive my 50% discount and pick up my order. Thanks KS for our yearly offer. It took a good 10 minutes before anyone asked if I needed any help. Once I was helped it took no time to get my order. The café was the most popular place with the majority of people in attendance.

Not much to say. Nothing was different from any other store, except my son and I were totally ignored. Maybe it had to do with the fact that I'm Latín. So sad, had high hopes. I guess my Latina money had no value at this store. Shame on Kendra for allowing discrimination at the flagship store or any of her stores.

My friend is obsessed with Kendra Scott - I think it's very pretty and I wish it were more my style but I wear one or two classic pieces of jewelry and never anything else so my jewelry tends to be really really expensive but I keep it forever and wear it all the time (Tiffany and Co stuff). Still, I've never been in a Kendra Scott store so we stopped in so she could buy a pair of earrings she's been drooling over for a while. I saw some beautiful things I hadn't seen before while in here, the store is small but classy and had beautiful display cases with tons of very pretty necklaces, rings, bracelets and earrings. I thought the color bar was very cute where you can choose your stone color and have them make it for you on site. The gals inside were friendly and I had a good time browsing while my friend paid.

I simply adore Kendra Scott and can't wait to read her book 'Born to Shine' when it comes out in September. All the associates were sweet and helpful during my visit today. Would love for Kendra to consider having her Sip and Sweets at every location possible as well as looking into magnetic clasps for her necklaces.

Kendra Scott's design and decor is out of this world. If I could have her choose everything of mine for the rest of my life, I would. I love every little corner of this shop! Their coffee wasn't the best, but I'd come back here just for the aesthetic. I'd recommend an iced vanilla latte, that was the best thing we got.

The tea plus mint addition cost $5.40. It comes in one 12 oz and you can't even taste the mint. It costs a whole dollar to add any addition, like berries or mint. I can understand a latte costing $5. Tea is simple and should taste better for such a premium.

Amazing service! The froze is delicious. Our engraved necklaces came out so beautiful! The ladies in this store were so nice and helpful and patient!

Kendra Scott fantasy jewelry does changed colors and tarnish. My Elissa pendant did tarnished and smell rusted. I went to KS and they changed it for a new one. That was ok for a while, but after a few months the same thing happened. Also, it does itches and leaves black marks on my neck.

I purchased two pieces for my daughter for Christmas to add to her collection of many KS items. Turns out her boyfriend bought her one of the same pieces. So I went to return one I bought her so I could give her the cash to buy a make up mirror she wanted instead. Well unknown to me KENDRA SCOTT DOESN'T GIVE REFUNDS, they only give exchange or in-store credit on a gift card! In the many times of purchasing KS we have never been told items are none returnable for a full refund upfront upon purchase. Need less to say my little girl was heartbroken. Very disappointing KS!!
