Placed an online order and waited in store. During the wait, multiple customers who arrived after me received their orders, with the drive-through clearly being prioritised. I asked staff several times for an estimated time and was repeatedly told it would be “soon,” despite seeing freshly prepared orders being handed to other customers.
After approximately 30 minutes, I asked to speak with the manager. I was told they would check on the order, however they did not return. When the food was eventually provided, staff attempted to include chips that had been sitting for a significant period of time.
Once home, I also discovered the order was incomplete.
