Order the 3 meat combo the only thing good was the chicken sausage the rest terrible! My sister had the rib tips looked like they cut them off the bone They charged almost 4$ for 2 ounces of Mac an Cheese an it was terrible. The best part was the young man at the counter who took my order was very Sweet

The food was great. The BBQ sauce is fire and doesn't taste like tomato soup. I liked the links. Spicy and satisfying 😌 chicken is on point. Tri tip succulent and tasty. Beef nice and smokey. My friend Angelica loved 😍 🥰 the potatoes salad, She was smelling and licking the spoon for the barbecue sauce.

After passing this place for years I decided to give them a try. To say I was underwhelmed by the food is an understatement. I went July 4th expecting a line but the service team had it moving quickly and were very friendly. However the taste did not match the cost. The sides were small and not tasty at all I actually ended up not eating them and the 3 meat deal had 1 mean chicken. My fault for not checking before I pulled off. Gotta do better.

Stopped for a quick byte to eat that was not fast food. This BBQ spot is not fast food, but they serve food fast. Enjoyed sitting outside at a picnic table eating and people watching. A lot of places say they have spicy BBQ, and I never taste any spice. Kenny's spicy BBQ sauce has some noticeable kick. Not too much, but when I order spicy, that is what I expect.

I had the beef links, rib tips, sliced beef, baked beans, and macaroni and cheese. It was all soooo good. The beef links were soo good. The sliced beef was soo tender and delicious. The rib tips were super tender. Everything was soo good, left such a good taste in my mouth. Most definitely will be eating again

The price has gone way up for the sides but they have gotten significantly smaller. They give you 1/4 cup of the sides and have the nerve to charge $8 for each. I had the brisket dinner with yams, mac n cheese I added a side of baked beans and yellow cake with chocolate frosting. The taste of the yams and beans were very off putting . They both had a weird after taste like they changed the recipe. Or it was straight from a can and not a good brand either. The Mac n cheese had little crumbles of what I can guess is sharp cheddar mixed in it the overall texture was off and either had to much salt or sharp cheddar that it too didn't taste right. I didn't finish any of the sides. It's not like it was a few years ago. Whoever is making the sides needs to go back to the original recipe because now they are cutting corners but charging more. The brisket and the yellow cake were the only good things from the meal. Sad to say that was my last visit to Kenny's BBq. Definitely not worth $34.

I was really looking forward to enjoying a good BBQ experience, but unfortunately, this visit was quite disappointing. The ribs were dry and lacked flavor, which is especially frustrating considering it’s a BBQ place. The cornbread was also very dry and felt like it was made with low-quality ingredients. The BBQ sauce was the most surprising part — it didn’t complement the meat at all. It had a very acidic taste, almost like there was pineapple or some other fruit mixed in, which completely overpowered the smokiness and essence of good BBQ. It just didn’t work. I’m writing this review not to bash the restaurant, but in the hope that these comments are taken as constructive feedback. The location has potential, but the kitchen definitely needs some changes — starting with the cook. A BBQ restaurant should focus on flavor, texture, and balance, and unfortunately, none of those were delivered this time. I hope to come back in the future and be pleasantly surprised.

Good food, adequate portions. Reasonably priced. We didn't look closely at the description for dining options. We ate at their picnic tables as we're staying in a local hotel. Chicken definitely needs the sauce to dip. Ribs could stand alone for flavor. Coleslaw is really good. Beans are fair.

I saw this spot a few times noticed a line and thought wow the food just be really great and I must say I didn't check with my yelp family first, I went based on the line. Huge disappointment I ordered the bbq turkey leg which came with 2 sides. I wanted a vegetable outside of coleslaw which is standard so I had to pay for a side of collard greens which was $3 My husband had the beef ribs. This location is basically a pick up spot with limited seating. There are 2 picnic tables on the small grassy area and one round table off the grass, on rocks which caused some unlevel seating but it had an umbrella which provided some shade. There's also a bench along the side of the building for wheelchair access or seniors. (No table) The food was bland. The turkey leg lacked flavor definitely wasn't smoked turkey. The taste was idk I don't want to say old but not fresh. The potato salad was decent. Again 2 tablespoons size serving My husband said the beef ribs were bland as well and they were not as tender as the nice I make. Overall the sauce was the highlight of the meal as it was the flavor to both meals.

