KFC

I ordered for delivery, waited longer than usual because I understand it’s New Year’s Eve. My driver gets there to pick it up, and the employee tries to tell them I never placed one. So then he puts me on speaker and then the employee tells me that they’re too busy to make it and I need to cancel the order. I would have waited longer because I UNDERSTAND it’s busy for the holiday, but to not even bother??? 2 hours before close?? That’s what got me. No sorry, no nothing. Just tells me to cancel and tells the driver to leave. Don’t accept the order if you can’t fulfill it.

Food was what you’de excpect but had a almost $27 dollar order and didnt recieve any of my sauce or any of my 4 biscuits and it was pick up. Couldnt do anything 48 hrs later even w receipt but whatever, still sucked since we were the only ones there upon pickup. -100/10 wouldnt recommend and useless service

Went through drive thru, was easy. Asked for my simple #12 order. Tried the cherry poppers. Fresh and tasty sweet. Chicken fillet was warm and nice. Ordered sum cake and got a whole cake💯😅🤣

the lady at the counter was rude and very short with us. The other staff member was the same. not friendly at all. The lady that took our order was very short and no smile and was hurrying us. they weren't busy at all...

Went at 10:20 to order my comfort food when I don't feel good (a famous bowl) the store closes at 11. The dude working the drive through seemed to be irritating. Then said they were out of nuggets so couldn't make them. Now y'all close at 11, and I work at a place broasting chicken and know that little tiny nuggets only take about 6/7 minutes to make tops. That's laziness at it's finest. Your hours are 11... Make food until then.

We walked in today. Everything was immaculate smelled clean and looked great. The front counter service was with a smile and excellent great attitude. The food tasted wonderful. We had chicken nuggets, biscuits, mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. All was done to perfection.

I stopped and picked up KFC this evening and was very disappointed. I paid for the 12 PC meal and they gave me an 8 piece bucket. Then I asked for original and all dark meat and waited an extra 7 mins for it to cook. They gave me original and crispy and a mix of white and dark. This was very disappointing

Best KFC ever. Staff was very friendly and place was very clean. Great food, great staff, and it makes you feel like you are in a very comfortable environment. Super awesome KFC. Come in and eat. Food is fantastic. Everything here is fantastic! Definitely a must !

I think KFC is slipping a bit. The chicken portions and flavors, textures are just not the same as they once were. KFC needs to overhaul their business plan. This might be because of all the chicken competition these days. Chick Fil A and Popeyes are my favorites.

I love kfc but today my husband and I were extremely disappointed with this location. 8 pieces looked disgusting, like no one cared. The poor bird looked like it had been in a fight and lost.

Chicken was very dry and old, Not at all what I usually get. When you order two pieces of chicken and a leg and I wing and a drink and it's seven dollars you expect it to be fresh.

Not a bad location. Recently had a facelift. Place looks much better. The service is usually quick and the food is what you'd expect. Nothing bad, nothing too great. As expected.

I'm from Gresham Oregon, and currently training at CRST. This location has high levels of customer service, 10 times better than your location in Gresham. I got the combo 2, it was delicious, perfect grease amount, chicken was crispy to perfection, and the biscuit was phenomenal! Keep up the AWESOME work!!

Good chicken, fast service, friendly staff. Good place for a quick meal. The staff here is always friendly and the chicken is delicious

Got a 10 piece dark meal yesterday at 4:22 pm and when I got home the chicken looked like it was leftover from lunch!!! It looked overcooked and was tough!!! I would have taken it back but I don't live that close to this KFC. Ate what we could but ended up throwing half of it away! I would not recommend this place if you want fresh cooked chicken!

KFC is great chicken. The drive through does a great job getting everything ready fast and accurate. Original chicken is my favorite.

I can't get enough of this place we ordered a 16pc. Chicken, 4 Large Sides, 8 Biscuits and I so love mac and cheese with the mashed potatoes and gravy. We was so hungry

I went to this kfc for dinner around 7pm 5/24/21. I ordered a 3 piece meal box with 2 sides biscuit and drink. They asked if I wanted regular or extra crispy chicken. I said extra crispy. I got my food at the window and everything went well. I went home to eat and pulled apart the chicken breast. The breading was RAW. Literally pasty mush for breading.... and THIS is the extra crispy?!?! I can't imagine was the regular chicken looks like. I ate some of it. The chicken made me feel a little nauseous. Also, I opened the sides and those were disappointing too. The containers were already small af for the price but for them to fill them half way..... wtf are you guys doing.... I payed $11 for this shit. I put the rest in the fridge but I'll probably end up throwing it away. Thanks. I'll never go back to this location. Not worth the money.

The best place to get fried chicken in town the biscuts are always warm and fresh the green beans are tasty and the mashed potatoes are to die for would it would not be far off to say this is the best fast food in Cedar Rapids! :)

Came here for the $10 bucket of wings. They said they did not have wings since Feb. wtf. Your front posters state it. This yelp page says they have wings. Your web site. Every time I have stopped here this place has been below average service!!! You main item is chicken. How in the hell can you be out of wings!!!!! Since Feb? that is 9 months you f ing morons!!

Employees don't know basic math at this location. Go here once in awhile and 3 times in a row have been shorted on food. The most recent, I ordered a 3 pc chicken dinner and only got 2 pieces.
