I placed an order online via the KFC app. When I arrived at the KFC location, I got in line at the drive in and then advised that I had a mobile order. The KFC person said I have to come into the restaurant to pick up my order. It does not state on the KFC app or anywhere else that I have to pick up a mobile order inside the restaurant. I have mobility issues which is why I ordered on the app and ahead of time so that my order would be ready in a reasonable amount of time. I went inside the restaurant and it was filthy. Food and napkins on the floor. Tea spilled all over the counter. I stood at the counter for over 15 minutes and NOBODY ever greeted me. I called out to someone for assistance and a short hispanic lady laughed at me. Finally, she came to the counter and asked what I needed. I told her that I placed a mobile order and gave her my name. Another 10 minutes passed and she brought an order to the counter and just left it. She never called my name. There were others waiting for their food as well. I checked the back and the ticket had my name on it so I assumed it was my order. When I got home and checked it and it was completely the wrong order. I tried calling the restaurant later but nobody would answer the phone. This location is HORRIBLE. KFC Corporate needs to get this location under control.

THIS IS THE WORSE KFC IN THE DALLAS METROPLEX!! Before going to work (i ride the bus and it only runs every hour) I had a friend run me to KFC for a few chicken strips to eat right them and a famous bowl for my lunch!! 1. When we made it to the window the young ghetto boy yells are we breaking hundreds today? And was told no! 2. We asked for napkins and plastic wate and was told they were out that the truck hadn't come yet!! 3. The chicken straps were OVERCOOKED and hard! 4 & 5 . The Famous bowl was missing the CORN and the potato tasted like INSTANT potatoes that weren't mixed well and unreasoed. 6. & 7 I called kfc multiple times that day and for the next 2 days. On the 3rd day of calling someone answered and then hung up on me when I asked to speak to the manager! So 8-10. I ended up going in there almost a week later and was told I couldn't have a refund or did they replace my food. I quit eating at kfc when the stopped selling the wings and had a famous bowl craving 😡as a customer this was 1 of my worse experiences at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT 🤬it'll most certainly be the last for kfc and I'm going to tell everyone how I was treated when I took my food into the resturants- it be your own damn people🤡I couldn't have a refund because it had been over a week but thevemployees were slack nit answering the phone - what a joke!!

July 17. 2025 This is confusing!!! In the app,you get FREE chicken, but you have to spend $15 to get it. ONLY IN THE APP. Then, at KFC, you can upgrade your meal for $5 and get large mash potatoes and 4 biscuits, YUM!!! But when I order, the cashier says it's only for large orders. What??? Please tell me where in the sign it says this???

I came in Monday. The restaurant was decorated in a party theme. Balloons. This restaurant is now clean. The service was so much better. My food was fresh and tasted great. I was on my lunch break. Me and the construction crew have now started coming back during lunch. We appreciate the people that are working at this location now. My order was late coming out and the General Manager Chelsea brought a small cake and apologized for the inconvenience. She seem to like her job. She moved the line so fast. I usually stand and wait for someone to notice me and the construction crew. Thanks for giving us the attention customers should get when dining in.

The food was alright. Last I checked, they used nuggets in the bowls. I wasn't too satisfied with some torn pieces of chicken. Service was ok, there's no cashier so you have to order using the kiosk....ok, no biggie. The atmosphere could have been a little more cleaner but it looks like there was only 2 people working. Other than that, I mean it's KFC, so I don't know what I was really expecting. It's been a while since I've actually gone inside a location

did I make someone mad? bought a 4 piece original, was told I would get a breast, wing, thigh and leg...received 2 thighs and 2 torn legs...that's not what I wanted and paid for....should have checked my food at the window before I left...found maccorroni mixed in with mashed potatoes...will not come here ever again...food service is going down hill at a lot of fast food restaurants

Mixed reviews- while on vacation we decided we wanted KFC. Haven't had it in years. Good review: The young man that waited on us was very sweet and helpful trying to explain the menu options to my aunt. (-: Poor review- I ordered Tender Combo with mash and mac. They were DRY! and i was so disappointed as I was really looking forward to KFC chicken. The coleslaw was warm. Also found a cup of corn which I did not order and was charged. )-: Good- Aunt ordered Wing combo with coleslaw. For some reason there was confusion with the wings so the young man corrected the order with the right wings which were very good. (-: Poor-The other wings which were the little drumettes and wings. Make sure you check the food before you leave. We took ours back to the hotel and did not have napkins or any sauce to dip the tenders. )-: 5/23/21 6 pm

What kind of operation is this? If I owned the franchise to this place I would be really worried. I asked for a straw for my drink and "sorry we don't have any, it's Sunday and late" ... it was 7 pm ! They didn't have lids for the mashed potatoes. Instead I got a tub with plastic wrap over it. Took 25 mins to order and get the food. I'm sure the health inspector would have a field day in there. The staff clearly don't care and I am sure safety standards are not being met!

