Google
This was our first visit to Key West Cafe, which is a cute, cozy spot for breakfast and lunch. On weekdays, there are different breakfast specials for $10.99 that include coffee. My husband and I enjoyed 2 pancakes filled with blueberries and plenty of bacon. The service was friendly, and coffee was quickly refilled.

Google
Cute place with a pretty mural on the building. The food tasted amazing and you could tell they used quality ingredients. We tried the stuffed French toast and key west eggs Benedict. What really stood out was their customer service. Every interaction they had with the people in the restaurant was genuinely enjoyable. They were super nice and helpful. Highly recomend this place for breakfast and cant wait to come back to try their lunch!

Google
The Gluten free pancakes are Amazing! This is our new breakfast spot! Corn Beef hash is great as well and there coffee is pretty good too, it doesn't taste like dirty dish water like most places down here!!!

Google
The food here was really good. I don't normally like eating out but this stuff tasted like homemade, which to me was a big plus. The lettuce and tomato on my tuna sandwich were fresh, and the food was tasty and the portion sizes were great. I haven't been crazy about the atmosphere in any of the places I've been to around here, but this place was not unpleasant; there was no blaring music you had to yell over or anything like that. All around a good experience.

Google
Decided to stop here for breakfast to go, as it's only a block from my condo. Very good food. Got a bacon and cheese omelet, with their home fries(btw seasoned perfectly). Definitely will be back on my vacation!

Google
A great place for breakfast, open year round. Try the Cajun omelette very delicious, as well as the garden omelette! Will repeat as we are here all week.

Google
Great little breakfast spot off the beaten path. The Key West Eggs Benedict was truly a work of art that melted in your mouth.

Bonnie Balmer

Google
We have been here twice. Both times menu items were very good. They definitely have perfected time for poached eggs. Server Dana was so personable. We requested her second morning.

Camille C.

Yelp
Cute little place. Good food, good coffee and a really nice, helpful waitress. What else could you ask for?

Chris K.

Yelp
Tried for the first time for breakfast on a Sunday morning in early February for a party of 6. I got the eggs Benedict. It was good and went well with their breakfast potatoes. I did deduct a star because the waitress wouldn't get any drinks until the entire party was present and said that was their policy.

Yelp
We're so glad we found this hidden gem in Wildwood (I say "hidden" because it's not on the boardwalk). Key West cafe is located on a corner street with ample side street parking. We were greeted and seated right away as we entered a cafe that was reminiscent of "old Florida". It made my day to see the fun decor and sunset mural on the wall. The menu had a lot of great breakfast and lunch options! I personally love eggs benedict so when I saw 5 different variations it was hard to pick which one to go with! I went with the Key West Benedict and had no regrets. My husband got a simple platter of scrambled eggs, tater tots and toast. My coffee cup was never empty and the waitress kindly hooked me up with a to-go cup of ice for some iced coffee on my way out! This is such a great community spot, we will definitely make it a point to come back again next time we're in Wildwood this summer!

Nicole W.

Yelp
Very wholesome place, pictures on the walls - definitely a "locals" spot. Food was great & very fresh. The seasoned potatoes were a must! Staff was welcoming & tentative - felt comfortable & like we were one of the regulars.

Alexandria R.

Yelp
We had breakfast here while visiting Wildwood for a few days and were very pleased! Service was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Food was also incredible! Highly recommend the "Key West Benedict."

Tim S.

Yelp
Small local year round cafe in the heart of downtown Wildwood. Delicious breakfast and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend if you're in the area. The employees are friendly and attentive. We'll certainly be back again.

Diane S.

Yelp
Cute beachy décor. Very nice and attentive wait staff. Not crowded. Parking was an issue, due to the meters. However, that seems to be the way in Wildwood, if a place does not have its own lot. Have to be sure to have a lot of quarters. Uncle Bill's across the street has their own lot, but we wanted to try somewhere different. My friend ordered a Spanish omelette which she thoroughly enjoyed. After much thought due to the many items on the menu that sounded great, I decided on the Corned Beef omelette. It was ok. Small pieces of corned beef mixed into the omelette. The amount of meat wasn't skimpy, but it was just kind of meh. I think they need to kick it up to a reuben omelette, adding kraut, swiss and dressing. My fault, not sure what I was expecting. Option of hot crispy tater tots was a definite plus, though! All in all, we'd go back if back in the area. Would try some of the other options that I had originally thought about. Looking at some of the delicious looking dishes brought out to other diners, definitely could have made a better choice.