Review for Kenny's Barbecue I ordered the three meat combo with a double side of potato salad, and the entire meal was a huge letdown. The meat was so tough I could barely chew it, and the potato salad was awful--bland and mushy. I was also told the chicken sausages weren't hot, but they were extremely spicy, which caught me off guard. On top of that, the chicken tasted old and had a strange texture, like it had been sitting around too long. I wanted to take the food back, but there's a "no refunds" sign posted. I think that's wrong, especially when the food is this bad. I definitely won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Ok I have been coming here at least once a week for the last 4 months. The food is good I get the beef links which are amazing, the rib tips, and the small ends. All the above are great and I highly recommend them. The potato salad is not bad it's ok in my opinion but it is not store bought like other bbq places have. The chicken links are just ok also I probably wouldn't get them again. I've only had 2 bad experiences at this place in the last few months I been coming here I got some bad potato salad and one time my beef links were bad also. The owner made it right for me and I was satisfied with that. Oh yeah the Mac and cheese is fire to.

Came back again for some sliced beef and some baked beans so delicious. If you like spicy stuff get that spicy barbecue 10 out of 10. If they sold that spicy barbecue Sauce, I would definitely buy some.

sooo much flavor finger licking good ... love the linksdefinitely going back. I ate it sooo fast because I couldn't stop lol. The man at the counter was sooooo polite and attentive. Work every penny.

The portions are small and the links and potato salad was dry with very little flavor but they are very clean.

The reviews were mixed, but we decided to give it a try. We ordered a slab of ribs for Mom, and the meat tasted old, which was disappointing. Sadly, many good barbecue spots have declined as the original owners stepped away. We gave this one a chance, but it didn't measure up -- try somewhere else.

One of my fav ribs spots. Def need to explore their menu more. Their beef ribs are amazing. They're not dry and are not greedy with their sauce. Mac and cheese is also fire (a tad bit greasy tho) There is not much seating but, the little that there is, looks very maintained and clean. The inside of the kitchen also looks very managed. Servers and workers are nice and very helpful. It really depends when you go. The longest I have waited was 25 minutes. Def a go to.

My review 1. The portions are too small for what they charge. 2. The mac and cheese was oily and had a strange turkey stock after taste. 3. The brisket was not cooked for very long so some of it was really chewy. 4. The sauce was very oily on the brisket. 5. Candied yam was sweet but oily. 6. The peach cobbler was soggy, runny and the crust was was like beef jerky. 7. The banana pudding is ok it tastes exactly like the banana pudding from food4less but has a banana chopped up in it. 8 I had to ring a bell for them to come to the window the guy was friendly and greeted us. 9. The menu online said $13.99 on brisket dinner. But in person it was $18.99. ( all in all I would of rather got something elsewhere I believe it wasn't worth the price I was charged.

This was just terrible BBQ. Some of the worst i ever had. I i only ate half and the rest in the trash! The BBQ was dry, chewy flavor IMO. The sides were small. The food was ok NOTHING to brag about. Need more seasoning. I would not be back to try anything here! I will look on to the next BBQ spot. Dinner Plate: The meats were overall terrible Sliced Beef 5.8 this was the only thing good along with the sides Beef Links 5.5 Ribs 5.0 Mac and cheese ok at 6.0 Greens were good at 7.5

Stopped here on our way to the Rams game. Food was okay. I ordered the $13.99 special: beef sandwich, baked beans and strawberry crush soda. The sandwich was okay. The food was warm but could've been hotter. There is no indoor seating. Ive had better bbq.

