Nice restaurant in an industrial area. The industrial design is recalled in the restaurant. Good cuisine and well presented dishes. Service quite young and fidgety, time and experience will help. Slightly long the waiting between courses. Overall a positive experience.

We had a lovely dinner with Randy and Thayarni! The dishes were innovative with mastery of classical techniques and good and rich flavors and surprising but also with new and unusual taste combination. These were sometimes challenging, but we love being challenged a bit and learn something new as long as the techniques and quality is on point which was definitely the case here. The personality and vision of the chef was clear throughout the meal and there were several nice surprises in the wine menu as well. The service was attentive, warm and personal, just the right amount of informal. Will definitely come back when in Osnabrück next time!

We went to Kesselhaus for my birthday lunch to celebrate my passion for food. It was my first Michelin star experience and I loved it! I was amazed that the owners doggo kept us company, she was a really cute pupper! 😍 Chef honored all of my food restrictions and served us, himself, a 5 course lunch, made with passion and attention to the smallest details. All of the meals were exceptionally fresh and summery, I felt they were cohesive and thought through. I'll never forget eating a dessert made with garlic, it changed my perception a lot. I loved chefs cheeky answer to my question why did he put garlic in a sweet dish, which won me over: why not? Let your imagination run wild, thank you for the best restaurant experience in my life so far and wish you all the best! ❤️

Dined here with my mother on a very slow Saturday night, which already spelled trouble. We were seated outside (per request) in a small but fairly inviting area. Unfortunately I was plagued by many flies of various sizes throughout the dinner. Especially when the dishes arrived. Had I known, I would have requested to not be seated by the hedge. The food was ok but it did need more polish and thought and was quite inconsistent. For example we were served three finfish courses in a row (herring, trout, red mullet). Nothing wrong with using Sous-Vid as a technique but it did result in mushy textures on the chicken and the trout. Also at the cost of 149€ for 5 courses, I was certainly expecting more luxury ingredients. Wine pairing and overall service was fine. Overall, I got the sense of an ambitious but struggling restaurant that doesn't quite have the talent and experience behind the stoves to pull off a true 1 Star experience.

What a service by the owner. Everywhere fruit flies and then with a comment you have to put your hands on the wine Glas, with advice from the owner it will be fine. Made me feel like I’m on the streetfood somewhere getting a take way. One Michelin Standard restaurants was not given here.

Food was good but than the service was terrible by the owner ... we had some flyes coming to our food and drinks and having to ask her why there are so many... she responded that its the nature and that we should put our hands on the glass ... who says that in a michilinstar service?! As an owner of a restaurant, most and least thing is the customer service... A star to all the rest of the team who made the experience better.

Food and service was excellent. Zero complaints. It was a little expensive compared to similar experiences, but this is the price point where cost isn't a factor. Responding to earlier reviews: there were no fruit flies:p

Fruit flies everywhere, super annoying Michelin restaurant. A bad advice from the owner, you have to put your hands on the wine glas. And one site comment was „that’s the nature“.
