Kerby's Koney Island

I asked to speak to a manger; she stated she was the manager. They packed my order totally incorrectly. They had all the packages on top of the soup. There were 2 cups of soup. Since they had everything piled up on the soup the weight of everything else bust the lid of the the soup and the soup spilled on in the bag. When I called regarding this; she attempted to argue about it, did not offer an apology, or compensation. I have had problems with them before regarding food quality and poor customer service. The only reason why I went again was because the one I normally frequent is closed due to a fire. The 2 chicken stir fry I order were very ill prepared and barely contained any rice. I'm trying to explain to her how the weight of the food burst one of the containers and the soup spilled out and black particles were in the soup she wants to argue that it didn't happen and she put it in a small bag. It was not in another bag at all and I'm trying to explain this and she was argumentative, disrespectful, and rude! I simply wanted a credit for the soup and I didn't even get to that, I stated you shouldn't pack everything on top of the soup at the bottom of the bag. She hung up. I will NOT ever patronize their establishment again and advise you to avoid them as well.

This is my Tuna melt, they literally gave me tuna on one side of sandwich and this how the other side look. Also, I ordered a BLT w/fried egg and the put bacon pieces on my sandwich. Fatty broken pieces and thick tomatoes…. I went back to get a new sandwich and yet they(the kitchen) must not understand very well, cause I got the same kind of sandwich back. I will not be returning to this location. I cannot wait til the Northwestern Hwy location open back up. VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH MY ORDER.

Food was very good. The waitresses were very friendly. Had an extremely rude customer that sat behind our table and the waitress handled it VERY well!!!

Briana was the best waitress! The food was fine. I ordered a Hani and onion rings. My friend ordered a grilled cheese and fries. They were busy but were very efficient.

I was there with a group of maybe 10! I believe I was the last one to place my order. I haven’t been to a Kirby’s since before the pandemic so I know I wanted the delicious fries, a bowl of soup and a sandwich! I told the server what I wanted only lemonade no Coke. She pointed out just the thing on the menu for me! A Kerby’s Triple! Only lemonade because I can’t drink coke + I need a water to take my medicine! That was a go ! All minds clear! Food was delicious! I’m eating like I have not eaten before! Some of this is going to have to go home!! Oops, I’ve got to go to the ladies room too! In the meantime, I’ve requested water at least two more times! Very important that I take my medication! But still no water! I return from the ladies room every one has their check and or dessert or carry out! I request water one time! I have finished my soup but not my fries or sandwich! I take my medicine with my lemonade! One of the other ladies has my check and surprise surprise, here comes the waitress with my water! Now, I’m at the cash register trying to figure out with someone what I was charged for and why when I had the Kerby Triple? I can get as loud as she and I don’t care about none of the people here I need my money straight! They never called the waitress to explain it, So needless to say no tip for her! I still don’t understand it!

Great lunch food, great service! Waitress was very conscious to serve our little one first to keep her busy. We enjoyed a good meal with no issues! I had the Yero no onions!

Do not order online. I ordered online and when I arrived to pick up my food there was no service.but the guy at the first register told me to go to the pickup line. Stood around for about 5 minutes and finally someone attended me. My order was right there but yet I was missing my bacon and eggs. Spent an additional $5 for the extras and only received pancakes. Oh yeah and I went through the drive thru and no one answered on the speaker sat for a good 7 minutes and pulled off even the car behind me was tempted to just go inside. I go inside and everyone bundled up in a huddle like they all don't have work to do. A coworker told me that they had feel off but I had to see for myself. Never again will I attend that coney. Terrible.

I really wanted to like it. I just don't understand the 'Coney Island' hot dog in Michigan. I know the story. But it's a standard hot dog just like you'd get in a convenience store. Nothing special about it.
