did I make someone mad? bought a 4 piece original, was told I would get a breast, wing, thigh and leg...received 2 thighs and 2 torn legs...that's not what I wanted and paid for....should have checked my food at the window before I left...found maccorroni mixed in with mashed potatoes...will not come here ever again...food service is going down hill at a lot of fast food restaurants

It's Friday at 4:21pm. Pulled through the drive thru with an employee smoking a cigarette on his phone (on speaker) hanging on the menu sign. There's a sign in the speaker that says accepting credit cards only. Place my order ask for crispy. He responds "we are out of crispy." Nothing else. So I ask are you going to make some crispy. He responds,"no." I drive away. This is what happens when you hire people who don't want to work and have no loyalty to the success of your business. Popeyes here I come.

Worst customer service I have ever had. The lady there was very argumentative and the service was so slow. I waited over 20 mins for nuggets and then it was going to be another 5-7 mins for fries. I asked for cole slaw and left. Will never come back to this location. KFC should slate this location for closure or an entire team overhaul.

This location is very sorry very lazy and customer service is very very poor!!! Nothing is cooked fresh at all I ordered the $20 fill up for my husband and I the four piece chicken was old and hard with mold on it. The chicken nuggets were burnt and old very hard and they have employees laughing and walking through the kitchen eating and laughing droppibg crumbs all in your food as they prepare your order. Just nasty please avoid going here they don't care about they service or food

Very disappointed at the $30 I just spent here. I got the 8 piece family "deal". I swear the fries and chicken had been sitting all day waiting for someone to buy. Everything was disgusting to say the least. I want my money back. Homeless people probably get a better meal from the trash.

I ordered 2 orders of honey BBQ saucy nugs. They usually come completely covered in the sauce that's the reason of saucy. This is first time I ordered from this location and both orders of nugs were cold, and both had barley little sauce. It was like they are rationing or screwing the customers out of it to save money on products. I've contact store many times and they refuse to answer the phone. This is ridiculous. I spent my hard earned money on food bc I'm at work and needed to eat and now it's all wasted bc no microwave here to heat it up and they don't have the sauce.

Placed an online order and they took about 20 to 40 minutes to get it ready, not busy at all and the staff was terrible

We went through the drive through window and they forgot the cole slaw and I paid for cole slaw, otherwise they only had limited pieces of chicken. The food was good.