The macaroni and cheese was very good here and I have to say that first because most BBQ joints treat the sides as an afterthought. Like the meats are always really good, but the sides are just...not. That wasn't the case with the macaroni and cheese. Now. The meats. I don't think this is low and slow BBQ. The meats were all tough and dry. It almost tastes like when you do BBQ in the oven. Like, it can be good but there's something about low and slow over fire that's undefeated. We went once and never went back and I'm so bummed because I wanted to love it here.

Today started off magical with the FAST, FRIENDLY, and Great service from Kenny's today. Was my first time and was not disappointed. Good parking, outside seating, and the portions are filling. The potato salad is some of the best I've had. I'd go back time after time. Gotta but in bulk cause it's so good.

I ordered a rib tip dinner with potato salad and baked beans. The food arrived and still had a good temperature. Don't be fooled by this picture, I received several meatless bones smothered under all the bbq sauce. For the rib tips that actually had some meat on them, they were good. The food was good enough for me to try at least one more time, and hopefully they'll have a little more meat.

I don't see what the big deal is, the ribs are tough, potato salad is horrible, and i've tasted a lot of potato salad. They should try using store-bought at least it'd be better than this. Heads up if you plan on eating here make sure you call your order in because if not, you're gonna be waiting in line for a while cause they're very unorganized in the kitchen. macaroni and cheese is OK but it's too greasy. collard greens taste like they come out of a can ,would I ever come back? That would be a definite no and may I add that they are overpriced for the quality of food that they serve . there is no inside seating so you eat outside and not a lot of room either .my family and I give this place two stars

Not sure what's going on but came today on a Sunday at 12:45pm and it's all locked up. Phone just goes to a "mailbox full" voicemail.

The barbecue was OK. It wasn't blow your mind good but it was pretty good barbecue. We ordered the pork rib plate with two sides, mac & cheese and collard greens for three dollars extra for those sides. We also ordered the combination plate with rib tips barbecue chicken and beef ribs, two sides, potato salad, and beans those two sides weren't an extra charge. Now I will say that you can get better barbecue for about the same price point someplace else. The kicker is that the other place will probably give you a regular serving of sides. I paid $6 extra for macaroni and collard greens and they put them in the ranch cups from Wingstop literally a spoonful and a half baby like that doesn't make sense to me. I feel like I got scammed lol Again the bbq wasn't that bad but the sides n pricing of those sides guaranteed it was a one time visit.

Tried it twice. Both times was very lack luster. Not throw your food out bad but I'll def not be giving them a third try. Don't know if I'm not trying their specialty or something because there's a lot of hype. I just don't see it.

This was my first time eating barbecue in Inglewood/South LA area. I am going to be honest this is the first time I have had barbecue here in Los Angeles and I'm going it say that I am impressed. This was also the first time receiving real hospitality and amazing customer service. I had brought my service animal and the man who helped me with my order came out with my food and even brought 2 ribs for my dog. In addition to the ribs for my dog I was also handed a drink by the man since I had forgot to order a drink. It's very rare receiving this kindness now a days so naturally when it happens to someone it makes for a memorable and happy experience. Experiences like these are what makes a restaurant recommendable and keeps customers coming back. Prices are reasonable and the portions are perfect for the amount you pay. Had the dinner combo 3 meets 2 sides for a great price of $26.00. You cannot beat the prices per value here at this place. And I really didn't mind totaling $28 for the total of what I ordered. The taste is amazing, the smokiness within the meat is there! Not overpowering but at the perfect level. The sauce (I went with the spicy one) was amazing! Not too thick and not too spicy. This is very authentic and tasteful. The sides are homemade! One may be think that's not the case but you can definitely taste the homemade touch with their Mac n cheese, coleslaw, and potato salad. All fresh all homemade. Their coleslaw is perfect here. Not to runny , and not too dry.! Overall happy to have made the spontaneous decision to come here, I am definitely coming back. And I highly recommend this place. Ambiance is nice, tables are clean, enough parking, and the building just looks modern and is kept in nice condition.

