I’ve been shopping online from Kaiser Grocery Store for 2 years now and they never disappoint! Packing is always perfect and everything is super fresh. You can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

I don’t understand how they are so highly rated. Our order of mostly frozen foods was delivered without any insulation or ice packs. Simply tossed in a cardboard box and then spent the day outdoors in 90 degree weather. It was completely defrosted and unsalvageable.

Overall, a positive experience with fast, reliable delivery. Some things are more expensive than normal grocery stores so worth keeping an eye on prices. Only cons are that sometimes the produce is spoilt but they are good at refunds.

(02/21) Ordered but not sure if I will use again. The website says orders placed before 3pm will be delivered same day. I ordered because I needed something the same day. The receipt I got says order scheduled for deliver 2 days later. Very deceptive (02/27) Updating to four stars. The order was received later than expected, and there was some confusion about same day delivery but they were very responsive! The quality of the items delivered was excellent. All items have clearly marked expiry dates and were received nicely packed in box. Would use again!

The search box has all my items already populated.. add to basket, check out, boom … done in 10 min. I do want to emphasize that the shopping experience was seamless and the delivery was event free. Loved every aspect.

Product prices are high compared to market, also in some case if you do not pay attention their price reflects a common per lb but when the grocery you will realise its priced in each. Avoid if possible! Adding photo of price from a store and they charged 5.99 for one guava!

Absolutely unacceptable service! My order, which was supposed to arrive over a week ago, has now been declared lost after endless delays and false promises. I patiently waited after being told there was a "technical issue" and even trusted their assurance that it would be delivered by 11 PM last night. Now, they casually offer a refund as if that erases the frustration and inconvenience caused. This company has shown complete incompetence in handling orders and zero accountability in managing their processes. I wasted my time waiting and following up, only to be left empty-handed. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. If you value your time and sanity, look elsewhere!

I got my first ever Kesar grocery order delivered recently and my experience has been good. The order was delivered on time and delivery instructions were followed well. The order was neatly packed and all items I have unpacked as of now as fresh and of good quality.
