As sponsor it set the contest rules and judging criteria, required entrants to post original photos on Instagram or Twitter with a specific hashtag, and limited entries per platform; it also reserved the right to disqualify noncompliant submissions. The sponsor granted entrants a limited license to use its trademarks solely for contest participation while retaining broad, perpetual rights to reproduce, modify, display, distribute and sublicense submitted entries and to use winners’ names and likenesses for publicity. Prize fulfillment procedures, winner notification and required claim documentation, coupon distribution to the first 1,000 eligible entrants, and privacy and contest details were governed by the sponsor’s official rules and privacy policy, and a winner-list could be requested by mail to P.O.
