Kerry Hotel Pudong, Shanghai

We have been incredibly fortunate to stay at the Kerry. Originally, we had booked just one night as it was meant to be our penultimate evening in Shanghai before moving countries. Unfortunately, our flight was cancelled, and we were stranded for an additional two days.Joanna was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make a very stressful and emotional time much easier for us, kindly allowing us to remain in our original room with no extra charges. Her warm smile and genuine empathy at the front desk meant so much to us.Our children have loved their time here, the food has been outstanding, and the Club Lounge access has been a real treat.We are so grateful to Joanna and the whole team at the Kerry for turning what could have been a difficult situation into a memorable and positive experience. Thank you!

It was another wonderful stay at this hotel. Thanks to Catherine during check in and the helpful front desk staff Zoe and Bianca. We love the pool and jacuzzi and the room upgrade was a lovely surprise. My daughter loved walking around the garden and my son loved the kids’ pool. I always enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi. Lunch buffet was worth it. Looking forward to our next staycation.

The team at the Club Lounge was very good despite their very young age. Sandy, Steven and Yuki led the team well and everything was smooth.||||Special mention to Shirley, Wendy, Irene, Carat, Mary, Nicole, Tichy, Nora, Libby, Nila, Even, Bele, Felicity and Laimi also did well.||||The food is easily one of the best that I ever had in a lounge and I am really impressed by the Chef team of Kobe, Jay, Leo, Max, Healy, Simon, William and Ariel. ||||Thanks and hope to see them again.

The best gym and swimming pool. The breakfast is amazing. Room is clean and large. Staffs are super friendly and kind. You can see the oriental pearl tower.

Overall a great experience.  The room was lovely, though it was showing some age, could use a refresh.  Enjoyed the mini-bar, coffee, and water amenities.  Kerry Sports/Pool is very nice, but required swimming cap for kids, but did not provide any, which would have been helpful.  The area/atmosphere is very nice with the Kerry Parkside mall attached, makes it easy to just stay on the hotel grounds, if you just wanted to relax and not do anything for a couple of days.  Internet was easy to connect to, but did lose connection quite often.

Good Service. Nice team and staff we got. Helping hands for foreigners with patience. Helped a lot in booking taxis and local commuting. Food is ok to have, not a premium what we got. It was a buffet dinner by the event organizers. So we are not able to tell exactly about the Hotel Buffet. Items were ok to have, servicing was not perfect. They were tired within 1.30 hrs after starting the event. The event closed about 2 hours earlier than expected. No big rush. Parking we got a safe one. Shopping complex is available, but like a Luxury one. Above premium, we all had a costly ice cream there.

I was there on business trip with my staffs and family. Due to my request to put in an extra bed, the room was not big enough so the reception suggested a room upgrade with a small top up fee . We took up the offer as it was a special rate for SNIEC visitors and got one of the best rooms on the highest floor. It was a great suggestion. The hotel also has a shopping centre and plenty of foods were available there including Muslim food which is great for my Muslim staff.Proximity to SNIEC is amazing. Perfect for SNIEC exhibitors and visitors alike.We will surely choose Kerry Hotel Pudong again for future visits.

Super hotel- loved it! Room is spacious and they gave us extra bedding for the little one. Brilliant views of the city and park. Perfect for children, nice pool and playgrounds, loads of options for breakfast and three restaurants on site. Also a cool brew house on site too! Worth a staycation!
