I am writing to express my disappointment with certain aspects of my recent stay at your hotel. While I found the cleanliness and general environment of the room acceptable, there were two significant issues that greatly affected my overall experience.||||First, the room was uncomfortably cold, and the heating system (or air conditioning) did not seem to provide warm air. This made my stay quite unpleasant, especially given the current weather conditions.||||More importantly, I was extremely disappointed with the service at the Executive Lounge. As a high-tier Diamond member, I expect a certain standard of professionalism and courtesy from your staff. Unfortunately, the attitude and service quality of the Executive Lounge personnel were far below acceptable standards. When I raised my concerns, they were dismissed without any effort to address or resolve the issues. To my surprise, I received no follow-up or response from the management afterward.||||As a loyal Diamond member, I value the relationship I have with your hotel brand, and it is disheartening to experience such a lack of care and respect. I kindly request that you look into these matters and take appropriate action to improve the service quality, especially in the Executive Lounge.||||I hope to receive a response addressing my concerns and explaining what steps will be taken to prevent similar issues in the future.