They are always out of two or three different items, but it doesn't matter because what you order almost certainly will not be what you get. And the customer service is non-existent. I honestly don't know how they stay open.

Customer service is horrendous!! Avoid this KFC at all possible! Mashed potatoes looked so old. Ordered a large mashed potatoes and gravy, received a large container of dried mashed potatoes and a small container of gravy. Will absolutely NEVER go to this particular KFC again!!

Employees have a horrible attitude. They tried to give me the wrong thing and when I pointed it out, they scoffed and rolled their eyes. They forgot both biscuits, and the chicken was literally just inedible overcooked fat. There are countless chicken places within 5 minutes of here that you should go to instead. Terrible.

When KFC to order a family meal original recipe they were currently out of original recipe so we ordered and went shopping for the 20 minutes that they said it would take got back to the restaurant to pick up our meal people that walked in after we had left that I had walking in we're getting meals with original recipe when we got our order we checked it and it was not what we ordered. We ended up with the wrong things. We also had to wait longer because they had given out the orders to the people that were behind us first when I told the manager that I wanted the food and full refund no counter offer just one of the other, which do you want so I gave her everything back will not go there again.

I haven't had KFC in years and wanted to try it for lunch. I went to the location on Lemmon Ave in Dallas. The young man that took my order was so rude. I ordered 2 piece 1 breast and 1 drum combo with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I should have had it there but I had take it with me. When I got back to the office the food was totally wrong and wasn't fully cooked. I only had the sides and both sides were awful. Never received the chicken breast only the drum and it wasn't even cooked fully. I will never return to this location.

Knew most fast food places are ranked poorly on Yelp, but yeah, it's for a reason. Going through the drive thru, we realized that the cashier didn't give us a receipt. Worse, they didn't give us any KFC sauce or our medium fries, the reason why we went to KFC in the first place. And scanning through the reviews, this (getting orders wrong) seems like a pretty common occurrence. Strongly recommend checking your order before you accept it. Their customer service is lacking, to say it nicely.

worst service. no one there for obvious reasons. waited ten minutes for crispy nuggets. I asked the hutch person if they had the crispy nuggets as opposed to the traditional. she said Yes. are you sure because last time I had the traditional. guess what. ? I got the traditional and had to go inside to pick them. some I was told wrong, I asked to take back the nuggets. They would not return them. unbelievable. they Theywont refund won't refund. they never do returns. they would not give me the management numbe. isn't that fraud if they claim they have it. I pay for it and then they refuse to let me have my money back. I'm the only person in store.

Never and I mean NEVER eat at this establishment. Ordered chicken strips for dinner take out. They were so dry and so hard they we couldn't eat them. They went directly in the trash. Tried to contact the main company directly and it was an endless loop in no man's land. Called the 1-800 number and was put on hold for over an hour. There are to many places in this neighborhood to eat to have that horrible quality of food. The inside is closed probably for lack of employees. The only reason I gave it one star is I couldn't post review any other way. They certainly do not deserve it.

I ordered two combos and a famous bowl via Uber. I received one combo. I've tried to call and see if I can send someone to pick up the rest of my order, but even though they're still open, they're refusing to answer the phone. I tried to get a refund, but Uber says it isn't eligible. I seem to be out the money. I won't be ordering from here again.

3.5/5 This is actually a pretty standard KFC, contrary to other reviews. I'm not sure what you're expecting when going to get fast food, but you're probably not looking for something super high quality; at least I'm not. I'm looking for something I can get super quick so I can go in and out and get back to what I was doing before. Of the 3 times I've been here, I've experienced quicker than average waits to get my food. On today's visit, I actually got my food before I was able to put my change away and think about where to sit. The other times, I went through the drive thru and they have serviced me rather quickly. The interior is pretty quiet, even during this lunch hour, but maybe because it's a Sunday. All things considered, I see myself coming back here for a quick bite of food if I'm ever in the area for a haircut or car maintenance nearby!