Yelp
Wanted to try Key West since the day before. But we end up going somewhere else instead. Somehow I change my mind at the last minute. Maybe I should of just listen to my instincts the day before, bc I totally regret going there before leaving Wildwood. Key West is located on the corner of Pacific Avenue and Andrew's Avenue. There is only street meter parking available($2/hour). When we walk in, we waited a few minutes. One of the female waitstaff walk over with annoy attitude, I was like "what I do???" I just walk in. We sat anyway bc of the gr8 reviews on Yelp. The cafe looks cute with all the colorful decors on the walls. As we looked through the menu, a male waitstaff came and takes me and hubby's drink order. My daughter was there, he act as if she doesn't exist, didn't ask if she wants anything at all, huh??? His attitude were pretty pushy, like hurry the hell up kind of attitude. Food wise. I got the Sandy Beach Benedict, daughter got the Donald kids meal, and hubby got some hot cakes with cheesy scrambled eggs. My daughter ate most of her pancakes bc she was hungry, that's the good part. Hubby didn't like his meal at all. The pancakes look very fulfilling but.... Key West put some type of powder on their pancakes, which we wasn't aware of. I think my hubby's scrambled eggs look and taste so much better than KW. I don't know how they serve me eggs with a slab of half melted cheese on top. Last is my Sandy Beach Benedict. The only part I like is the poached egg and sauteed spinach. The rest MEH. Our waitstaff had offer to refill my coffee, but my cup remained empty for the rest of the meal. To Key West Cafe: we witness a argument between your waitstaffs, if they doesn't get along, it shouldn't played out when customers are dinning in. It looks bad for a establishment.

Yelp
A wonderful cafe with beach vibes. Great breakfast foods, I'm hoping to try lunch next year. Food is very good and everyone is friendly. Great family spot.

Christopher M.

Yelp
Great breakfast with outstanding service highly recommend this restaurant! Eggs Benedict was yummy

Michael T.

Yelp
I've been a regular at this place for the past two years, so I figured it was long overdue that I gave them my stamp of approval. I've had many dishes here and so far nothing has disappointed. Key West Cafe is a small intimate restaurant that serves both breakfast and lunch dishes. My favorite dishes there are the crab cake benedict, the pork roll, and their many pancakes. The serving sizes are very generous, the food is delicious, and the service is on point. As you can see, no complaints here

Veronica B.

Yelp
Breakfast was amazing! Great portions, cooked just as you like and everything was delicious! Friendly and prompt service are an added bonus. Sorry for the lack of photo as I was starving and couldn't wait to dive in! I'll definitely be back and then I'll add some photos!!

Sharmila K.

Yelp
Simple decor. Super friendly service. AMAZING meals! We ordered the Key West Benedict and Sweet Potato Hot Cakes. Hollandaise sauce was perfect and the combination of tomato and avocado was brilliant! Hot cakes were fluffy and delicious simply with a smattering of butter. Check them out!

Daniella M.

Yelp
Stumbled upon this place and almost did not stay due to a slight attitude from the busy manager but am very glad we did. Our waiter was polite and the food made up for any hiccups in the beginning. The home fries were yummy and seasoned perfectly. Portions were large and satisfying.

Caroline D.

Yelp
Pictures and reviews on google looked ok, but service was poor. Cashiers do not have proper etiquette. The lady behind the counter was complaining about a baby and muttered, "it's called birth control" as the sweet couple left. Food was mid. 0/10

Bridget R.

Yelp
the food was amazing but the service was not good. the waiter never came back after the food was served to refill drinks or ask if the food was okay. we would try to get the waiters attention but he walked around on his phone.

Maria B.

Yelp
Had a waffle with strawberries and an omelet, meat inside was so fresh and flavorful. All of the food was great, I was so excited to see they had tator tots!! Service was awesome as well, she was so sweet and helpful. Clean restaurant and cute environment!

Brielle P.

Yelp
Really great food filled me and my family of two up perfectly. The home fries were amazing and the eggsbendict was to die for.

Rusty C.

Yelp
Really fast service on an off-season Sunday morning. Good food, good price. Recommended by a nearby hotel manager.

Jaclyn M.

Yelp
Eggs Benedict and Bacon, Egg, and cheese on rye bread with crispy breakfast potatoes. Delicious, reasonably priced, and friendly staff.

Donna G.

Yelp
Food was fair. Ordered over easy eggs but they came over medium. Service was very slow. Won't be going back!

Sara S.

Yelp
I usually visit wildwood in the off season and it's hard to find a good place to eat at, but once I found this place I didn't have look much further. I really like the tropical theming of the cafe. I also liked the coffee a lot there. I ordered the crab cake Benedict and I really liked it. I'm a little disappointed I didn't come here the morning I was leaving town just for one last bite.

Colleen C.

