We went to Kesselhaus for my birthday lunch to celebrate my passion for food. It was my first Michelin star experience and I loved it!
I was amazed that the owners doggo kept us company, she was a really cute pupper! 😍
Chef honored all of my food restrictions and served us, himself, a 5 course lunch, made with passion and attention to the smallest details. All of the meals were exceptionally fresh and summery, I felt they were cohesive and thought through.
I'll never forget eating a dessert made with garlic, it changed my perception a lot. I loved chefs cheeky answer to my question why did he put garlic in a sweet dish, which won me over: why not?
