Kerry Hotel Pudong, Shanghai

We had a wonderful stay at the Kerry Hotel Shanghai Pudong. The location was perfect for us — right next to the ChinaCoat Exhibition — and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and well appointed. |We had requested an early check-in as we were preparing for a major event and the front desk team took great care of us. Mandy, in particular, was extremely helpful and managed to arrange our rooms quickly and we greatly appreciated that. |Service throughout the hotel was excellent. Breakfast offered a variety of options, and every staff member we encountered was polite, attentive, and eager to help. We definitely recommend the Kerry Hotel.

Has there been a better team of customer service that I have encountered? If there was, Shelley's team would have been one of the top teams.||||Myself and my family had enjoyed themselves tremendously in Shanghai and a huge part was Kerry Hotel and Ms Shelley's attention to details about my preferences. ||||From the moment we arrived, Mary and Carat's service was heartwarming and cheerful. Steven, Shirley, Nicole took turns to make us really comfortable and solve my coffee addiction, despite the crowd from the nearby exhibition centre. ||||Food wise at the Horizon Club was awesome. Chef Andersen Shi even took time to make me a bowl of noodles in the style of his hometown. Ms Wen, the sous chef from the main kitchen was very helpful in preparing the noodles for my children. ||||Ms Deng Hua Ling of housekeeping was immaculate with her service and every night we returned to a tidy little palace. ||||Such gestures from the staff could only be done with the heart. Thank you Kerry Hotel Pudong for such a lovely experience!

The Kerry Hotel is a very family-friendly place to stay. It offers extra beds, a child-friendly swimming pool, and an add-on soft play voucher for children. This was my children’s favourite part of the hotel! The breakfast has a large variety of international foods, and I loved that you can get a coffee to take away. The staff were very friendly and even offered us a late check-out.

I must say, the service quality exceeded all my expectations for our wedding anniversary celebration.||Special thanks to Alexander, the General Manager, who exemplifies what it means to lead by example with commitment to customer satisfaction, demonstrating a genuine interest in the guests' experience.||Thanks Sierra and Lynn, the Duty Managers’ friendly demeanor and professionalism. And also, Gary, the Manager at The Brew, ensured we enjoyed our meals and suggested some fantastic local brews that we wouldn't have tried otherwise. ||Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone lookina for a memorable journey and I look forward to my next stay at Kerry Pudong.

Another typical Shangri La hotel, stayed here for a conference at the higher floors. Breathtaking panoramic view of Shanghai from the room, clean and spacious , lots of usb ports and even a bar. Access to executive lounge as well until 11pm. The large gym on 4th floor also has an amazing view, over a dozen treadmills facing the view. Not operating 24 hours thought. Breakfast buffet service was a little crowded but lots of local and international choices - even a nice Swiss Bircher museli. Typical Shangri La hospitality . Close to subway. Big park next door good for running. Will visit again

Her guidance added significant value to our stay, making us feel confident in upgrading our rooms with additional payment after she explained all the benefits of the upgrade. A great stay at Kerry Hotel Pudong. The king room had wonderful views of the business district and park, and the bed was very comfortable. The Executive Floor lounge (5:30-7:30 PM) is a huge perk—the drinks and buffet are so good you won't need dinner. The business centre kindly printed documents for free, and the service was professional everywhere, from the nightly turndown to the attentive housekeeping. The hotel has a lovely, signature scent. Highly recommended for business travellers.

Location is great if you’re going to a exhibition in SNIEC. 5 minute walk through the mall with a/c so you don’t get all sweaty. Rooms are cozy, bed is comfortable, the view I got from my room was astonishing. Breakfast is also great. Gym and pool are top tier as well. All around a great hotel and staff is very helpful and friendly.
