Kerry Hotel Beijing

Can't believe we were staying in the same hotel as the British Prime Minister during his visit to China. It's definitely a smart choice. Great location with easy access to everywhere. Lots of choices for good food and wine within the complex and a covered walkway to malls, which is key during this freezing winter season. We stayed at the club floor which is highly recommended with made to order breakfast, snacks all day and a highly delicious buffet cocktail from 5:30 to 7:30pm where you could skip dinner. Everyone at the club floor is really helpful and nice. You will definitely feel pampered. Micheal, Ava with beautiful smiles and I forgot to ask for the name of the young lady in the morning shift who tried her best to help us with restaurant bookings plus all other requests. Bars are another highlight. Centro in the lobby with live music and we saw the prime minister there too. Another one is Vinotheque if you prefer something quiet. Wine selection is excellent at reasonable price. What's more, they gave 30% discount for bottles below RMB3000. Can't wait to come back.

Exceptional hospitality and the best stay in Beijing! ​I stayed at the Kerry Hotel for two nights from January 26th to 28th, 2026, and it was a truly heartwarming experience. From the moment I entered the room, the manager’s welcome message and cookies made me feel genuinely valued. ​Since I had to check out at 5:00 AM on the 28th, the hotel kindly prepared a breakfast box for us. I was so touched by this thoughtful gesture. I also want to mention the concierge staff—their English was excellent, and they were incredibly helpful not only in calling a taxi but also in explaining how to get back, which made our trip to Sanlitun very enjoyable. '​A special thank you' goes to the doorman on duty(Jan 27th around 5pm) when I returned from Sanlitun. I encountered a sudden internet issue and couldn't use Alipay. I only had a 100 RMB note, but he quickly sensed the situation and exchanged it for smaller bills so I could pay the taxi driver without any conflict. His quick thinking and flexibility saved the day, and I really hope he receives the recognition he deserves. ​The hotel’s Adventure Zone (kids' club) was also fantastic. The staff members positioned throughout the area kept my 7-year-old son safe, and the facility was clean and not overcrowded. It was definitely a highlight of the trip for him! ​The location is perfect as well. I could see all the major CBD buildings at a glance, and the view of the CCTV headquarters from my room was breathtaking. ​I will definitely choose Kerry Hotel again for my next trip to Beijing. It felt like every staff member was doing their absolute best to take care of the guests. Check-in was a bit chaotic as there was some confusion regarding my booking of two rooms, which led to a need for two keys. This was somewhat frustrating. However, the hotel itself was immaculate and very clean! I was impressed with the standard of the rooms, and the facilities were excellent. The pool was pristine, and the gym amenities were fantastic. The hotel matched the photos perfectly, and we had a lovely stay overall.For breakfast, we ordered room service. One room’s breakfast was satisfactory, but the other ordered two waffles and received pancakes instead. We brought this up at checkout, but the same lady who checked us in didn’t seem interested in addressing the issue and charged us the full amount despite their mistake.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in October. Our corner room was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and the front desk staff spoke excellent English. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food for breakfast and dinner. The hotel was well situated with an adjacent shopping mall and a short drive from tourist sites like the Forbidden City and Temple of Heaven.

Prime location and perfect for both short visits and long term stays. Both hotel and residence are highly recommended. Everything you need is right in the building which makes life so convenient, including a medical clinic, dental clinic, soft play area for kids, and a mall. Super practical and comfortable overall

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Nice and spacious room. Bathroom was amazing to use and had all the things you need if you would have forgotten anything. Breakfast was amazing. Such a beautiful restaurant and a lot of food choices. Bar was pricy but had a nice atmosphere. The hotel was close to the subway station.

The Kerry hotel was excellent and very upscale . It is in a great location, close to all transportation and attached to a huge. shopping mall. Almost all the front desk and concierge staff spoke excellent English. |We were with a tour group, but I would feel very comfortable booking it alone

Everything was great! Loved the hotel, housekeeping was awesome, staff friendly and helpful ! Would definitely recommend this hotel. Very convenient, connected to a huge mall via a bridge. The gym was huge and very well equipped as well. Will def stay here again