Just had a dinner combo plate here with pork baby back ribs, brisket, and chicken. The ribs and chicken were super dry and pretty much flavorless. The brisket was ok. The sauce had good flavor and was spicy. I liked it. The coleslaw was a nice texture but a bit too sweet for me. The beans were good. It has no indoor seating and very few tables outside. It was clean and service was good. Overall not a place I want to eat again.

This is the worst bbq I have ever had, the meat is extremely dry, no flavor at all, I would never eat here again!

Order a slad of pork ribs,they are a family favorite!! So good and the mixed Sauce was delicious!! I If your in the area for good bar b cue.. this is the place.. And they've added tables for their customer's. Keep up the good work.. Blessings

Great food , great service! Ordered a couole piunds if ribs and a couple pounds of links! I asked for a fork to eat some links on the way back to work and the Kennys team packed me a small links on the side with bread and a fork! Everyone loved the food!

I went yesterday with two friends, and we all thought the barbecue was delicious! The service was fast, and the barbecue sauce was delicious, you can get spicy or medium or mild, and the prices are reasonable but this place is mainly for taking out, but there are a few picnic tables that you can sit at and eat if you like, which is what we did. The staff are also very nice and helpful.

Foods good . Service was fast depending on time and day . One of my go to spots for bbq if I'm in the area

Definitely came in at a perfect time. This place is amazing with great sides. Black-owned business. Lots of parking and right by the new stadiums. Greens are made with turkey, which is appreciated since I don't eat pork. Check-in gets you a free small side. Loved the mac and cheese and greens, will be trying other sides next time. Service was pretty fast. The guys were very nice. Food is take-out only. A few places to sit around the building. Definitely would recommend. They also accept EBT.

By far the worst bbq I've ever had in my life. Disgusting. Sandwich was soggy with the cheapest meat I've ever laid my eyes on, sweet potato pie was trash, and after thise two decided not to even try the baked beans. 0/10

Friggin delicious!! We got three meals with 3 meats each that came with sides... tried the brisket, the burnt ends, chicken, pulled pork, Mac and cheese, collared greens, beans...all tasty and huge portions.... We had enough food for 3 meals each ... also came with white bread to dip things in

WORST BBQ EVER!! Don't waste your time or money!! There is NO MEAT it's ALL BONE and it's DRY!! The BBQ sauce tase like ketchup straight out the bottle. The sides TRASH!!!! Having us wait almost 30 minutes for TERRIBLE food. They need to close their doors ASAP!

Prices are good and my rib tips were great along with the beef hot link. Had the greens and macaroni salad as sides and the greens reminded me of the ones that I loved back in the south east! Only knock I'd have is a wish I could a giant iced sweet tea. Great lunch option for us as we headed back to LAX. Will def come back if we're in the area again.

I was there and only tried the cake and the bread pudding. I had the Red Velvet cake which turned out to be dry, and I was really disappointed. It looked nice, but it was very deceiving. The bread pudding was really good. Wish I had gotten two slices. Anyway lives and learn. I don't plan to be at that location again I was just picking up something for someone else. Much success to you.

In my opinion the food is awful the bbq mild is sour and funny tasting. Extremely blend from the proteins to the sides.

I ordered a pound of rib tips with mild sauce, it took about 10 minutes and my order was ready. The tips were nice and meaty. The person that helped me was nice. Parking is available in the parking lot.

Best bbq in town! Service is always great. I come here once a week for lunch. The mixed bbq sauce is the best. The Mac and cheese to die for.

We had high hopes, but they were soon dashed upon receiving our food. Dried out, tasteless and nothing to write home about comes to mind. I don't like to speak ill of small businesses, but don't waste your money. I threw away the leftovers which is very unusual for me as I hate to waste food.