Yelp
Our second visit to the Key West Cafe for breakfast. Everything was wonderful. Vege omelet, pancakes, eggs, and chipped beef! Atmosphere was nice and reasonably priced.

Michelle G.

Yelp
The wait staff is incredible. They are hard working and you can tell it is family run. We were seated right away on a Sunday morning and our food came quickly. Portions were a nice sized and we left full and happy. What more can you ask for?!

Jona R.

Yelp
The best hidden breakfast gem in ww .... Been eating here since i was a kid ... Will continue

Ben C.

Yelp
I left a 2-star review years ago but have changed my mind about this place after trying many others in the WW area. Sure, it could stand a little updating, but the food and service are good and breakfast prices more reasonable than just about any other area place, yet the pancakes and omelettes are great. The home fries are crispy, not gloppy and greasy like some places. Great for year-round residents.

Jennifer S.

Yelp
We had breakfast here before our ride home today, this place had fast service, great food, amazing staff and a very family oriented atmosphere, we are sorry we didn't go here sooner! Best service and food we had our whole stay! The owner was our waitress, she was very welcoming and attentive! Please stop by and have a good breakfast or brunch here, tell the owner we said hi and thanks for the tip to not but ice in our OJ!

Jennifer S.

Yelp
Cute little breakfast spot with friendly people and good breakfast. We had a Phillips cheesesteak omelette, OJ, and a double pork roll egg and cheese on a roll. It was all tasty and fresh.

Lisa P.

Yelp
This is one of the best spots for breakfast near the convention center side of wildwood boards. We come to wildwood every year and once we saw line for uncle bills and we came over on other side of street to try this place and we were pleased! We came back this year and all of us liked our food and with the 8 of us it's hard to please everyone but this is a go for us now! Pancakes yum, crab cake Benny delish, and bacon crisp and scrumptious

Joseph J.

Yelp
Great Breakfast and Lunch ! Service is above and beyond good! Gina, Stephon and Jaki and just super friendly and treat you like family The Key West Eggs Benedict is just amazing!!!

Robin A.

Yelp
Love this cafe! Been coming here for years in the Summer! Nicole was amazing and so kind! We had the Big Daddy so delicious and amazing prices!!

Chelsea O.

Yelp
We love key west cafe! We enjoyed it so much the first time we came that we ended up coming back a second day in a row. Our service was great. We had coffee to start, which was very good. My boyfriend had the big Stevie omelet, which he thought was fantastic! I had a cheddar cheese omelet which was also very good. We both had the home fries, which were great. The seasoning on them was amazing! The portions were also a great size. We will definitely be back at key west cafe next time we are down the shore!

Barbara Ann V.

Yelp
This restaurant was excellent. It is a friendly, They give you amazing food and they don't skimp on the food and the quality is great. They offer many different sides with you main dish. I totally recommend this place for breakfast or lunch. It is open all year round and us full time residents eat here.

Brian A.

Yelp
Of all the years coming to Wildwood this was the worst food experience ever. I went with friends today and we all ordered omelettes. Mine was very overcooked and severely dry. The same with the potatoes - being so incredibly dry. I couldn't eat it and sent it back. So I got scrambled eggs and bacon. The bacon actually smelled rancid. The waitress did remove my meal from the bill but unfortunately I left without eating and still hungry.

Cory K.

Yelp
Key West Cafe is a friendly local cafe, located just a couple blocks off the boardwalk on Pacific Avenue in Wildwood. The decor is fun and welcome, and the owners and staff are friendly and go out of their way to May you feel welcome. The food shines here, with their daily specials or off their extensive menu there is something for everyone! A great way to start the day us breakfast at Key West Cafe and a still on the beach. Be sure to try one of their popular specials Nona Lisa's pound cake French toast, the $3.22 special or the out of this world homemade chili. Go and enjoy!

John L.

Yelp
The eggs Benedict muffin was too thick in depth. It tasted like there was uncooked dough in the middle. The potatoes were good and the sweet iced tea was good. The service was pretty good.

Rachel H.

Yelp
I love this place, it's my go to for breakfast in Wildwood. I just wish they'd be more careful about putting sesame seeds in their home fries. My two year old is allergic, and it didn't say that there are sesame seeds in the home fries anywhere on the menu.

Casi M.

Yelp
Food was decent, I got a cheese omelette that wasn't fully cooked, the eggs were a little runny. My waitress was wearing her mask so low I could see her mouth while she talked, that did not make me feel safe. The tables are really close, not 6 feet apart.

Danielle C.

Yelp
Good breakfast place overall, but not amazing. We got the eggs Benedict and stuffed French toast. Both were good but didn't stand out. Service was ok, server seemed unhappy and wasn't very friendly. Place was hot and didn't seem to have AC.

