Key West Beach Club

The location is great, though it’s a bit far from the main events. If you have a bike or a golf cart, getting around is much easier. The views are nice, but the HOA is constantly working on projects, which makes it difficult to fully enjoy the property. During the summer, the pool shade was removed, leaving the pool practically unusable unless you were willing to sit under the blazing sun. The HOA manager was a bully, and some of the residents were overly intrusive, creating an unpleasant atmosphere for long-term stays. We rented unit 105 through Key West At Home Annual Rentals, and the experience was disappointing. They were rude, unhelpful, and made us feel extremely uncomfortable at the end of our seven-month stay, despite us taking excellent care of the home.

We didn’t stay here just walked the boardwalk to the end and saw the views and the natural area. Very nice!

Nice rental condo. Quiet with great view and nice pool and grill area. The beach can be a little smelly at times, but didn’t ruin the week.

Awesome condo. Everything you could ask for. Large rooms ,bathrooms and kitchen .Large patio looks right into ocean. Beautiful view . 2 pools workout room outside kitchen. Fantastic property

This was our second time staying at this complex. Its a quiet place, with two pools. The balconies are nice and wide, and are amazing places to spend the day watching the ocean waves, shrimp boats, kite and sail boarders, and jet skiers. Large, colorful iguanas joined us at the pool, but were more interested in climbing the fence to nibble the shrubbery than bothering us. Unit #304 in particular was stocked with paper plates, cups, garbage bags, and almost every other convenience we needed. We love this place and will continue to stay there when we can.

It is a beautiful beach and a view!!!

We stayed here for a week in a 2nd floor condo during one of the busiest weeks of the year (between Christmas and New Year's). The rental (through RentKeyWest Vacations) was very pricey (about 5K). The tough part of renting at Key West is whether to go close to town, or close to the beach. We went with the beach and I think it was a good decision. Though we had to get in a car to get to the restaurants and Duvall area, walking into your condo street-side, to look through and see swaying palm trees through the condo-width windows beach-side is worth the $. The condos are literally 30 feet from the water. The balconies are the entire width of the condo, with half the balcony attached to the main living area, and the other half attached to the master bedroom. The parking is very convenient, and there is a pool on each end of the small condos. It's a gated complex, so it feels very secure. Although they are not new, my rental (#204) was updated and well-decorated. It's also about a quarter mile to the stop of one of those hop-on, hop-off tourist trolleys, so you can get away without having a car as long as the trolleys are running, and there are plenty of cabs for later hours. Overall, very comfortable and beautiful accommodations.
