I live in the Valhalla subdivision in Middleton. We’ve had AMI since just about inception and have gone through a couple of AMI personnel that supposedly was representing our subdivision. Neither one of the previous staff representatives would answer emails or phone calls. AMI is now Keystone Pacific and we have a new representative by the name of Shelli Bartlett. I thought here we go again another useless company person that represents us. I couldn’t have been so wrong. She is by far the best company staff member who actually has our subdivisions best interestsat heart. Like many subdivisions around here, irrigation pump issues are about #1 on the list of problems. Shelli jumps on these issues speedily and efficiently like no one ever did. I hope her company appreciates her because I certainly do. I’m not the easiest person to deal with and want things fixed now. She does whatever it takes to get this done. Thank you Shelli for taking care of us.

Been dealing with AMI Bridgetower management. If I could, I would rate it a negative star. I have uploaded pictures to show what goes on. AMI has a disregard for property fire safety, electrical safety (High voltage transformer and other service hub panels) and the personal safety of homeowners while saying that this is acceptable. When asked about chemical storage with no placards posted or warnings, AMI said it was safe even though the storage site is not even 30 feet from my kitchen where I prep my food. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) or Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemicals that are stored in this pump house location need to be provided to homeowners. They allow contractors working in other subdivisions to store their equipment while leaving trash, gas cans and beer cans everywhere and making it look like a trash dump or county landfill. There's a blatant disregard for safety with all types of service panels in this area. There's no way that this place would pass fire inspection, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) or Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) inspection. I have 30 years in the armed forces and work in industrial maintenance and construction. I would not recommend this management service firm. Update as of 15MAY2024 New update after talking to AMI. The contractor has cleaned up the area around the pump house. I have uploaded new pictures to show how the site looks now. Very Respectfully, John

Impossible to work with! This property management company has made our community a very negative environment to live in. They have created problems within our community that did not exist in the past and have openly recommended to neighbors to contact them to rat each other out for parking, pets, leaves, etc. When complaints are made, photos taken of the Homeowners after openly recommending an environmental of neighbor against neighbor, they hide behind it, and claim their policies are protecting the community. All they are doing is creating division that was never needed, and problems to justify to the HOA board the reasoning for their need to pay for their services. Our community manager Chanelle has deliberately held our payments, stating she is holding them in a file, and tried to silence our concerns multiple times while hiding behind complaints and trying to promote and protect her image while claiming no one has issues, especially in regards to community safety and protection of children. Families and parents have every right to be concerned of our children and safety in the neighborhood. This has to stop, and if you are considering using this company or this neighborhood manager, prepare for problems that didn’t exist before, and neighborhood division caused by the company with no accountability while blaming the HOA board and homeowners in the neighborhood. Children, families and safety are very important!! And they will treat you as a policy rather than a person!!

They took over our HOA and raised the price. They said they will continue to raise it. Looking at the budget they are spending $1000 on landscaping… We have gravel and trash none of which has ever been picked up or taken care of. $600 for their website? The list of waste goes on and on. Terrible company!

Highly recommend Association Management. I visited on April 24th to turn in my ACC form. I requested to speak with the community manager and was taken back to speak with Courtney. I went over the pictures of my project and explained everything to her. She was super kind and professional! She informed me of the process time and informed me of the community email. The unexpected surprise is I received the confirmation that my project was approved about 24 hours later. Thanks so much!

I was raised in Idaho, living on a homestead for several years before moving to Idaho Falls in my teens. I retired in 2012 from the Alaska Oil and Gas Industry, as an Engineer. I then moved between Idaho and Arizona as my mom's primary caretaker until 2016. My son and I bought a site and had a house built in 2017 in Blackhawk subdivision, where we both continue to live. We are both private pilots out of Caldwell airport. I love living in this valley and this subdivision. I look forward to serving as a board member.

Tami & Mark, the Community Managers, have been really lovely to work with from the day we moved into our neighborhood. We have had multiple house projects that have required their attention & approval. They are both punctual in communication, kind in responses & put the needs of the community first. Each interaction we have had with them has been very professional & you can tell they have a genuine care for our community. I have really appreciated their faithful commitment & am grateful for their hard work!

I have had great interactions with AMI, predominantly with Mark and Tami. They have done a great job managing our community with proactive communication to the homeowners. Whenever something urgent has come up I have noticied in the community, they have been extremely responsive. I have emailed their team at 7pm on a Sunday evening and received a response within 5 minutes. Truly incredible committment to our community. Everyone on their team has been patient, kind, curteous, and profeessional in all interactions I have been a part of. Thank you for your hard work!