Johanna K.

Yelp
Best breakfast we had while visiting the area for a week. We went back twice afterwards, and our waitress was the nice girl with a foreign accent. Awesome service and it was fun for our toddler to watch the people pass by, we sat outside. Definitely recommend!!

T P.

Yelp
We love this little BYOB -- the food is good and it's a very relaxed environment. HOWEVER, today we were greeted by a bus boy, maybe 12-14 years old wearing a "trump 2020" mask. It is completely inappropriate for any staff of a retail or food establishment to display a political insignia. It is off putting, offensive, and unwelcoming. I wanted to leave before we sat down but my fiancé talked me out of it. Don't bring politics into dining. Really disappointed in the Key West Cafe's judgment. It is not OK.

Dave R.

Yelp
Really good breakfast and sandwich spot. Open year round and populated by the locals who know good food. Key West has great service with wonderful servers. Sandwiches and Cheesesteaks are good, they come with heaping mounds of crinkle cut french fries. Coffee is really good too. I wish they were open later but I get the luncheonette appeal.

Anthony I.

Yelp
Homey little breakfast spot located in North Wildwood. The owner is always running around, making sure you are enjoying your meal and that everything is okay. I customized an omelette, and it was very good. My gf got the chocolate chip pancakes and they were massive and possibly the best we have ever had. Coffee is okay, would like an iced coffee option (not a fan of hot over iced). Overall; check this breakfast spot out if you are ever in Wildwood

Craig P.

Yelp
Breakfast was great. Wasn't crowded or long wait like other spots. Prices were gray for the area. Service was good and I really liked the coffee.

Kenneth M.

Yelp
Visited here this past Mother's Day for breakfast. Although it was a busy day for many restaurants this establishment did a good job at getting customers in and out without having you feel rushed during the process. We were seated in less than 10 minutes upon arriving. The food was delicious! I got the hot cakes and home fries while my girlfriend got the French toast. We were both stuffed with the huge portions we were given but couldn't help to finish almost all of it because it was so good. Large menu selection, and our waitress was very friendly and patient with us as we ordered. The entire atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. We would definitely come back here on our next visit. Can improve on: Have guests wait for tables outside or in a different location. They crowded the front register and it was difficult to move around to wait or pay for food. This was also the same location to go orders had to wait.

Jennifer D.

Yelp
A great breakfast. Happy to have found during the off season. Friendly staff and good food!

Gizem S.

Yelp
While searching for places to eat breakfast, we came across this place online and decided to grab a bite to eat. Outside seating was nice and service was good as well. They have a cute kids menu and I enjoyed my French toast very much. My husband got an omelette and I think he enjoyed it as well. Would recommend this place definitely.

Colleen D.

Yelp
Consistent food eat in or take out. Food is always good and take out has always been correct. Hard working people who appreciate your business. One of the best in Wildwood

Pasquale D.

Yelp
This was our second breakfast comparison during our visit to Wildwood and it's a good breakfast/lunch restaurant. The restaurant is a good choice but has limited seating outside on the sidewalk. I was happy to see they kept it available so we took advantage of it quickly. I had "The Mess" and it was very good and flavorful my wife had stuffed French toast and she was not disappointed. The menu is good with plenty of options. Service was good so overall a good experience. My son had a chickenparm sandwich no comments on his choice of food but he said it was good.

Aiyana E.

Yelp
I picked up food here for my boyfriend and I. As he's eating he finds a hair and we weren't that mad about it because it was one but as he's eating he finds MULTIPLE hairs in his French toast. I figured I was fine and that it was just his platter until I pick up the other half of my bagel sandwich I find many hairs at the bottom of my platter. He called them back and told them that we don't ever call back about food but in this case we had to because it's disgusting. We told them that we were at the beach and we are on vacation. They closed at 2 and we wouldn't make it so they said we could bring our food in tomorrow. We come in the next day and the lady was RUDE and was telling us there wasn't hair and you could clearly see it. I also had photos. Then on top of it she kept giving us attitude and telling us that we ate most of our food. I was literally eating my food when I found the hair and stopped eating it once I seen it. The same thing happened to my boyfriend, he was eating food and finding hairs and he thought maybe it was just the one piece. The lady then said she was going to call the cops because we wanted our money back not for them to make us more food. They even made it like it wasn't a big deal we were coming the next day. Never have I been treated so nasty and disrespectfully. Us being black people too, of course they wanted to call the cops. Then her saying that we don't have money... we aren't broke and we NEVER had to do this before. This place is RACIST & DISGUSTING!!! I will never eat here again!
