My family and I stopped at Keys for breakfast over Memorial Day weekend. There was no wait, but the place was busy! They were able to seat 5 of us right away and got our drink orders. They have an awesome little bakery counter and coolers with soups and take out hot dishes - we didn’t need any of this after our meals but it was nice to see. I ordered the Cajun Breakfast and the portion was huge and so so delicious. My fiancé ordered the biscuits and gravy and his brother got the Eggs Benedict. All delicious. Not pictured, but my daughters both got pancakes (shaped like Mickey Mouse) with whipped cream and m&ms and sides bacon. The pancakes are enormous and really really tasty! We highly recommend Keys to anyone and everyone! They also have meatless options.

My cousin and I had a delightful meal at Keys Cafe. Our server was phenomenal! The food was delicious. The bakery case looked amazing and the items we tried were quite tasty. The walkways between seats are a bit narrow. It would be tricky to navigate a wheelchair to the restroom or further into the restaurant. Otherwise it's a charming place. I'm looking forward to dining again. Thank you!

So, lunch today was a real adventure. We strolled in around 11:30, and the place was jumpin'! Luckily, the hostess was a total rockstar and got us seated in no time. Our server was top-notch, and we chowed down on some seriously tasty grub, including a cinnamon roll that'll haunt my dreams. Those blueberry pancakes? Yeah, they were enormous. We'll be back, no question.

Great food here and service too! Sometimes there is a bit of a wait and parking lot is busy. But worth the weight. Breakfast is amazing and always prepared perfectly and comes out fairly fast too . Wait staff are friendly and check in often. Good atmosphere too. Can be a bit loud but able to hear and talk with out raising the voice at least. Also the bakery and rolls are really good!!! Definitely worth checking out Key's has it right

Keys Cafe is an iconic St Paul restaurant. I haven't been in any of their locations since 1992, when my mother's husband bought me breakfast at the Robert Street location. Though much has changed since then, from the prices on the menu to the grey hairs on my head. Other things, however, have not; like the quality of the food. The proprietors should be proud. We have dined at many places, from rubbing elbows at some local dives to raising our pinkies while we tip our cups with the upper crust. That menu I can say is good. Comfort food at its finest. The portions are spot on. Save us a table, we will be back.

A casual dining space with a relaxed atmosphere. We had hot chocolate and 2 types of pies which both tasted good. Price was reasonable. Will definitely pay another visit to try their breakfast and lunch menus. I know this franchise has few other locations around the twin cities.

What a dainty Cafe and bakery! Felt like I was back in my grandma's house with all the warm feels. Loved the vibe, the baked goods, and the staff.

Avoid Keys Cafe in Roseville — Especially If You Value Basic Hygiene and Respectful Service. I typically go to Marty’s Deli for breakfast, but since they were closed on Easter, I decided to try something new. Big mistake. I ordered takeout from Keys Cafe in Roseville and was disgusted to find two long black hairs in my food. Completely unacceptable — I had to throw the entire meal away, and unfortunately, my family ended up without breakfast on Easter morning. When I called to report the issue, the manager casually brushed it off by saying, “Well, that’s the cook’s hair but they’re wearing a hairnet, which is all that’s required. These things happen.” No apology. No accountability. Just a dismissive shrug. He vaguely offered to mail a gift card, but never asked for my name or address. So I drove back to the restaurant with the food in hand, showed them the hair (and my bald head to make it crystal clear it wasn’t mine), and requested a refund. Instead, I was handed a couple of discount coupons — nowhere near the value of the meal I paid for but couldn’t eat. To make matters worse, when I first picked up the order, staff mistook me for a DoorDash driver and treated me like an inconvenience. Between the unsanitary food, the dismissive attitude, and the complete lack of customer service, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.
