-Can't go wrong with this choice in Beijing; Its a part of the Shangri-la group. |-Great service and effort by all the staff - Carnia at Check-in, Walton at breakfast stood out for us. |-linked to the Kerry center mall and to the China World Summit Mall - lots of additional options for food if you want to step out for food. |- not too far away from in-city attractions like Temple of heaven, forbidden city etc. |- Room quality is great; House keeping is prompt. |- Its a trusted brand and option |- Thy gym is very well equipped; Main Pool is heated but we didnt use it; kids pool was under maintenance.

Beautiful hotel. I had a standard room, but it was high end—very nice, quiet, comfortable. The room service was delicious. As an American, I had a bit of trouble using English both times I called room service, but on each occasion, the attendant went to get someone else to communicate with me. My point is not to complain, but rather show how attentive the staff is. The breakfast buffet was incredible. There were delicious options suited for about every culture worldwide. I also used the laundry service. My clothes were returned wrapped or on hangers, looking brand new. I highly recommend the hotel. You will be impressed. Thank you for the hospitality; I hope to return.

I am writing to express my disappointment with certain aspects of my recent stay at your hotel. While I found the cleanliness and general environment of the room acceptable, there were two significant issues that greatly affected my overall experience.||||First, the room was uncomfortably cold, and the heating system (or air conditioning) did not seem to provide warm air. This made my stay quite unpleasant, especially given the current weather conditions.||||More importantly, I was extremely disappointed with the service at the Executive Lounge. As a high-tier Diamond member, I expect a certain standard of professionalism and courtesy from your staff. Unfortunately, the attitude and service quality of the Executive Lounge personnel were far below acceptable standards. When I raised my concerns, they were dismissed without any effort to address or resolve the issues. To my surprise, I received no follow-up or response from the management afterward.||||As a loyal Diamond member, I value the relationship I have with your hotel brand, and it is disheartening to experience such a lack of care and respect. I kindly request that you look into these matters and take appropriate action to improve the service quality, especially in the Executive Lounge.||||I hope to receive a response addressing my concerns and explaining what steps will be taken to prevent similar issues in the future.

For many years, this hotel has remained one of the best in the world that I have ever stayed in. Everything is efficient and quick, and the staff are always knowledgeable and attentive. The services are excellent and prompt. The location is truly ideal, both for business and for going out in the evening. A hotel that I would always recommend without hesitation.

An excellent location, especially for people coming to Beijing on business, but also definitely suitable for tourism. The food is excellent, the pools, saunas, and baths are decent, the rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious, and the prices are fair and reasonable. One major downside is that for a hotel of such reputation, which hosts many foreigners, almost no one on the staff speaks English, making it difficult to get information. The staff is polite, but they should be sent to an intensive English course to make things easier for foreign guests. In any case, I plan to stay at the Kerry Hotel again on my next visit to Beijing!

From the marble floors everywhere this hotel was once a crown jewel but it is now run down. Service level could be improved e.g. no olive oil and vinegar found next to salad bar even though a card there clearly stated oil and vinegar dressing is there! It is still relatively clean.

Convenient location of the hotel. The front desk is polite and helpful. The highlight of the stay was the room service. We ordered double wagyu beef burger, that was super indulging and delicious 🤤😋. The hotel restaurant is really nice. Breakfast in the hotel is standard.

This hotel is very nice! The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and the facilities were complete. The staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast has a wide variety and tastes good. The location is convenient, with convenient transportation and many shopping and dining options. High cost performance, will choose to stay next time!