Deplorable, they can't get an order right. They can't count chicken pieces. They just give what is available in chicken to get you gone. They don't answer the phone to recieve complaints. They hire riff raft to carry on as employees. They charge a premium while giving you the absolute bare bare minimum.

The food was undercooked. I will never go to this location again. The service is fast but unprofessional. Kids are there the cooks are outside more than inside. The place has been very unpleasant as of late. Tables dirty and sticky. I'm just through with these guys never again. Sorry KFC but is it too much to ask for cooked food

I started my order by asking if the chicken was "hot, fresh, and just made." The girls behind the counter said it was because one of them had just fried it. Believing them, I ordered a little over $27.00 worth. It was NOT, but I was at my destination 7 minutes away when I realized it. ALL of the chicken and bisquits were ROCK HARD AND COLD. On top of that, they failed to give the slaw that I paid for. This KFC on Lemmon Ave. should be CLOSED IMMEDIATELY. The ONLY reason I marked one star was because I had to make a selection.

Went on my lunch made it back to work to find that my chicken was not cooked all the way through. I tried calling to let them know and of course no one answered the phone. I attempted to call several times. It is ridiculous that no one can answer the phone. I'm not sure how many people has gotten sick off of uncooked chicken, but I am one today. This was a waste of time and money.

My wife and I will not be returning to this location. We were ordering our usual 8 piece fill up and had to stop a few bites in and head to the nearby Wendy's to get a Asiago Chicken sandwich. Firstly, the chicken on the thighs immediately fell off the bones (NOT the same as "fall off the bone" meat on ribs) and the skin practically fell apart to where I had to use my fingers to pick at the bits of skin as the skin is my favorite part. I usually eat the skins first and hardly eat the chicken meat. My wife takes my chicken meat and I take her portion of Mac and cheese - our marriage is all about give and take. Speaking of the Mac and cheese, calling it mediocre would be an UNDERSTATEMENT. Portion size seemed smaller as it barely filled the container halfway when I'm used to it being filled to the brim) and the cheese appeared to have congealed around the edges. This gave my wife severe anxiety as she is picky about her cheese. Lastly, I was so flustered leaving that I backed my Accord into another car in the lot which cost me several hundred dollars in repairs for both my car and the victim and my insurance has raised 10% due to the accident. My therapist told me that in order to avoid panic attacks I should refrain from going to KFC altogether. I wish I could say I'm sorry for that but you had it coming.

I've only ever used the drive thru at this location, but I've been satisfied every time. I've been to KFC's where the chicken was incredibly lackluster (soggy on the outside, dry on the inside), so I was relieved to find that the closest fried chicken joint near me had decent fried chicken. If you were to compare it to Golden Chick, the tenders might not be amazing (which isn't saying that much since Golden Chick has incredible tenders for a chain restaurant), but are still admirably delicious. Combo it with their BBQ sauce, hot sauce or even homemade Cane's sauce (easily the best choice) for a delicious meal. As far as service goes, there was one occasion where some jerk ordered all the drumsticks (and I mean all of them, fried, grilled, you name it he took every last one and left the rest of us in the line with nothing but wings and breasts) and took 15 solid minutes to do it. In return, the next few of us got free meals. Decent place for fried chicken in my book.

I went through the drive thru and asked a few simple questions. I asked, "How much is it to add two pieces of chicken to my 5 dollar mashed potato bowl?" You can add a 5 dollar box with 2 piece... she says. no I don't want extra stuff, I just want to know the price of 2 pieces. It'll be 2.09. Okay I'll take it. And was told it's 7.09 with my 5 dollar box. I pulled up and I have to pay, it's 11.79. The dumb girl at the front said, no it's 11 something. So she bait and switched me. So I asked her... can I switch to the 5 dollar 2 piece with the 3 dollar bowl, which is 8 dollars and change. This stupid stupid stupid girl said no, it's the same price. Where does this math add up?!?! Now I understand why she works at this job. She probably didn't pass highschool and can't count. Her attitude was poor, she had the worst facial expressions when asked questions, and clearly she lack some kind of common sense. Good thing you don't work somewhere that's actually important. ON TOP OF EVERYTHING, my bowl was good, BUT THE CHICKEN WAS WET AND COLD. It's not fried chicken, it's baked 2 day old chicken. Just in case you guys want to see someone stupid working, she works here on Friday nights around 5:50 pm.

