KFC

The food use to be very good but it has changed to smaller portions and worse food. I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, mashed potatoes and the chicken tender meal. I also ordered pickles and mayo on my sandwich but got no pickles or mayo and no fries. The chicken for the sandwich was dry and over seasoned and super small on the buns. The tenders were okay but also dry and small. The drinks I ordered were flat. Please do better.

LITERALLY THE BEST KFC IVE EVER BEEN TO! Hands down the BEST KFC I’ve ever ate anything from. •Customer service is super friendly, I’ve called with an issue before and was well respected and treated so kindly and they truly do care and you can tell that they do care about you as a customer and that goes a long way with me. •Food Quality is top tier. I have never had a SOFTER BISCUIT FROM ANYWHERE ELSE BUT AMORY MISSISSIPPI KFC. Every time I order anything from here it’s hot, fresh, made correctly, and delicious. •KFC APP- Their app is super easy to use and I love using my FREE FOOD rewards. I’ve never had any issues at all with using the app or ordering from the app. Anytime I have a free reward or discounted item it’s made exactly how I ordered it. Overall, I can say for certain if you LOVE KFC please give this KFC a visit! You won’t regret it! 💓

I went to KFC in Amory ms and i just got the regular 2 pc combo meal, and when i tell you this chicken was so greasy i felt like i was about to throw up i mean it… i felt like i was eating this most unhealthiest thing ever. And the service this lady gave us was horrible she was so rude yanked the money out of our hands and was so rude over the intercom. Come here if you want to get yelled at… it used to be so great.

Our favorite place to eat anytime passing through! Food is always fresh and delicious, served by an attentive staff. Manager is always courteous and helping everyone. Everything feels clean and well kept! Happy tummies for all of our crew!

When I go eat at a KFC, my expectations are usually low as across the franchise, service is usually awful and the restaurants are dirty. HOWEVER - this KFC location has got to be one of the best in the country. It is usually clean. Service is great. Food is awesome. I'm not sure what their secret is, but I will drive past the KFC in Fulton (which is terrible) just to dine at this one in Amory. Kudos to the managers and the team members!

Always a great meal at KFC of Amory! Fresh biscuits, delicious hot chicken, and my favorite coleslaw! Clean restaurant and friendly service makes for a great experience!

DO NOT waste your time here at this KFC/Taco Bell Purgatory. I'm thankful for freshly prepared food, but staying parked in front of the building for over 30 minutes waiting on your food (a typical box meal)while watching everyone else receive theirs is a horrible way to spend an afternoon. My wife finally went inside to get our money back and found all of the employees except for one talking and goofing off behind the counter and in the kitchen. They need to start back at square one, firing all current employees other than the one who took pride in her work, then hiring an all new staff. At least the cinnamon twists were decent.

girl at window was speaking loudly at us while simultaneously talking to the car infront of us. when she told us to pull up we asked "us?" because she was taking to the other people with the mic on which caused confusion. she yelled "YES YOU SIR". Then when we got to the first window she was taking the order of the car behind us while we paid for our food and proceeded to tell the person "yes pull up retard" very unprofessional and just rude in general. embarrassing to have someone at the window dealing with customers.