First of all this is an opinion and please understand when it gets too real due to my $ worth. The location is easy to get to a find, semi small parking but small business are like that. No drive thru it is a walk and line up setup. Luckily no line was there on our arrival so window was clear. However after standing infront of the window for about 30 seconds I had to rind a bell to get attention. Afterward I was greeted and began to be asked of my order. Now my wife took care of that by writing our dinners down and I just added desserts to our liking at the window. I was shocked at the price calculation afterward but proceeded with the payment expecting every penny to be worth it. After sitting at a nearby bench for about 5min we were called out by number despite no one else being around and I got up to receive our bag full of food from a lady with a smile. After quick inspection the correct items were verified and the drive home began. After settling in and separating the food items the wife and I began to review our meals. I was VERY disappointed in the minuscule portions! The dinners consisted of brisket strips and two sides, the briskets were about 6 cut pieces and the cupped sides were no bigger than a kids palm! Popeyes are bigger portions and far less expansive. The brisket pieces were NOT tender but chewy and covered in runny sauce not even home made sauce. The mac was oily and had an after taste of turkey broth, and not baked but almost slow crock pot made. Not only that but the mac was in a tiny container and costs $5+ which is ridiculous! The potato salad was bland and the same ridiculously small portion. That dinner for 18.99 was totally trash and I felt REALLY dumb to even pay it. Anyways the wife had her dinner with the same portions except she had the sweet yams, which she likes regsrdless. She even apologized for us going there thinking they would be a good bbq spot potentially. Anyway the straw that broke the camels back was the dessert orders. Mine was the peach cobbler hers was the bannan pudding. Again small portion about palm size but horrible presentation...the peach cobbler was like a jar of peach jam was poured out and 3 bacon looking strips were placed over. The strips were I assumed the pie crust but looked like bacon strips and on biting had the consistency of beef jerky. I was very disappointed how can they fail on peach cobbler...I ended up having to trash it soon after. My wife tried her banana pudding and said it was no better than the food 4 less pudding. After spending over $60 on this trash food it was decided to never return ever again. And to add no drinks were even given with these dinners not that I drink high fructose crap but yeah thats how crappy the place turned out to be. I hate to say this because the staff was overall nice, but the food and price are not worth the smiles.

I've ordered the Ribs on a Bun. Delicious Pork Ribs!!! Highly recommended!!! The Potato Salas is also Delish.

The food is delicious, the service is great and the people are friendly. My boyfriend and I have enjoyed an afternoon lunch (or two) on the benches.

I gave this spot another chance and once again it failed me chicken links WAS DRY AS FUHK rib tips was decent can't lie about that but the Mac n cheese taste wasn't bad but the cheese not being melted was a problem beans was horrible but service was great I would not recommend this place to a dog I will not return

Came to this Black-owned restaurant for Memorial Day, so of course it was very busy. Food was ready about 20-30 minutes after I ordered. Everything tasted great. The three meat combo plate came with two sides (premium sides are not included). I recommend it, especially for first timers, because you get to try multiple different meats. My favorite sides were the mac and cheese and the baked beans. The candied yams weren't really candied, more so just sweet potatoes. Portion sizes of the sides were pretty small. That being said, I'd definitely come back again.

The beef ribs were really good. You can smell that it was smoked or cooked over wood. That's what I like when I get bbq. Some places you can't smell it or taste it. As for the value, it's a great price. They gave me 8 beef ribs for like $33 bucks. That's an excellent value. Sauce is good. Not a fan of their hotter sauce but that's just personal. The mild is good and sweet. Also met the man (Kenny) and talked to him really quick and he told me I'll see you next time. For sure, I will be back.

Rib barely had meat on it, Was told the Sides are homemade, lies, Potatoe Salad tasted like it was missing two ingredients, Very Bland and Store Bought, Beans were Pork n Beans Tasteless Trash, the Bread was Hard and Stale, Won't be back.
