KFC ChinaTown Point

As expected when visiting a fast food joint in Singapore. Limited service. Ordered on the 2-devices available at the door. Free seating.. there's one wash basin at this outlet. Food was alright. We went for the Spicy Crispy version and it was OK.. no chicken breast this time.. just the thigh region and a drumlet. The mashed potato is good.. no lumps and moist. The coleslaw is better than expected. The fries.. cannot beat MacDonald's. Soda drinks are self-service and my ice lemon tea are prepared in the kitchen. Quick dinner before dessert. Nothing to shout about.

Been going to this KFC for some time. The coleslaw is mostly too dried. Staff are generally not so friendly understandably as only fast good restaurant and high volume during lunch time. Waited for half an hour for stacker. A man (with tinted hair) from the back end came to counter and heard the missing burger and he did nothing at all. The front counter ladies appeared to be in fear to push the back people for missing order. Not until an Indian dude came over and I complained then the burger was made. Something is very off with all these.

This is one of the slowest kfcs here. They are very slow. Queues of 1h to 2h are normal during lunchtimes. The situation 2 years ago and presently have no improvements. The staff are slow and "bochup" even when they see a big group of customers going up to the counter because they have been waiting 30 mins or longer. It is bad to the extent that you hear customers demanding for refunds because they have waited longer than 60 mins. You are better off ordering delivery from this outlet

Bought the new shiok package that should consist 10 chicken & 12 nuggets. So sus when i open the boxes in my seat that located exactly in front of the register, a staff member running to approach us, took the box from my hub hand and said she only put 8. And rushed back to give us the 2 and acted weirdly. We didn’t think that the nuggets also problematic, because we did take away, turned there only 10 not 12 🙄 the mac&cheese taste so sour i literally spit it out. Like they pour a bottle of vinegar inside. Never want to eat KFC again in SG.

Tried kfc for first time in a while because of the KFCxBuldak promotion. Buldak loaded fries were good because of the sauce only - the fries were extremely stale and almost certainly they should have prepared a fresh batch. Kimchi coleslaw was flavourless too and not what I expected at all. The Buldak double down was good, but prepared very messily. Chicken was lukewarm.

I ordered 2 x 6 pieces Lychee Mochi egg tarts, and guess what, all the tarts do not have mochi inside. From my understanding, it either normal flavoured Portuguese egg tarts or this Lychee Mochi Egg tart. But what I get is Lychee flavoured egg tart without the Mochi. 😂😂😂 I also don’t know it’s a pro or cons. The price I paid is for Lychee Mochi egg tarts btw. lol. 😂 FYI KFC. There are a lot Fried Chicken outlets better than yours, and even more delicious than yours. Looking at the negative reviews island wide, if u maintain this kind of service and standard, your presence will become insignificant in SG.

Only 1 serving staff with pending 30+ orders and 20+ customers crowding at the counter. 30mins of waiting and my order number is still not on display screen yet.

One of the worst KFC....order comes out, no number display anywhere, the male server never call out number, just kept putting out orders. Everyone's confused and it's a guessing game which order is who's. You want implement a system like Mac, make sure you can do it as well as others....No wonder other fried chicken fast food chain eating your lunch, and dinner. At least the lady server sees others confused will start to call out number. Goodness, at least have a screen that shows number instead of looping senseless videos that don't make any sense lah.