This place is an embarrassment. I placed a pickup order only to be told that the order had already been picked up by someone else when I arrived. The employees were disgustingly rude and the absolute opposite of helpful saying "we don't check IDs" and prompting me to "call the delivery driver" which makes zero sense because the order was placed directly from the KFC app, not a third party. The order couldn't even be re-made because suddenly the store was supposedly out of the items needed? No apologies were made, no refund was offered, and not even an ounce of decency was involved in the exchange. I will applaud the day that this location goes out of business and is replaced with a business that puts forth even an ounce more of effort into their daily operations.

Been here twice. Once because it was late and I needed something on the way home. The second time to try the Nashville Hot Chicken. Both times were mistakes. This location seems dirty. Even the drive-thru has a dirty feel to it. Chicken tastes like it's been under a heat lamp or something.

I'm writing this review as I wait for my order. Yea, that's how long it's taking for me to get my order. My first time here was about four years ago. I went through the drive-thru and thought I would never leave. The longest wait of my life for what I believed to be fast food...made worse by the fact that I really had to use the bathroom and couldn't leave because I was sandwiched between the numerous cars in line with me. My second time, I decided to be wiser and order from inside. Upon walking inside, I noticed only one person ahead of me in line and was immediately assured I had made the right decision. But it apparently doesn't matter where you order from. Cuz even once you give your order, you're gonna wait forever for your food. The only good thing about this place was the friendly person at the counter, who's the only reason I'm giving this KFC two stars as opposed to one. Running out of food also seems to be a regular thing here. A customer before me waited eons for his order, only to be told they had run out of the crispy chicken he ordered. And I was just now told they didn't have the corn on the cob I've been waiting forever for. Thank goodness for Yelp. What else would I do while spending my evening waiting for food at this glamorous joint? (By the way, my order finally arrived after a 20-minute wait. They didn't make the substitution I requested, but I was just glad to get the hell out of there).

if i could give zero i would!!! i ordered a 12 piece and they gave me 9!!!! the receipt was supposed to be in the bag and it wasn't. i didn't discover this until i got home. so i can't do anything but complain!! this is not the 1st time which means they're stealing or can't count. i'm soo f-ing pissed never again!!!

Horrible service. Awful employees. Ordered door dash pickup. Said it would take 25-30 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes later. It took ten minutes before I even got anyone's attention. When I finally gave them my name for pickup, she "accidentally" deleted the order. I've already paid for it. She has to get help finding the order. So now I know it hasn't even been started. I've been waiting now for twenty minutes, even though I ordered online nearly an hour ago. The staff is audibly terrible at communicating with each other. The person picking up before me had to ask three different times for missing items. I will never order from this location again.

As a fast food joint, I think its current rating is a little unfair. I mean KFC markets itself as a fast food restaurant with greasy yet decent fried chicken. They aren't known for quality service. I used to dislike KFC because their chicken was so dry, but the chicken is actually tender and juicy. I usually just get the chicken tenders if my roommate and I are feeling lazy. Chicken, chicken, chicken.

Yes, I do realize that writing a review for KFC makes me truly pathetic... but I must give a shout out for their new grilled chicken. (If it's fried you want, hit Babe's) This is an extremely busy time of year for me so I go to work early and come home late... and it is too dang hot to cook!!! So I was contemplating a drive-by my friendly neighborhood Eatzi's when I spied the KFC grilled chicken banner, and thought, what the heck - it's cheap, fast, and I am tired. I was quite pleasantly surprised when I got home at how tasty this stuff is! Crispy golden skin, seasoned nicely, juicy and not over-cooked and dry... and not horrid for the diet once the skin is removed (though the coleslaw and potatoes can't exactly be called waist-line friendly, but they do hit the spot for nostalgia). Check it out - support a fast food chain's true attempt at a healthy alternative!

I've never purchased food here without something missing. In the last month, in drive-through, I purchased a meal that included a biscuit. No biscuit. That happened on the first two times I went. Tonight, (my third visit), I ordered online and picked it up, and this time, I ordered biscuits as a side so they wouldn't forget. They showed me! When I got home, my popcorn chicken didn't have the dipping sauces I ordered. No dipping sauces at all. AND, the two biscuits I ordered...did not come with the honey I ordered. Or butter. So I had dry biscuits and dry chicken. (And they've learned a trick. They seal everything up tight so you can't open it and see if everything is accounted for before you walk away and/or drive home).

They robbed me of my money, plain and simple. I ordered 3 piece box (#10), they didn't give me the biscuit, they have me original even though I ordered crispy. They gave me f-in breast even though I ordered thighs. This was 10/9/18. Never going back.
