Love this place. Amazing experience doing the guided breath work - Infra red sauna and cold plunch. We were well informed and guided by Chris and the experience was great. It was the first time for my friend doing breath work and she loved it so much!! This place is outstanding. I can highly recommend.

Outstanding cold plunge experience combined with the most wonderful infrared sauna, so healing and rejuvenating, all very affordable. Prepare for the best hour of your day, run to Kenshō ! Start with a really beautiful and emotional 15 minute loving kindness meditation, which will open up your heart, follow with a quick cold plunge, and a very relaxing infrared sauna and finish off with another cold plunge, you will feel like a brand new person I promise. Chris, who owns Kensho is extremely helpful and charming and takes care of you throughout your whole visit, without question, it is the number one place to visit in Sarasota for a superb wellness experience!

Absolutely incredible. Chris curated an unforgettable experience for me and a few friends that left me feeling grounded, thankful and blessed. He truly made the experience feel like we were called to the space and right where we were supposed to be. This is a place you leave feeling elevated, emotionally, spiritually and physically. Brock Cannon has been one of my favorite breathwork instructors, and I am beyond excited that he opened this studio! This morning, I got to experience an amazing breathwork session at this beautifully and thoughtfully curated studio. I love every little detail of this studio, from the comfy cushions to the top of the line cold plunge tubs to the non-EMF sauna. (I am not a cold plunger yet, but I know my first experience is going to be at Kensho!) I am so thankful for the wonderful community that will be built around this studio.

This place is awesome ! I was traveling from Philadelphia and do breath work and ice baths daily at home. When I saw this place advertise breath work . I had to try it. The lady was extremely nice . The facility is first class . The pillows bean bags for breath work was awesome and they got the best ice plunge in facility. Highly recommend it. And ice bath was 🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶

Beyond delightful! This was my second visit. I signed up for a month after my first visit! I feel invigorated, energized, focused AND relaxed. I am sitting on the sunny patio with delicious organic hot tea after my session. The sessions started with a guided breathwork and meditation ( through a headset), followed by up to 5 minutes in an individual cold plunge tub. The setting has a wonderful quiet spa energy. The staff are very helpful and the experience is amazing! I am so glad I tried this! A total game changer and not to be missed!
