usually go to Kera whenever I need things, but today I left very disappointed. The meat I was given was very distracting compared to what I normally receive. Even more concerning, I noticed that customers were being treated differently — some received better service than others.
As a regular customer, I believe every person should be treated with the same respect and fairness, I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because small issues like this make a big difference in customer trust.
